We're all the same, wanting a better life for ourselves, our family and friends. To discover how great we are and enjoy life.
  • heatherbrocklehurst
The world is smaller than it has ever been. We're all neighbors and people all over have the same needs. Great message.
  • Wow, powerful message Eric; another way to put it into perspective!!!
  • crwood1967
Oh how true! Thanks for the words of advice.
  • Ian_Hurley
    Thank you Eric
We are the same, no mater what the culture, race or creed. We want the exactly same things-to be excepted, to be loved and to be able to provide.
  • CarlChase
It is soooo true that we are the same in any way that matters!
  • MarvinTowler
Stunningly beautiful!!! Simple and beautiful message... We are all the same!
  • Mark_Abrahams_UK
Communication, understanding and dealing with limiting beliefs are, indeed, key considerations in life as well as to guide us to be better network marketing professionals.

    Thanks again Eric

  • Absolutely! And isn't it refreshing to know that a simple adjustment in our mindset can release us to live and work to our fullest potential
  • Alfie
Great point. We are all the same in a way that we all have needs, we all have dreams, we all have obstacles.
  • Never mind countries, I find that in different communities around here, but deep down we all want the samething. We just might have to use a different approach with each one.
  • Obstacles are just excuses and when we realize that we are not unique in dealing with these obstacles then we can succeed.

The older I get and the more I travel the more I find your statement to be absolutely true. I live in a "redneck" area and love every bit of it. New people who come in here talk about how difficult it is to get to know the people. I tell them the people here are the same as everyone else. There is an old story of the ferryman taking a women going across the river. She asked him what the people were like on the other side of the river. He asked her what the people were like on her side and she told him, "They were back stabbing and mean and gossiping." He told her, "Unfortunately the people on the other side are the same." On the return trip was another woman going the other way and she asked him the exact question, "What are the people on the other side of the river like?" and he answered the same way, "What are they like where you come from?" She told him, "They are friendly, loving and kind", to which he told her "You're lucky because they are the same on the other side of the river."
  • geraldmorris
Never looked at it from that point of view. Eye opener for me!
    As always, thanks again Eric!
  • Erik
People in my town are saying that. The other Citys are different from ours, people in this town are not like them. They wont buy or join anything :)

Learning from NMPRO and being a part of network marketing so far (about 3months) makes me want to develop one skill. That is public speech. Wish to have a chance to hear some reccomendations from you, superstar.
  • Bob Meguyer
I like to think of a Sherlock Holmes quote when I hear this. Although Holmes is quoting Reade, a real 19thC philosopher I found out later. "...while the individual man is an insoluble puzzle, in the aggregate he becomes a mathematical certainty. You can, for example, never foretell what any man will do, but you can say with precision what any number will be up to. Individuals vary, but percentages remain constant."

Basically, while I like to think I'm so different and unique, in the aggregate we're all the same.

    And You said it Eric.

    Thanks,
    Bob Meguyer. Sydney, Australia
  • Well said! We definitely need to concentrate on the positive parts of humanity in order to overcome the negative.
Love the cool locations. We need longer panoramic views after your shows!
Starting at that point would be a great place to start a Euro trip.
  • We think our local people are different because we often expect negative responses. Positive attitude brings positive results and then everyone is great!
  • its funny why some people think this although Eric, you're 100% hit the head of the nail.
  • Heikki Luukko
    Unbelivable simple principles! Thank you.

The world would be a much better place to live in if all human beings realized how true your message is.

Not only with respect to professional network marketing!
  • Hey Eric:
I just had a conversation like this with Ivan Sisco. I was actually saying that the mindset here in my hometown is different, sort of conservative and about 3 years behind everything. Man did I set myself up.
    Well, no more.
Thanks for bringing it up. My hope, too, is that we can be professionals and not limit ourselves or others.

So very true. Not only does this apply for people in different countries. People tell me (very often): Yes, but the people I meet are so different! Or: Yes, but people in my family are so different!
And we know everybody needs and wants the same, basically.
Thanks for sharing and attending us, Eric!
  • Wooo..hooo! You rock Eric. Love what you have to say. You are appreciated. Thank you for sharing. I to live in Minnesota, and South Dakota. Yes, we are all the same.
  • Isil Gurcan
    Hey Eric,
This is to let you know that I again enjoyed this video a lot and that I'm following you everywhere possible ..:)
Always a great pleasure to listen to what you have to say.
And the idea to record each one from where you are visiting at the time is another great idea.
That way, we let go our imaginations..another motivational tool.
I'm already impatiently waiting for the next one to come.
    With love.
    Isil.
  • Laurynas Liniauskas (Ireland)
That is astonishing. Totally agree with you Eric. You are right as always.
  • Nice job Eric If people truly realise what you are trying to say Then maybe we will take a step closer to being one world, one race! Not a planet divided by nationalitys and borders.
What a true "One giant leap for mankind" that would be!
  • cwhelan
Wow - you are sooooo right !

Besides, It is just so hard to have friends not trusting you when you tell them about the opportunity !!!!! Can 't help it, I take it personally.

  • Bang on Eric,

We certainly all have OUR own "Limiting Beliefs" and WE have to get over THEM before we can expect the people we love and share our businesses with will ever get a chance to get over their own.

We are the same all over the world, but what´s different in people is what they expect for their lives, for their families, for the future. I totally agree with Eric, I can´t make my dreams come true working for my company 40-50 hours a week, I will grow myself to become PRO!
Eric, see you in Marbella this thursday 2th April
  • Mark Preyma
You couldn't have said it better.... Everything that does matter, matters to everyone. We are the same. Thanks Eric

Our commonality? A desire for more and a willingness to take action to achieve it! No matter what language, culture, custom, or nationality we all want more.......only some of us are willing to take action to create more! Thanks Eric for such a simple reminder of how we sabotage ourselves with limiting beliefs or get infected by others with theirs.
  • Tony Scarcia - Brisbane Austra
Had a comment from a person just this week about people in my country not accepting network marketing as readily as they do in other countries, for various reasons.
How great it is to be able to forward this info on and let you do the talking. Thanks Eric.
  • yes, you're right people ARE the same all over the world... the only difference is the language nothing else.

    Thank you Eric,

  • This is great
  • This has been some great topics to listen too.
  • Very interesting but so basic. Of course no matter where you go people have the same desires, then what difference should be in the tradition that the people brought up in.

  • This is fantastic. I actually feel different after watching this. I can definitely admit that the only thing that has ever stopped me from going to the next level was me.

    Thank You.

This limiting belief is so easy to accept; but to be made aware of the truth is so huge!!! I needed to hear this.
Thank you Eric for these daily videos. They are great.
    Jim O'G.
  • I'm sorry Eric, I am different!

Just kidding! You are absolutely right! I had fight this belief and doesn't play this game anymore.
Actually, I understood what you and all the leaders in Network Marketing said about objections and differences: There is no such things. All of them are just obstacles and excuses full stop.

    Thank you so much!
  • Great Video! Reminds me of the famous quote by Henry Ford - "Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you're right!" Probably, explains why most people are broke a the age of retirement.
  • Hi, Eric!
First of all, thanks for sharing the awesome impressions of all the lovely places You have been to!
With regard to the topic of this episode: You are right on target.
No matter what people look like, how they dress, what their behaviour is like, where they live and so on and on...
...they are all human beeings that are driven by the most fundamental emotions, which they carry in their innermost. With regard to their essential motives for action they are all created alike!

    Best wishes, Freddie
  • You are dead on! This is one limiting belief that will stop any progress we are making. Thank you for your continued words if wisdom and your endless coaching.
  • Lidys
Eric, thanks for share ur experience with us..i believe im in the best place right now...i want do it ...i can do it ..and i will do it!!!
    THANKS
  • Marion Levi (USA)
    Thanks Eric,

Awesome information. A great way to respond and turn people around.
You always have great answers - I really appreciate this series.
  • but you don't understand... people here just don't get it. That stuff doesn't work around here.

When I was starting my real estate career I would hear that garbage from people who’d “tried” it and it didn’t work for them. Yet somehow I seemed to make real estate work for me for over 6 years and counting.

Same is true with MLM as with anything else.

Very important episode! Looking forward to the next episode.
  • greggorian7
Eric, another home run....if being a little different is seen as a limitation then it is harmful. I agree fundamental beliefs and core platforms are the same no matter where you are. I think of the individual as unique rather than different. Turn it into a quality instead of a limitation.

  • Yeap, that's really it!
Everybody goes to the toilet and do some really, really noisy smelly owfull things.
When people sweet, there is no one which don't smell bad.
We all like a good meal.
    We all love our children.
We all seek for fortune and love and good and lasting health.
Why should we think we are different?
Even Politicians and religions are very alike.
We are all connected by the same Universal consciousness. That is why, it is so simple to make people listen to our message :)

    Love you all
