I know that I am doing things wrong, and I know they can smell the insecurity and even I smell it. I've had traditional sales jobs with fortune 100 companies but they are for the most part, were relationship and clout based. You have your list of customers that you service.
This is so different for me...everywhere I look I see people and want to drag them to the curb and yell...look at what I have...it is amazing and a way cool opportunity...don't cha wanna...huh, don't cha wanna. I'm making money (a little) and you can too ( a little because I am your mentor and don't know what I am doing) and they know that when they meet me. I am like a fish flopping on the shore, but this video really helped me with my internal struggle. So thanks Eric! Thank You so much!

Thanks for the vision. I see it. I was one of those who thought this would require almost no effort. I see the beauty in this not being the case, as I will get transformed as a human being in the process of reaching long term succes while also getting the short, though with effort, sucess. I understand there's so much I need to learn still. It's going to be a great journey. Thanks for the guide.

Most of the people don't even know what a pyramid is!
If you ask someone that points your MLM business as a pyramid, try to ask them: Can you tell me what a pyramid is, please?
And most of the time they just repeat, over and over It' s a pyramid, It' s a pyramid, It' s a pyramid but no definition comes along with the acusation...

So, one of the things I always do to this people is: EDUCATION!

Just let them know, at least, the definition of a pyramid.

What a great way to talk about the current state of our economy and help people to understand that we have the BEST industry out there for those individuals that are willing to work hard and to be consistent and have a great VISION for where they want to be in 2-5 years.

I worked in corporate executive positions for many years and was responsible for hitting marketing sales targets collectively based on my sales managers and representative. I managed multi-million dollar expence budgets and with all of that came the pressure to perform. Every year, my sales targets started back at zero and you were only as good as you last sale! Network Marketing has released me from that envirement and the stress of always wondering if you had performed enough!

Now I develop and mentor my teams so that they can perform at peak levels for themselves and be rewarded accordingly. With over 2500 team members, the exponential growth has been incredible to experience.

Our economic times is a blessing for our business. People are more open than ever before at developing a network marketing business of their own that they control. They determine at what pace they want to succeed and we help match their effort to help them succeed.

I enjoyed your video. My wife has a degree in Management and Marketing, but when she started looking for a job after she graduated in '80 this industry was only for men. I have two Associate degrees in Computers, and I am having problems finding a job, but I would not want a job in IT with the performance model. My wife asked me to design her website for surviving the recession, after watching your video it all seems to be coming together, but it might not be a get rich quick program. However, I believe that we will be able to help a lot of people. How much do you charge to help people through your company?

¿Cual es la gran noticia de allá?:
La reunión de G27, la economía global.
Todos hablando de las soluciones para la crisis y los cambios de la economía global y después de oír las soluciones aportadas por los políticos, y creo que no hablan ni pueden hablar de lo más importante:
TODAS LAS FORMAS DE GANARNOS LA VIDA HAN CAMBIADO FUNDALMENTAMENTE PARA SIEMPRE a escala global y nunca serán los mismos!
Yo creo, aunque no sea un experto y lo que quiero es abrir un debate con todos Uds. es que si los políticos te dicen la verdad de lo que está pasando, toda la gente va a querer incendiar y derribar los edificios! En las noticias de ayer, había protestas de personas que fueron despedidos por el cierre de una planta de automóviles y fueron a las puertas de la reunión del G27 a protestar.
Los próximos 5 o 10 años van a tener que crear un terreno de entendimiento.
Aquí esta lo que creo que va a pasar en los próximos 5 años: Uds. me dirán si están de acuerdo o no
1- DESPIDOS MASIVOS van a continuar en todo el mundo. El lugar más inseguro para trabajar hoy en día es ser empleado y será cada día peor. (hace 100 años la mayoría de las personas eran agricultores, entonces vino la revolución industrial, nos enseñaron a tener habilidades para trabajar en grandes empresas, lo que te permitía tener un “buen trabajo”. Hoy en día esta compañía de 100 empleados, esta viendo como sobrevivir con la mitad de los empleados y con algo menos!
2- REDUCCION DE INGRESOS – si ganabas $50.000/año te van a pagar $20.000 por el mismo trabajo y lo aceptarás, y te pelearás por el puesto de trabajo! Esto es competitivo! Estos son los retos! Hay gente que acumularaá mucha riqueza en esta crisis y la mayoría se quedará sentado, protestando, reclamando! Yo quiero estar en el 1er grupo!
3- RENDIMIENTO, RESULTADOS el mundo entero se moverá por los resultados, la eficiencia, el rendimiento en cualquier área! Si ganas $50.000/año y te lo reducen a $30.000 o menos te pagarán basados en tus resultados. Con estas realidades, cuales son las opciones? Donde puede la gente crear riqueza hoy en día? Vamos a suponer que tú obtienes buenos resultados, eres esforzado, aplicado, tú crees que te van a pagar por tu trabajo, sin ponerte límites? Yo creo que te estarán apretando a que cada vez mejores tu rendimiento. Para mi lo que estoy buscando es una situación de alto rendimiento sin límites! NO LÍMITES, NO POLÍTICAS CORPORATIVAS! En mi caso, estoy ganando más de $ un millón al año y mi compañía QUIERE que yo gane $un millón al MES! Estarían emocionados si lo logro. Es tan diferente! En el 88 yo trabaje en una compañía por 5 años donde ganaba $un millón al año pero era tan infeliz, fue una experiencia terrible, cada día tenía que justificar mi trabajo a cada persona de la oficina, sin importar mi rendimiento. Entonces, aquí estamos en esta Cía. donde gano mas de $1.000.000 /año. Si yo fuese EMPLEADO con el mismo trabajo, mis jefes buscarían la manera de recortar mi salario, ganancias, comisiones. Lo que queremos es que consigas una situación donde puedas controlar tus resultados sin techo, sin límites. ¿Cómo lo haces? Las riquezas más grandes las ganan los atletas profesionales (unos 10.000) , artistas, músicos (otros 10.000), los dueños de empresas grandes (otros 10.000) son unos 30.000 en el mundo. Quien quisiera ser uno de ellos? No es un buen lugar para estar hoy en día! Quien tiene un negocio propio, ¿le es fácil o difícil llegar a ser millonario? Muy pocos lo logran. En USA el 67% de los millonarios son dueños de negocio, pero también la mayoría de las bancarrotas vienen de los dueños de negocios. Requiere muchas habilidades, problemas, obstáculos que pocos pueden vencer.

Entonces tenemos 3 opciones: aguantar y esperar, o empezar un negocio propio que aporta la libertad de ser dueño de negocio sin los problemas y obstáculos tradicionales, donde todo esto está organizado y traes tu pasión. Es un negocio que te tomará 1,3 o 5 años para llevarte a la libertad económica construyendo nuevas habilidades. Es cuestión de posicionarse, ser el 1ero. Si puedes entender lo que pasa en el mundo y puedes reaccionar antes de los demás y capacitarte, estarás entre los vencedores.


Esta es la realidad:
Hasta el día de hoy nos han enseñado que: aguanta lo que puedas, es tu decisión, no hay problema, es tu vida! Puedes reaccionar.

RETANDO TUS PERCEPCIONES-
Cuando me preguntan lo que hago, digo:
Soy un PROFESIONAL DEL NETWORK MARKETING.
Suena raro, verdad, que significa, no es una de esas cosas? Te diré que en más de 100 países, 60 millones de personas están en esta profesión moviendo unos $120.000 millones. Este es un negocio propio no tradicional.
Al oír Red de mercadeo que perciben (respuestas del público):
- pirámide, negocio ilegal
- ventas
- solo los de arriba ganan
- la compañía quiebra
- compañía que te quiere robar tu dinero
- malos productos

Al ver algo nuevo debes estudiar de qué se trata. En los últimos 15 años, la profesión de Network Marketing ha cambiado. Solía ser con personas desesperadas, que te querían obligar, fanáticos, mentirosos, lo susurraban como un secreto. También había un grupo de personas convencidas de que esta es la mejor profesión del mundo, la mejor manera de conquistar la libertad financiera y de ayudar a otros.

-¿Es ilegal?
Lo ilegal es cuando solo estas ganando dinero con el ingreso de personas. Lo que se llama el “Esquema Pozzi” (Ej. En N.York con los inversores). El NWM se rige bajo regulaciones, leyes, DSA (Direct Saling Asociation). Es importante estar relacionado con una compañía que esta inscrita en la DSA.
A nosotros nos pagan por el consumo de productos o servicios de nuestra red. Y construimos una red. Este concepto de que solo los de arriba ganan no es verdad en NWM. Si fuera cierto,mis up-lines ganarían mas que yo, y esto no es verdad. Si fuera cierto, nadie de mi organización ganaría más que yo. Y eso no es verdad.
Esto se trata de ESFUERZO y de HABILIDADES.
Hay compañías que pueden fracasar como las más grandes del mundo. Esto hace parte de la vida, no es culpa de la Industria. Pero hay muchas que pueden escoger. El problema es que la mayoría entra a esta profesión pensando que es un ticket de la lotería y que va a ganar sin hacer nada.
El problema es pensar que voy a entrar y quizás traiga algunas personas que se sientan emocionadas y entonces quizás, sin hacer nada, voy a ganar de ellos! Esto seria increíble! Voy a hacer esto! Invita a personas que perciben su intención y no van a entrar porque no le gusta lo que siente!
Estoy viendo a ver si sale mi número ganador.

Vamos a ver la realidad, como esto funciona:
Esto es lo seguro:
En 1 año, te puede enseñar como ser funcional y productivo, no rico.
En 3 años, te puedo enseñar como ser lo suficiente productivo para vivir bien.
En 5 años te puedo enseñar a vivir la riqueza, en el 1er mundo.

Esto no te hace sentir mas cómodo? Créeme, de otro modo,
Puedes imaginarte dentro de 5 años haciendo lo mismo que hoy? Entonces volvemos a las 3 opciones: dejar las cosas como están, ser parte de los millonarios, ser dueño de negocio o mientras vives en este mundo desarrolla habilidades que te permitan entrar a este nuevo mundo. Como un PROFESIONAL no como uno de atraco, de pirámides ilegales. Vas a tener que dedicar tiempo para educarte y educar a los demás, decir que tienes una nueva opción de negocio. Y lo bueno del NWM es que te ofrece la posibilidad de empezar ahorita mismo por un precio de entrada muy bajo, sin tener que saber nada, sin títulos, sin habilidades especiales. Hay gente que dice “yo no conozco a mucho gente”. Eso no es necesario.
En un nivel de NWM profesional, no importa vas a aprender las habilidades, es muy sencillo. Te vas a formar en los próximos 5 años!

Like you I have been very fortunate to travel the globe spreading the great message of our industry and quickly learned that a translator is so important. The energy of your translator needed alot of work and probably had an effect on how your Great message came across to the local audience.

I think over the years jobs and corporate America have made people really dependent and the masses have forgotten how to think out of the box. For God sakes thinking outside the box is what made us this great country today.
