Thanks Richard and Eric! Adding Education and Belief! Makes total sense. My nest order will include a bunch of Mailbox Money booklets. Now, hopefully I know how to use them.
  • MarvinTowler
I'm liking this interview already. Belief + Education then people get it.
  • Alfie
    Education + Belief = Success
By understanding the science of network marketing, people will have a strong belief in it. As soon as people have the belief, success will follow.

  • Great video - perhaps the difference between someone studying a traditional profession and a networker setting out is that the first one takes it for granted that people will provide them a living wage at the end of their studies - either when they get a job or when they set up their own practice.

Most of us understand that people will need to go to the doctor periodically and have indeed been ourselves but not everyone of us has seen the demand for our (new) MLM product or service particularly if the business is just setting out (which of course is the best time to get involved) and we don't have the right mentors around to transfer the belief and show us the money.

I guess it boils down to 2 things - belief from an intense burning desire/desperate need OR getting a great mentor/sponsor/upline to transfer belief - and ideally help us to get started quickly so we "get it".

This is awesome! A CEO of a Network Marketing Company giving us his view, will give us a great view of the insight of what works. Thank You Mr. Worrie
  • bhitchcock
Great video so true! I had a fear of being laughed at and not taken seriously. Its the fear of failing or being shut down. This is what has slowed me down I do really want to be successful! The #1 reason people fail is because of FEAR! Master that and you are on your way to success!
  • Wow, what great insight Richard Brooke has regarding NM. This business is truly the only 401K you can count on and it is so worth the time and effort to be a Pro! Thank you Eric for putting this on the web and for interviewing such an outstanding leader in the industry.
  • Thank you Eric. Good job sharing this information. Having a CEO/Owner of a network marketing outift give us his perspective is very useful, and inspiring. If anyone would know the ins/outs, good and bad of MLM it would be the owners.
  • Thanks for creating this great forum to tap in to the thought leaders in our industry. I'm excited that we have the opportunity to tap into someone like Richard Brooke not only to educate our selves but help teach members of our team as well as prospects these valuable lessons. I can't wait to finish all 7 interview sessions and look forward to many others.

Eric, Network Marketing Pro is a great addition to anyone's daily routine. As for me, seeing and listening to the interviews is a revelation because the message is amazingly similar yet from entirely different people. Success in network marketing has common elements and your series points this out eloquently.
  • Callie Zins Daly (Sacramento C
I am really loving this insite from the people you are talking to. One thing I have always found interesting and odd is this is the only profession where is seems ok to ask what people's incomes are. Often they are freely given, but it is still odd. I have a few ideas on why that is, but it would be great to get the mindset of the world away from that. It seems that it is the the ONLY way you could have creditbility.

So it would be great to be part of the change on that. I know telling others our income generated is a part of what we do, maybe because it is still unreal to so many people that is it possible. I would love to see it so Network Marketing Professional isn't taken as a joke, or with barbs of questions, but to be on the level as a dentist, school teacher, doctor, ect.

So to really go pro we need to know the economincs and science of our profession. I cant wait to get his books, more education please!

    Thanks Eric!!
  • At the recent Success Symposium we listened to several speakers talk about servant leadership. Richard Brooke exudes this leadership style from the core of his being. His middle name is Bliss and it could also be “Integrity” for he is 100% the real deal.

Thank you Eric for this important work you are doing for our industry. These inspiring and motivating interviews with Mark Yarnell and Richard Brooke are going to be hard to top.
  • Temi
This is a great insight into the profession Eric, quite fabalous.
Hey Eric I believe you should do more interviews with CEO of Network Marketing Companies, because alot of people have heard insights from Field Leaders like yourself, Randy, Mark Yarnell.etc. It would bring alot more spec into our profession
  • Richard Brooke clearly defines what true Network Marketing is. It is important to listen and understand his take on this profession. The general public's misunderstanding of this industry have held many back from the opportunity of a lifetime. With so many who are failing financially, people need to be properly educated on how they can successfully build for the future. Mr. Brooke is outstanding not only as an experienced leader with integrity, but one who really can help others establish meaningful vision for their life.
I recently attending his Vision Symposium and highly recommend it to others.
  • Myrnamarie Brooks
Richard Brooke is passionate about what he does and it is very obvious. You can not
help but listen to every word intently for fear you will miss something very valuable.
His Mach II with your hair on fire is worth anyones' time to read it. It does not matter
    what your profession.
Speaking of profession. As he says this is a profession. Unfortunately it is not presented
that way and we need to address that issue.
  • Keith Judkins
The comment about the "science of the business" was incredible. Network Marketing is a business model just as much as "ecommerce"and "bricks and mortar" are business models. Yet, that is the part that people don't get. I believe this networkmarketingpro vehicle is a great way for us network marketing professionals to be united in how we do our individual businesses, yet being mindful that WE represent the business model and therefore, must make sure we represent it in the right way!
  • Hi Eric,
I just finished watching your interview with Richard Brooke and WOW - What great insight. Richard has a great way of getting down to the core of issues and expressing his thoughts in a powerful yet easily understood way. I am looking forward to the next segment and more insights. What a privilege to learn from a master!
    Thanks
  • Richard is a mentor of mine, I have attended 3 of his vision workshops Chicago, Denver, Dallas, I recommend attending one of these workshop in a city near you.

His insights on getting a clear vision will, give you the edge in attaining your goals.
  • Bobby Mitchell-Carlsbad, CA U

Eric, Thank you for your work with all of us to make network marketing a familiar term to more people everyday. K

This interview for me opened my eyes just a little more. Each time I engage in the information that is given to us on this business I learn. That is what I'm finding out about this. It's a learning process. I came into this with no clue what to do or how to even go about it. This interview put it into prospective. You have to learn it before you can do it (if you want to be really successful). Like Richard, said some people spend years learning a profession , not to mention the money spent to find out it's not what they wanted. WOW that brought it home for me. I have to say for me it's been a fabulous learning experience, I want to learn this and Richard is one of the best teachers. Listen to his story. If he can do what he did. Surly anyone can, once you learn it! Richards web site has a wealth of information and the bests thing is it's all free!
I can hardly wait for the rest.

    Thank you
  • Eric thanks a lot for sharing all interviews with these MLM Rockstars. I watch and listen every single one of them. Looking forward to see you again at an Agel event. Take care.....
  • This segment captures the necessity of educating people about the network marketing model to help them to navigate through their personal bias' in this industry. So many times I have approached people and they tell me that I have seen this before, but you are the first one that has really approached and educated me in a professional manner without making me feel pressured to join. I few this as a sorting process only and I just want to find out if the individual is looking to make changes in their live at this moment. If not, I leave the door open for them when they are ready, but by the time they leave my discussion with them, they have been educated and understand that the network marketing model works if you are willing to put in the time and effort to work this business. They get belief from the confidence and posture that I have demonstrated during our discussion.

    Great interview!

  • This is exactly what our county needs right now. Intelligent veteran industry professionals that can articulate what this industry is and can be. Everyone with a skeptical prospect or who has not fully engaged in their own opportunity will benefit from listening to Richard. I know I have. He has great quizzes you can take on www.richardbrooke.com that will show you if you are cut out for Network Marketing. Thank You Eric and Richard. Well done!
  • mspaulamc
For those of us who have studied MLM and have gone pro, wouldn't you agree that our biggest challenge is getting past people's biases when it comes to MLM?

(Who doesn't have a crazy uncle or neighbor with a garageful of water filters or a collection of business cards from the last 12 MLM's while trying to recruit you into their latest and greatest?)

Someone recommended that the industry should produce its own video (like the Secret). Good idea... meanwhile, may I suggest Richard's FOUR YEAR CAREER PLAN AUDIO CD which carefully lays out the four pillars of MLM - the people, the sales, the money, and the asset value.

I have found this to be a powerful tool to use and when it is introduced correctly, it has the potential to shave years off of a prospect or new recruit's learning curve. (Or even to reactivate a stalled distributor.)

When people "get MLM", they do it.

Richard's book, MAILBOX MONEY is also an incredible tool to explain what MLM is and isn't.

Thanks Eric! You are certainly setting the bar high; Richard is one of the very best!
  • Eric, My thoughts today while at me other profession was exactly what this interview is about. I love this business because of all the positive waves it generates.
    Randy in Kansas
  • This in an absolutely wonderful opportunity for everyone in the NWM industry and those who are thinking about it to hear from someone who has actually done it! I am proud to be on Richard's team and also a part of this wonderful industry!! Thanks for sharing!
  • I cant wait to see the rest of this interview
  • Maurice Staples
This is awesome to have such great leaders in our industry being interviewed
  • Hi Eric - thanks for adding your professional thumbprint to the internet re our industry. If you haven't put Donna Johnson (Arbonne International) on your list of top income earners to be video interviewed, you will want to reach out to her.
  • Albert Watkins
Awesome interview, I love how Richard speak of our industry in a simple way where anyone with a open mind and heart can understand Network Marketing. Keep up the great work Eric, I love what you are doing for our industry. May God continue to bless you in every area of your life.

Hello Mr Eric and Mr Richard Bliss Brooke
I totally agree , that people don't look to Network Marketing Profession as to Profession and it is very sad. So hard to explain to those people, because they think NM is not serious business.
Looking forward to see another parts on this interview.
    Respect
  • Great interview... can't wait to view the rest!

If you haven't already, be sure to visit Richard's website to discover more of his insightful MLM and Vision tools and trainings: www.RichardBrooke.com
  • Great info once again Eric,

Most people DO NOT understand the true facet of Network Marketing....Those that do and get the BELIEF and VISION will grow great teams....It never will be easy but maybe all of us can bring forth some professionalism to our industry....

    Peter
  • Eric, so far I think this piece of the interview really captures, WHY THE GAP?

I believe that because you can actually make a lot of money relatively quickly, if you really try and do things right, that people extrapolate and believe ITS EASY MONEY.

That's where it gets twisted, hopefully with your efforts as well as of those who champion this Profession (Me included), we'll change that for the better.

    Have great day everybody!

    Federico Ruiz
  • Awesome interview Eric! Already this is looking to be my favourite; Richard really hits the nail on the head when he says that most people just don't understand the profession of it. Again, thanks for doing this site and interviews, and helping all of us learn a little more every day! It's an inspiring way to start every day on the right foot.
  • i think he hit the nail right on the head on why people have unusual expectations in our profession. great interview!
  • Wow! What insight into the profession. If my understanding is correct, geometric progressive income and growth take place when you teach your team to introduce a prospect that understands the network marketing business model to someone that is actually making the business model work. Perhaps the key is to help people understand the business model first, introduce them to the network marketing professional second, and the details of the company, the products, and the comp plan third.

    ERIC WORRE #23
    Entrevista a Richard Bliss Brooke
    C.E.O. OXYFRESH (MLM)

  • Eric,
I'm glad that you have started this site to help people become more aware of what this profession is and more importantly what it is not. The more you know, the more you grow. I believe that ignorance is the number one killer of people and also the number one killer of people's network marketing businesses. Sadly enough ignorance also kills more people's hopes and dreams than anything else out there. I believe that you are making a difference, but to make a real impact more needs to be done. The one thing that I hope doesn't happen is that only the "professionals" out there visit this site without promoting it. What I believe would make the biggest impact today would be a "visual" helper to all networkers. What I mean is a movie similar to "The Secret" where speakers teach us the true industry and what can be accomplished if one's heart is in their business. The main issue that would have to be addressed would be that too many people assume what this business is instead of getting the proper knowledge before making a decision to build a network. The other factor that would have to be addressed is QUALITY! Quality similar to The Secret movie would help our profession in many ways... many have tried, but all have fell short in my opinion when it come to the message and quality. Most come off as a bit cheesy or one sided toward a specific industry like wellness or travel. Keep up the good work and interviews... they start my day out in the right direction with focus!
  • Education & belief.......just hit me like a brick!!!
Thank You Eric for all of this.....learning everyday.
  • Thanks so much for these interviews! Really motivating.
  • The vast majority of what we do revolves around education and developing belief about the company, industry and in ourselves. I am sure everyone who goes through med school has doubts but they have this vision at the end “I am going to be a Doctor” we need to have that vision for our industry I am going to be a professional with skills that will pay 10 times that of other professions with a fraction of the cost of other professions.
    Great first segment.!!
  • Excellent insight so far and I'm only on the first one!
  • If you like what you're hearing, show your love by commenting.
  • I am excited about the prospects for this interview with Richard, looks like it's going to be a good one!
