Network marketing is the absolute best way to build wealth. - totally agree with two hands up

I don't understand why these leaders keep giving examples of perfect geometric expansion in Network Marketing when in the reality is not true.

I really like Richard's book, and the audio (read by him) that comes in the gift pack- he does such a great job of "upping the value" of a Networking Business.

RBB- Hay 10 o 12 individuos y compañías muy exitosas que utilizan el NWM y lo endosan. Tenemos a Warren Buffet (tiene 3 empresas de MLM, Donald Trump y otros que le dan mucha credibilidad a nuestra industria.

Piedra angular #1- LA GENTE
En Ventas Directas algunas personas vendiendo a mucha gente.
En NWM muchas personas vendiendo cada una un poco. El NWM no es acerca de cuanto vendes o consumes tú, sino cuanto vende o consume tu EQUIPO.
En 1950 “California Vitaminas” después comprado por Amway (todavía son el n° 1 del mundo casi $2billones/año), que usan la geometria de la progresión. Si tienes 10 personas que invitan a 10 mas, tienes 100, después 1.000 y 10.000 etc.
Esta es la parte mas difícil de que la gente entienda esto.

Piedra angular #2 – VENTAS
Tienes 1000 personas vendiendo o consumiendo, esto te da comisiones.

Piedra angular #3 – DINERO, PLAN DE COMPENSACIÓN – unos 5 a 10% del volumen de ventas o consumo del grupo.

Piedra angular #4 – INGRESO RESIDUAL (esto es lo que marca la diferencia con cualquier otra forma de hacer negocio es UNICO en los negocios hagas o no el negocio, te lo ganaste, lo recibes pase lo que pase!). Es un BIEN. Si lo comparas con Bienes y Raices entiendes perfectamente la diferencia!
NWM es la única manera de construir RIQUEZA. No necesitas un producto milagroso (mira Amway, Mary Kay, Herbalife o cualquiera). Esto es la mágica del NWM.
A la larga construyes la LIBERTAD, la SEGURIDAD, que todos queremos.

Aquí no tienes riesgos, solo ganancias. No estás a la merced de la próxima crísis. Construyes los muros de defensa alrededor tuyo.
Es la MEJOR MANERA DE CONSTRUIR RIQUEZA.

Great job of simplifying how important it is to communicate the basics of our business. I love the concept of explaining the opportunities of residual income in Asset value terms. Getting people over the hurdle of understanding Geometric progression is also valuable. It's a critical entrepreneurial DNA that everyone has if they just let their mind accept it.

Many parts of this material can be drawn upon for daily use. To maximise the benefit, I have looked to the areas of my performance in which I feel more strength is required and filled some gaps with ideas from these interviews.
One area has been to more carefully evaluate in advance those needs which are most likely to affect a particular prospect and then to ask the prospect about them specifically; this provides a comfortable bridge to showing how my opportunity can fulfill those needs.
It also makes it easier to reveal other needs if I have made a mistake.

Okay, but as a company how do you find the best people to represent, market, and sell you product, while minimizing damage control down the road.

An Amazing way to explain Network Marketing..

This is the level at which all conversations about out business should be conducted and Richard articulates it superbly! Residual income is not a pipe dream, it's the logical outcome of building any size of network marketing business and developing leadership within that business. I have achieved this several times - it works! All you have to do is trust that by doing what is necessary, and doing it consistently and persistently, the residual income stream will naturally grow.

There were some great and empowering words used in this segment (part 2) of the interview. "FREEDOM" is the big word that sticks out for me - we should all think harder about what this word means to us, how we each define it and what it might look like - visualise it! This is what will drive the engine of our respective businesses and encourage us to leap out of bed each morning rather than crawl!!

Eric, another masterpiece of interviewing - congratulations.

Reinforces things that are inherint in only our professional industry.

Geometric progression-This is the old analogy of would you take a million dollars today or would you rather have a penny and just double it every day for 30 days. The penny due to Geometric progression and compounding is the far better choice!

People-Understanding that getting a huge number of people to buy and sell just a little bit is far better than a few people selling to the masses. J Paul Getty, once the richest man in the world once said, "I would rather have 1% of the efforts of 100 men, than 100% of the efforts of 1 man".

Sales to the People-this is where you build incredible sales volume that becomes exponential

Money-The industry pays well to those that are committed to recruiting the people and the sales will come naturally.

The Holy Grail of wealth building...Building a Business that produces Residual Income and Creates Net worth by Building a Capital Assett. One can litteraly Reinvent their life and as Mr. Brooke indicated...build walls of protections around yourself, your family, and your lifestyles can be done through network marketing in as few as 2-5 years of massive action.

We are blessed to have THE BEST vehicle to accomplish that over any other business or industry!
