Why use limited resources on something that does not achieve your goals.

This is an performance based model and the economy is moving in this direction.

Whether you like it or not this is happening, so wouldn't it be better to be evaluated on how you perform and how it affects your bottom line, verses being evaluated on how it affects someone elses.

I am a boring accountant who has preached for years now to anyone who will listen that every action my company takes should be measured and evaluated against some pre-determined goal. It took 4 hard years of learning the industry of NWM. Imagine having the opportunity to work for yourself, and yes I did say WORK, without the stress and unrealistic expectation of going to your corporate job everyday. It took 4 hard years of learning the industry of (no different than a college education) and then applying and practicing those skills in order to change my mind-set and life. Was it easy? No. Was it worth it? Well, just ask my children who now have parents who are around and who can afford to can send them through college not to mention the lessons we teach them on entrepreneurship and leadership; they are leap years ahead of their friends in their mindset. Of course it was worth it. Will many people try the business for a few months working a few hours (if that) a week and then say it doesn't work, it is a scam,,, unfortunately, the majority of people will. To me, that is sad because the industry of NWM is the way to a better life regardless of your background, profession, skin color or origin. Interesting huh?

For those skeptics, stick around long enough to really learn and understand the industry, find you a mentor who has experience in the industry and treat it like a business. Yes, it is a real business, no different that selling Culligan water and getting paid on pure commission and then getting a kick-back every month when their units need additional servicing or an Insurance Agent who gets a commission when they sell a policy and then get a kick-back monthly when their customers pay their bills. I have a passion for my products so I share them with people, it is that easy. It fascinates me why people make it so complicated.

Thank you Randy Gage for this inspiring message. It sat on my desktop for a few weeks before I had time to listen to it (and yes folks it is because I have been so busy with my NWM business because the timing like Randy said is now) so I am glad you started my morning off with a reminder how blessed I really am. I sure hope others will experience the same take-away that I did.

Signed with my favorite quote that inspires me every day,

Do what others won’t so you can live like others can’t

Imagine having the opportunity to work for yourself, and yes I did say WORK, without the stress and unrealistic expectation of going to your corporate job everyday.
