    ERIC WORRE# 36
    ENTREVISTA RANDY GAGE “LOS INICIOS”
Traduccion libre de Doris Bloch - Caracas - Venezuela

EW.

  • Thanks guys. Some get it sooner than others. But those who continue to apply what they learn will see the success they are looking for. It may not happen on our time table but the key is being ready when our time comes.

    Thanks again Eric and Randy,

    Ced Reynolds, CITRMS
  • Once Again! Great Info! Gage & Eric hit it just right, Get in the GAME! Pick a Team & Enjoy the Journey! This is some great stuff... thank you for this platform...
  • Great episode...It is so refreshing to know that the two of you, and the others on the show, are out in the field doing what you teach and helping others do the same and create lifestyle! Thanks.
  • Although all the talk Randy did, at the end this is my analysis:

This man is a Lion. A fighter. Never gave up on is dreams.

He is an emotional animal and because of that it's someone I am sure it should be good to be around. I wouldn't now, because I haven't had the privilege to have that experience.

I highly recommend his Literature. Yes, Literature. With a capital L!

It's so empowering you can’t believe. I never had purchase audio books and seminars before, but when I cross that line of "buying audio books, seminars, conferences? What for? Can’t I just read them?” I realized that listening to this emotional mentors is what makes the difference.

Why do mentors/masters/gurus always say that "you should find a mentor, and start from there...”

Is it because they want to have "customers"?

My believe is that by having someone speaking to you, makes your emotions explode.

Reading, it's what's in your mind. You listen to your words, to your always present ineer voice.

By listening to audio stuff, you get the readers emotions!

And as you can see, this gentlemen’s are all emotions!

Well, I guess I diverted from the main issue.

    I am sorry.

Please would someone make me stop??!?!?! :)

Eric, do something! rescue me from... me, I guess...

    Love you all
    Alfredo Rodrigues
  • Amazing interview. No matter how many times I hear Randy's story I am always inspired and entertained. He is really the best!

I loved the 'get back into the field' call for all those gurus who don't prospect themselves. Awesome.

    Thanks
    Rachel
  • I've somehow been able to race ahead and watch all the Randy Gage shows (and it's still only Thursday) and I have to say that this 'mini-series' ticks all the boxes for me. It won't surprise anyone to hear that I left my last company in 2008, after 15 years, and joined my current company because of you two guys! When you are blessed with field leadership of such extraordinary quality in the foundation stage of a company's growth, you can be sure you are in the right place with a solid chance of success.

The key to success in our industry for me is understanding what Randy expressed so eloquently when he described our role as that of 'educators'. None of us really want to sell anything to anyone and the objection, so often heard, "I can't sell to my friends!" can be a show-stopper because deep down many of us share that same innate fear and we have no response that doesn't compromise our integrity. What switched the light on for me (a defining moment if you like) and was such a relief after 20 years of wrestling with this issue, was the realisation that our job has nothing to do with 'selling' but is all about building awareness of the benefits of our products and our opportunity and developing a loyal network of product users & business builders: when all's said and done, that's what we get paid so well to do and the better at we get the more money and success we will enjoy!

The simple logic of this philosophy is encapsulated perfectly in Randy's mantra - 'Get a large (ever expanding) group of people to do a few simple actions over a sustained period'.

As always, this is a highly informative forum - thanks Eric.

Just to hear you 2 every time ... gives motivation.

all my new team members r getting a link to these sessions - priceless information and life expirence!!!
  • Hi Eric and Randy:
I chose to watch The Early Years first in order to see how a successful person had built his network marketing system. The easy chatting as seen from this side of the camera was refreshingly authentic. It is supportive to hear that those who eventually succeeded needed five years of getting to know their network approach.

The first network I was in I sold $6,000.00 and sponsored an associate in the first month. I moved to a place which was small and could only support one person and she was already well established. This company after many years of success went bankrupt last summer. When I began I recognized a niche market that needed their attention and we created a new line of clothing. It was a lot of fun.

I recognized that both of you were having fun in this video and to me that is the best ingredient of all.

    many thanks

Thanks for the reminder of what it will take to be and do great and that it is a real opportunity for me. I'm greatful for both of you.
  • Great Content Fellas... To all the posers who have not earned at least a six figure income in Network Marketing PLEASE stop taking advantage of the poor soles looking for answers on how to build their business. I get tired of seeing all these people teaching Network Marketing who have never built a business. Stop taking good peoples money, pretending to be an expert. And for all of you looking for a great leaders, follow someone that is documented and proven, like the people on this show and or the top people in your company. GREAT WORK MY FRIENDS!
  • Denise
I really like this one! I especially enjoy the humor and quotes sprinkled in there. I look forward to MORE! Thank you gentlemen!
  • Awesome video. It's funny it seems like many million dollar income earners struggled their first five years in the industry. My upline who is the #2 income earner in my company, same deal. His first five years he struggled and didn't make a whole lot of money. His following 10 years, he earned over 10 million dollars.

Also was very interesting to see Randy and Eric tackle the "I'm a trainer but I'm not involved in an opportunity" bit. There are a LOT of people like that in the industry. That's one of the things I respect about Randy. He's not only just training. He's actually out in the field doing.
  • hallo

Absolute value Eric, Just started, absolutely love it so far. Will never give up.I completely understand when Randy says that it get's in your blood. Have only just started and i can honestly say, i live and breathe it already.....the husband will just have to wait ....: )
  • Randy, just gave everyone who is struggling in MLM a glimmer of hope. 5 years of pain, before arising to greatness.
  • Thank you Eric and Randy,
My belief is, that if you are at the 'right time, with the 'right company' and stick to it with consistency, and motivation...you'll be successful!! Just DO NOT GIVE UP in Networking!!!
    It is so worth it!!!
I like how Randy is so 'down to earth' by telling his struggles in this industry!! But, again another great exsample that EVERYBODY can do this!!!
    Thank you gentlemen,
Happy EARTHDAY to both of you,
  • As I am beginning to work towards my 10,000 hours in the NM industry. It helps to hear stories of struggle from the icons. It really hits home for me that even the SAGES like Eric Worre and Randy Gage struggled at first as they were starting as well. I love this series and am passing along the message to all of my friends regardless of their industry of choice..
  • Eric and Randy, it really does come down to the importance of following one's bliss. Life is just too short to mess with the small stuff. Let me know when you're in the market for another challenge.
  • inspired to hear more about Randy early years... very valuable content for anyone in our great profession. looking forward to the rest of this series with Randy
  • I was fortunate to meet Randy in the mid 90's. After years of failure, my network marketing business turned around after devouring ALL of Randy's network marketing and propserity training materials. Duplication Nation is my system for success.... his book is required reading for my team members. I look forward to the remaining sessions with Randy, my mentor, and soooo looking forward to his upcoming book. Thanks, Eric! What great 3rd party proof that our industry works and is a true profession!
  • Great to hear Randy's story- again, and to watch the two of you pal around.

I think MLM is headed for HUGE changes- we'll see!
  • Humble beginnings are something I connect with very well, because, coming from success in corporate life, learning this profession has been a humbling and life-changing experience for me....and I still have so much to learn. Thanks Randy for sharing your humble beginning with us all.
  • ez2win
Hi Guys and thanks for giving us so much value. I love Randy's humor. It's also great to hear of Randy's humble and difficult beginnings, so all of us with hardships (me - 8 years with various MLM companies) can really identify. Thank goodness the BUG stays with me. No one can every tell me to stop with network marketing. Stick to it, no matter what else you're doing, be active and believe in yourself and in the industry and it'll eventually be "our turn now".
  • Hi everytime I watch this I get more out of this and the people that are on.
  • Very valuable. I was looking for something like this to share with my team. THANKS!
  • As someone who has tried and failed to carve out a career in the network marketing space in the past, it is reassuring to hear that even Randy Gage had a period of mere mortality in his career.

I also agree that when this thing gets in your blood, it's very difficult to let go, it was for me anyway despite a long absence trying to be successful in a "proper business". I know now of course that network marketing is the only proper business, and this is where my furture is.

    Thank you Eric & Randy

    Powerful Powerful stuff.

It's so easy to take so many things for granted. I mean I have listened to both Randy Gage and Eric Worre for years now and one tends to somehow become complacent in absorbing the information, almost expecting what to hear time after time then WHAM . . . . . . , out comes a piece of media that smacks you in the face and says, "you have such an enormous resource right in the palm of your hand that is available to you every single day and you have the audacity to become complacent in it's relevance?".

This is only part 2 of a series and already the incredible experience, history and abundant knowledge herein makes me wonder if I am ready for what is to come.

The answer is a resounding YES, YES, YES. It is because of people like Eric Worre and Randy Gage that one gains the much needed endurance that is a necessary part of the business and for that I am truly grateful.
  • I've interviewed network marketing "leaders" for over 20 years and one thing is constant and common with all of them: NOT one hit the ground running. They ALL struggled, hung in, learned the game and got good at it. It's an honestly "hopeful" message. I'm waiting (im)patiently to learn about Randy's "defining moment," and I know you'll ask.

Thanks again Eric. The I3Q (Inform, Involve and Inspire) Quotient of your programs continues to grow. Thanks for the value! I appreciate them and you!
