I like the bit about Randy coming back into the field as well as the fact that he struggled for 5 years before having any success. So many people give up on their dream just before the train is about to pull into the station!

ERIC WORRE# 36
ENTREVISTA RANDY GAGE “LOS INICIOS”
Traduccion libre de Doris Bloch - Caracas - Venezuela

EW.

Thanks guys. Some get it sooner than others. But those who continue to apply what they learn will see the success they are looking for. It may not happen on our time table but the key is being ready when our time comes.

Thanks again Eric and Randy,

Although all the talk Randy did, at the end this is my analysis:

This man is a Lion. A fighter. Never gave up on is dreams.

He is an emotional animal and because of that it's someone I am sure it should be good to be around. I wouldn't now, because I haven't had the privilege to have that experience.

I highly recommend his Literature. Yes, Literature. With a capital L!

It's so empowering you can’t believe. I never had purchase audio books and seminars before, but when I cross that line of "buying audio books, seminars, conferences? What for? Can’t I just read them?” I realized that listening to this emotional mentors is what makes the difference.

Why do mentors/masters/gurus always say that "you should find a mentor, and start from there...”

Is it because they want to have "customers"?

My believe is that by having someone speaking to you, makes your emotions explode.

Reading, it's what's in your mind. You listen to your words, to your always present ineer voice.

By listening to audio stuff, you get the readers emotions!

And as you can see, this gentlemen’s are all emotions!

Well, I guess I diverted from the main issue.

I am sorry.

Please would someone make me stop??!?!?! :)

Eric, do something! rescue me from... me, I guess...

Love you all
Alfredo Rodrigues

I loved the 'get back into the field' call for all those gurus who don't prospect themselves. Awesome.

I've somehow been able to race ahead and watch all the Randy Gage shows (and it's still only Thursday) and I have to say that this 'mini-series' ticks all the boxes for me. It won't surprise anyone to hear that I left my last company in 2008, after 15 years, and joined my current company because of you two guys! When you are blessed with field leadership of such extraordinary quality in the foundation stage of a company's growth, you can be sure you are in the right place with a solid chance of success.

The key to success in our industry for me is understanding what Randy expressed so eloquently when he described our role as that of 'educators'. None of us really want to sell anything to anyone and the objection, so often heard, "I can't sell to my friends!" can be a show-stopper because deep down many of us share that same innate fear and we have no response that doesn't compromise our integrity. What switched the light on for me (a defining moment if you like) and was such a relief after 20 years of wrestling with this issue, was the realisation that our job has nothing to do with 'selling' but is all about building awareness of the benefits of our products and our opportunity and developing a loyal network of product users & business builders: when all's said and done, that's what we get paid so well to do and the better at we get the more money and success we will enjoy!

The simple logic of this philosophy is encapsulated perfectly in Randy's mantra - 'Get a large (ever expanding) group of people to do a few simple actions over a sustained period'.

As always, this is a highly informative forum - thanks Eric.
