You can DO IT Lindsey. We all struggle with it, but it gets easier with practice. I've been listening to a series that has really helped me release those limiting beliefs. Take the emotion of fear & turn it to faith.

At first I was a poser. Then I wrote a list of the people I had already talked to because I felt safe and it boosted my confidence to look and see what I had done so far. Now my list is 3 and growing. I will put my commitment in writing here today to add 15-20 people to my list, each week.
