Ok, this is a question that cuts right to the chase. I'd consider 1 to be someone who doesn't care at all about whatever it is the (can) accomplish in NM. I really don't think there are any ones on the scale right here, because they probably wouln't take the time to view this, read the question and answer the question in here or even for themselves.

On the other side of the spectrum I think a person that rates 100 on this scale, is someone who jumps off his seat right now and works on this profession (and also learns about it along the way) until late at night and is eager to get up in the morning, because it's a new day for him/her to pick up where they left of the day before. Maybe before, after or during their normal daily obligations such as work or study.

Considering this I'd rate myself about 70. Why? Because I have pretty much time in my week to do NM, but I don't always use it that effectively. I've been in a period where I've started all over. I got results, but neglected to start at the beginning, setting goals, making them visual. So I'm doing that rigth now. Then next week, I'm going to pick up learning how I can actively find new people to add to my namelist and take the action needed to do so.

being luke warm..in my opinion is a dream stealer!!! if the water is ice cold you jump out quick....if it is too hot...you don't stay long....if it is luke warm??? you go no where!!!

This is just further proof that it is all about personal development. You must have done it. If you did not do it before you joined your company, you will have to do it now. The good news is you can, especially with sites like this. Thanks Eric and Todd.

Todd is a good communicator and I like his point about how Network Marketing gets branded incorrectly because people quit on it. Great example with the real estate and how the vast majority of new licensees never renew and yet Real Estate doesn't get branded negatively. Network Marketing can provide an outstanding lifestyle if we have "sticktuitiveness" :)

Yes, I agree with you Alfie. A strong desire to accomplish things in your chosen profession will get you on Top.

I am always interested when I hear the expression "part time". I once went to a presentation by a guy from India who was way up high in Primerica. He said "All I ask of you is to give me half a day. Half a day, 12 hours".

Burning desire is really important to have in our profession. You also need to have sense of urgency. Great interview.
