		<description>Approach I believe is very important, and a sincere desire to help people should be our focus, with that you really will not mind if they can&#039;t see the opportunity yet, but they will see it when there are evident proofs to show. So our attitude towards them after we have approached them, even when they say &#039;no&#039;, is to love them and not despise them nor feel offended at them.</description>

They should have a burning desire to participate, or at least a genuine interest or they won&#039;t stay long after they join. The outcome of your presentation is out of your control. They either accept or reject the company, not you. Their decision is not personal as long as you inform them professionally. Don&#039;t worry about the mule going blind, just load  the wagon.</description>
