June 25th, 2009 Email This

Follow up is one of the most important aspects to successful recruiting.  Here are some tips that, in my humble opinion, are worth a million bucks!  Question of the Day (QOTD):  Who has seen ALL 85 NMPRO videos??

    I have a hard time with follow-up.
  • Jonathan
I've seen all 85 to this point and still catching up. :)
  • Dylan Cooper
Never let there be slack in the line.
  • Alfie
Fortune is really in the follow-up.

AOTD: Yes I have watched all the first 85 shows, but I'm still catching up for the new ones.
  • Erik
    So much great information :)

I do follow up, but for some reason my prospects never keep their appointments, I call back to reschedule and they either hung up on me or they don't answer. It's sad that I can only deal with the cold market. I have no warm market, It is what it is cruel cold market.

    Eric,

    I love your videos!
Your scope on our business is great and you're giving great practical advice as well as useful principles.

AOTD: I started watching in September and have come to #85 today. I admit I have watched some of the new vids as they have come out, but I do follow the progrssion of the series and will catch up to current vids before Christmas.

    Cheers

Hello Eric! I met you in London, UK just before your trip to Portugal. I was at the presentation that you held without your luggage having arrived... :)
I loved what you said there about the network marketing profession but I must confess, I did not watch any of your videos till about 3 days ago.
What a huge mistake that was! You give an incredible amount of must have information about the industry!! I would like to thank you for them!
In the past 3 days I watched all 85 videos and I enjoyed every minute of it. I have also started translating them into my language.
    Absolutely brilliant!
  • AgeLocLady
I have watched them all. Sometimes I get busy and have to catch up at a later time, but I watch them. They are full of invaluable information. If not for me, I know for many.

And thank you for today. I call myself a professional, but indeed I do leave a lot of times without the follow-up appointment set. I know now that if they won't set it with me, they are a waste of time anyway. Why bother with phone calls and e-mails. Someone who will be a master in my business just might be walking away while I'm spending time on an uninterested party.
  • I have seen all 85 episodes... great info today. just caught up with 84 and 85 in dallas at mastermind.. See you soon

Sencillo!

    SUERTE!

  • A Million Dollar Follow-Up tip that is too often overlooked by new people in the network marketing profession, in spite of being taught by all the leading professionals that "the Gold is in the Follow-UP"!
New network-marketers don`t consider scheduling follow-ups as the "professional" way of doing the business, in spite of being told so. They think they might be badgering their prospects, or pressuring them too much, and it makes them feel uneasy. This uneasiness affects their posture, and becomes obvious to the prospects. When the prospects feel this dis-ease, they usually react by rejecting the attempt to schedule a follow-up, and the process ends there.
So, I think that the main objective regarding follow-up, is to make the new team member feel COMFORTABLE about scheduling the next meeting or call with his prospect. Everyone is told to follow-up, but not everyone is taught how and why it should be done naturally and with ease!!!
  • Hello Eric! I´m a Team memeber in Sweden, and I´ve seen all 85, many of them several time. This is a great source of inspiration and tips. You are my "breakfast-buddy", I start everyday with your show. Thanks a lot for a fabulous job!

  • QOTD: I've seen them all at least once and several of them many times over.
  • Had seen all, and also Pass it On...
  • Great segment.
QOTD: Yes, have seen all and re-visited many.
  • I am SOOOO guilty of thinking people will decide on their own, and not scheduling the nest interaction. I never needed one, so I figure other people don't. That is WRONG.

    Thanks for the reminder!

I have ALMOST watched them all... there's a 25-minute one I haven't watched yet, and I assume there's one or two others.

QOTD: Hi Eric, I believed I've watched all of them. This is part of my daily personal and business development program. I don't let anything get in the way. Unfortunately my hectic life and my own non-MLM business get very much in the way. But at least I do have an appointment with myself every day: to watch NM Pro. Thanks for all you do.
  • I was there! And it was a hell of a session...
this was one of the most important things I've learnt: Never let the prospect walk away without the next appointment scheduled!

    Yeap.

    Love you all
