Great video Eric. Diving deep then soaring to the stars. I'd tell myself to pick a skill, dive into it and blaze a trail.

I want to be known in the profession for being a hard working and honest leader who always challenged his team of leaders to be better tomorrow than they were today as they move forward each day of their lives.

As far as sales training goes, I have been working with Eric Lofholm for several years. One of the things he trains us on is sales scripting. I was one of the ones who felt that scripting was artificial. I have learned that that is not the case. I suspect that becoming great in sales scripting or scripting in general would be a good way to go.

One of the Great in our Industry is saying that Inviting is the most important skill, if you can invite you can allways put that prospect infront of a great presenter ( DVD, Internet, live or a meeting and so on ) So if to pick a skill I will say inviting as my first skill to learn But when my younger verson mastered that I would improve my presentation skills so I can be a big leader, not just a person that brings people to others.

” He`s a Diamont Cutter, he can show you how to be a superstar in this business if you are willing to spend your time and are willing to work hard ” I would like to be known as a person that really can transform the lifes of others. So I need to work on my presenting skills, I do get nervous on the stage. Do you have a tips on how to get better on that ? I have my first ever meeting by my self ( Not together with other Distributors in other lines )
in January and needs to do a good job on the stage in January

That's great advice Eric. I love that concept of becoming KNOWN for something.
We all have one or two things we're good at, so to develop one particular skill is an excellent way to become successful. Often we think we have to be good at EVERYTHING, which only leads to frustration.
