I definitely would like to see the world. I would like at least to see this country. Speaking of setting expectations, One of the things I tell people is that they have to work to make some money. Too many people think that they can sit on the couch and collect the money that falls out of the ceiling fan.

My biggest problem is to pick up the phone. When I called one or two persons then there is no problem and I can the next and the next . . . But I have a problem to get started. Im doing it every day but I need to remind myself why Im doing this everyday

Hey Eric,
Thanks for showing me downtown Sydney…I can't wait to go there…it is one of my kick the bucket wish list items!!! Better sooner than later and, great advice in this segment. There are a lot of folks who hype NW marketing as a quick trip to the bank and long term income for life…yes that can happen with a lot of WORK!!!
I own my own business…its cool! And I have to work at it everyday and learn and grow…thanks to you that is happening!

Thank you. Now I just have to go back and recoup damages from not knowing what I was doing. I certainly am proud of, believe in and have experienced my product; unfortunately, some “duplication” can be manifested the wrong way. I am now sponsor “less” and in my attempt to learn a better and more professional way to present my opportunity, I discovered Network Marketing professionals such as yourselve. I have grown tremendously. Hopefully, that will be noticed by those close to me now. Thanks for yur tremendous wealth in moving the profession up notches.

Eric, absolutly right, phalse expectatives are the worst thing we can do. After listening this, I understood that the key is to give real expectatives, like any other business.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your comments. I understand your position and respect your openness.
Australians aren't any different as we have all been 'bashed' with over the top MLMers over the years however I used that direct approach with my brother and cousins and a bunch of other prospects, with a calm yet precise and focused tone of voice, not a loud obnoxious approach. Nearly all of them looked. Some liked it, some didn't.
I guess in the end it's a matter of posture. In my opinion to open with 'I know you're not interested' places no importance on the opportunity however if that works for you then so be it.
As far as duplication goes, one has to find their own way of opening the eyes of the prospect to look and so long as one keeps learning through continually doing then all will work out in the end.
