Wow!! What a GREAT interview with Lisa Grossman. I loved all of them! Thank you SO much Lisa for sharing your story. I think that managing the expectations you mentioned in the interview is so critical. It really helps to hold down some of the stress in this business. I loved when you said you don't beg people into your business and you recruit up, go after the sharpest, brightest people. Wonderful!
  • The part where she says you're saying no without looking at it? I always thought you were much smarter than that but I guess I was wrong.... That's powerful! I had this episode recorded on my iPhone with my voice recorder so I could hear this at will. I cannot wait until cell phones are compatible with flash so I can watch the show from my phone.

I truly do not know how anyone can have negative thoughts or comments after seeing this interview. Lisa is amazing and thank you. Eric you are too.

This 3 part interview has been most helpful to a new Network marketing Professional.

most of the time i´m listening to duplication university for sure 30 to more times until today, and every time i hear something new; duck or eagle is also my favorite to understand if the person in front of my is a duck swiming in the lake talking and thinking negativ, or is it an eagle which is getting up into the sky finding solutions right beside himself or herself. I really enjoyed listening to the interview, cause so many people have excuses, love it.

the book i started today i ; The Magic of Metaphors... And of course im listening to ALL the Duplication University for the 10th time in my car :o)
  • Get in the car! and give the positive influences through to your mind... good job Eric!

In the car... ummm... don't drive. Use my ipod when I go out on the bus. Usually some old seminar or other. My favorite is still Pigs Don't Know.
Book started today: Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom
I love that book and have probably read it three times now.
  • Amazing!
  • Great interview. I find Lisa to be honest, engaging and entertaining, Not to mention very wise. She also confirms my beliefs. Women are better at NM than men. From my years as a teacher I have found women are better students. Give them an assignment and it is done. We men .. well ... what can I say .. bull headed by nature \

Thank you Eric. Lisa Grossmann was amazing.
  • Thank you Lisa for sharing your story, totally agree with the message. Love the way you express yourself, very direct!
And of course thanks Eric for interviewing Lisa : )
  • Certainly the best of the 3 part series. Key points she made

    1) Sponsor up (I mentioned this before, sponsor a 10 or someone better than you)

    2) Learn & apply sales techniques (brightest, best, learn take away)

    3) Have a global opportunity (you can become MLM rock star in other countries)

    4) Learn and become more than you are now! (Move beyond your comfort zone)

    5) It won't be your warm market that takes you to the top!

    6) Lead by example, find people looking to be leaders.

    7) Find people that want an opportunity vs. people that need an opportunity.

    8) The "right people." Be willing to lose friends and family members. If you approach them with your opportunity.

    9) The business is NOT for everyone.

    10) Women are BETTER at networking than men in today's world! Sponsor more "sharp" women!

    Only my point of view!

    Paul

  • Many thanks to Lisa for sitting down and sharing her experience with us. Great story filled with many invaluable lessons.

Hey Eric, we wanna hear that tape.

AOTD: I made a habit out of turning my ride a rolling University long time ago. Currently listening to Prosperity by Randy Gage, great stuff.
  • Great great great interview!!! Thanks Lisa for your honesty. Eric love to learn from you every single day. Thanks my friend. Best regard from your biggest fan...Danny van Nispen.
  • Enrique
She is amazing. She is so sincere. I can related with her honesty.
    thanks so much Eric.
I learn better by reading:"The End of the Your World." by Adyashanti.
  • Lots of information to assimilate. Another interview to watch more than twice.

AOTD: The few times a month I'm in the car by myself the set of CD's from Duplication University are what I play. It just occured to me that that I could get through them quicker if I added them into the day not in a car.
  • That was a really good interview; lots of stuff for new people, and vets at the same time. Super cute because of her transparency.
AOTD- I don't have a car, like most of us here in NYC, so I read on the trains. To listen to audios I have to turn it up too loud; besides, I prefer reading- right now, I'm reading "Keys To A Higher Consciousness"
  • Awesome interview! Great interaction and amazing story. Thanks for doing it.
  • Lisa, I loved it every second!
I am from Portugal, but if I ever go to Dallas again, you will have a bold 45 year old european knoking at your door.

    Have a nice trip.

    Love you all
    Alfredo Rodrigues

AOTD: Dancing music! some times I listen to mp3 about NM, but I haven't heard nothing at least since 2 months ago.
  • That was a really good interview; lots of stuff for new people, and vets at the same time. Super cute because of her transparency. AOTD- I don't have a car, like most of us here in NYC, so I read on the trains. To listen to audios I have to turn it up too loud; besides, I prefer reading.
  • Fantastic interview with a lovely lady. Very honest and very inspirational.

AOTD: This week it's been 'questions are the answers' by Allan Pease, 'Four year career' by Richard Brooke, and the old favourite 'Building your network marketing business' by Jim Rohn. That tape has all the answers, and every time you listen you hear something new (even after the 100th time) What a legend.
  • #NWPRO Lisa is an inspiration. Her candor is like a breath of fresh air in a smoke filled room. My take away from this - don't try to work with everyone - work in honesty and integrity with the brightest and the best of the willing. Thank you for this incredible interview series !!
