NMPRO #122 – Why Prospects Lie

August 20th, 2009 Email This

Do prospects really lie?  The answer is YES!  Question of the Day (QOTD):  Now that the Minnesota Vikings have signed Brett Favre as quarterback, do you think it will help?  (I’m a wild Vikings fan)

NO means Negotiate On haha. Another great show. Oh and as for Favre - he'll lead the Vikes to the NFC championship but come up short by throwing an INT. Oh wait it's already a year later. Damn I thought I would've made a good psychic. It'll be interesting to see if he comes back to do it again. Great sports comeback story.
  • aliceflanders
I don't know a thing about the Vikings in Minnesota. I know a little about the real Vikings. Did you know that the original inhabitants of the Brittish Isles were dark haired and light skinned? The blondes and redheads with freckles were Scandanavian VIKING invaders? Back to network marketing. I have to work on how to approach those people who tell me no who might really be interested.
  • billgadol
Brett is my hero. Any man who can still take that kind of punishment at his age deserves the rank of hero. The problem is knowing when to stop. Joe Namath stayed too long at the dance and I sense that Brett is there as well.
  • billgadol
Good word, happened to us this morning. She is praying for an opportunity for her husband and our offer was dismissed without hearing the whole offer!
  • Erik
Dont know much abouth American football, so did Mr Favre help you out ? I heard you are going to play Dallas in the last 8 ? You know Im from Europe, we love football or soccer as you call it. But Im watching one American football game per year and that is the superbowl final :)
  • Great!! I agree totally.
  • Callie Daly
I rewatched this again today and the part that really hit home with me is "don't be emotionally attached to the outcome but be emotionally attached to them viewing the oppurtunity. " I just really like that concept and for me it's a refocus of energy of to keep in mind its the goal of making sure your prospect really understands what you have and not getting caught up on their reactive response of "no."

On the football side, there were a lot of great games yesterday (not just MN) I think we are in for a good season of football--I hope Brett and MN can make some great things happen.
  • I think most people lie mainly to themselves...and about Brett, that is up to Brett!
  • Loren Dame
Great stuff Eric, as usual ........ Have to admit it, not a big Fahre fan. But, if he can hit Adrian coming out of the backfield we might have something. Can't wait.
    Here's Too Life,

Excelent, really enjoyed it. Would this clip be a good one to "drip" on prospects?
  • As they say "Buyers are liars". Great video - if you understand human nature, you can certainly overcome many of these half truths that people tell you, simply as their defense.
  • QOTD: My Patriots will see Brett & your Vikings at the Super Bowl ... :-)

Great information! really help a lot!

now i can see you 20 years of experience in network marketing.......thank for giving me all the input i need everyday.

  • Aloha Eric,

K.i.s.s. me baby!! Keeping it Simple Stupid. Everyone wants the magic formula for success. Some great new lead generation system, social media etc... Me I am sticking to large scale farmimg, "Eric Worre Style." Gotta feed the masses you know.

    Thanks again Eric
  • Hi Eric,

I understand what you're saying here, but I'm not buying it.

If someone presents a network marketing opportunity I am not interested. I can look at it and it can be the greatest opportunity in the world in my opinion. I am still not interested because I'm committed to building my existing opportunity and there is just no room in my life for TWO greatest opportunities in the world.

There are some people who are just not interested.

I do agree with you in that for many people that is just a knee jerk reaction. However, I have no idea who is just a knee jerk reaction and who is really not interested. I feel it is more productive to just take them at their word and move on to the next person.

Now I could very well be completely off base. After all, I have had nowhere near the amount of success that you have had in this industry. However right now I'm not buying and you're going to have to elaborate further on this concept to sell me on this!

QOTD - Farve will be hurt and out for the season by week 10. He needs to hang it up!
  • I think it's both inportant to focus and equally to have multiple streams of income. There is always room for another activity even if it's a few minutes a day. Sure it feels uncomfortable and instinctively you don;t want to open up to the new opportunity because it appears to threaten what you are already focused on but the more you stretch, the more you achieve. It's just another way of extending your comfort zone. If you adopt the mindset of "I'm already working on my opportunity" and that one goes belly up - which can happen anytime no matter how strong the opportunity is, you end up with nothing. Look at the previous interviews with guys running successful real estate and radio busnesses in Texas only to lose the lot.
Mutiple streams of income in diverse businesses is the route I am following. I think Robert G Allen is the only person I am aware of who has been ploughing that furrow for many years. btw he has a new book out this month called "Cash in a Flash - fast money in hard times". Hope this helps.

    Brad
  • Brad,

With all due respect I completely disagree with you.

I read multiple streams of income by Robert Allen and nowhere did I see him recommend multiple network marketing businesses. He teaches the 3 different mountains of income and the 10 streams in each mountain as follows:

    Real Estate Mountain
    1) Buy-and-hold property
    2) Foreclosures and flippers
    3) Tax lien certificates

    Investment Mountain
    4) Index Funds
    5) Accelerated stock strategies
    6) Options

    Marketing Mountain
    7) Infopreneuring
    8) Licensing
    9) Network Marketing
    10) Internet Fortunes

Nowhere in that book does he advocate building multiple network marketing businesses. In fact, he spends several pages showing you how to pick "the right product, company and compensation plan." Why would he do that if he wanted you to do multiple network marketing opportunities at one time to diversify yourself?

Eric talked about this in video #80 - Pick A Horse and I completely agree with him. He said "Not one single person has made that work on a significant level." On the other hand I can show you hundreds, if not thousands of people who have built tremendous amount of success building ONE opportunity at a time.
  • enrique62
    Roosevelt:

Are you aware that he is very succesful in a network marketing company?
  • Yes I am. And the key word is "A" network marketing company, not multiple network marketing companies at the same time.
  • I dont think he meant people already building MLM, he means people who have jobs, etc... Everyone wants the opportunity for financial freedom. I think Eric is saying that MOST people would be interested in at least LOOKING and their initial reaction is to just say no. Obviously, not everyone is interested.
  • ritafulton
    Eric,
Sounds like these nuggets work in person or over the telephone. I am in the deep darks of training by making 1,000 phone calls just to be able to "ignore" and disengage the emotional aspect of objections.

All of your training is extremely helpful. I, myself, am a Dallas Cowboy fan, but I like Bret..shows you are never too old to play at what you enjoy. (Caught the plague in the background..great life lesson.."live in the moment..)!!

    The orphan.
  • I've always liked those Vikings. ( not really a sports fan, except Golf)

However, all I can say say is GO RAIDERS!

    Paul
  • Why Prospects Lie?????

    Not what I expected, Eric.

    Interesting copy-writing.

Zig Ziglar, did a talk on this subject and suggested they aren't really prospects, they're "suspects" at best. A prospect has certain traits. I don't remember what they were. I believe one was the capacity to purchase.
If they have no job, no credit card, are they really a prospect? I'll check for details.

Acting as a "consultant" who's "farming", who's actually testing to see who's a prospect and who's suspect.
It's probably a good idea to ask questions first in a non threatening way. Why telegraph you're interested in selling them something, thus triggering that auto response to "lie. "

Everyone is talking about the economy, let the "suspect" tell you they need help.

When you ask "how's it going?" They'll tell you for sure what's going on in their life. They'll give you all the information one's needs to classify them as a true prospect. Within minutes you'll know their story.

Now what? Be a gather of information, this suspect is now moving into your pipe line and becoming a true prospect. You're filing data as to who they are, their situation, likes, dislikes, financial position. They're defining themselves as a prospect. Someone to "target" (hunt them latter). Or plant seeds latter (for the farmers) looking to harvest someday.

My bother, who hates MLM and really hates his current job. About two months ago said, he just might join my program. That's how upset he is about his situation.

My neighbor has three Mercedes, two are SL coupe's (pricey). We got to talking and she told me her whole story. The SL's are leased. They're in deep financial debt. She complained bitterly about how people
think they have money! She actually explains to friends, they aren't. I now know the husband owns a business.

Another neighbor only last week complained about his contracting business his wife left, and he's had his tools stolen several times. He's stressed.

You would think I would jump all over these people. I Haven't. Why? I've stored this information. I have no solid plan to actually help these people build a business. Just because I know they're in need, I haven't solved the problem of making NWM easier for them or me. However these little chats are helping me form that strategy.

A brownie point for you Eric!

There are lots of solid programs to join if they really wanted to join an MLM. They said nothing about looking for an additional income stream. I failed to ask! Just didn't think about it at the time.

Bottom line for me is, I have time. These people are not alone, the majority of the world is in this situation. That doesn't mean they're willing to become sales people. It needs to be so simple otherwise other diffensives will appear as you move to show, tell & close.

The one thing I keep in my mind, is 1 person monthly for 12 months that duplicates leads to a team of 4,000. I don't care what program you are in that's a rock solid income! It only takes a few people & a check to actually change your perspective on your NWM biz.

We only need to be patient and have chosen the right program for YOU! Find others that feel the way you do. That duplicates. (It's coming to me as I type)

Not every prospect will like your program. Let along the products.

Now we're back to sharing our products which I've done with a few other neighbors. (One said yes and was excited until a prospect of hers said no and she backed out. Now she's too busy.) The other doesn't like NWM, but did like the products I shared as did the other neighbor. )

AS I think about it now, NWM is like playing chess. You make a move, they make a move! You must be strategic
in your moves. Oop's back to being a "tactician! "

I know I need to posture myself with more "culture" and they'll flock to me!

I'll BUY or rather LEASE that NEW BENZ tomorrow! That's what they did in the old days!

Fake it, till you make it! (this is great)

One way to avoid "prospects" from lying.

    I hope this helps someone.

    Paul
  • gerardochile
Can you go deeper on the concept of create a culture, I understand that is a slow process but with a great ROI on the long term, How did you started, which are the mails stone in order to start this process, how long takes to have your team already involve in this new concept............your shows have helped me to understand much better this business and also to face our business with a different scope------- thank you for that!!!!!!!!!
  • Luis Gringras
    Eric

One of the most tipical autopilot responses is "I don’t have money" most of the people I know don´t have to pay for the enrolment.

I guessed that: 95%+ of the people don´t have cash in the account ready to pour in the opportunities they see, neither 90%+ don't pay all credit card balance at the end of the month.

Our autopilot only see the cost not the benefit, if you don´t answer they focus on this point, what you have to say to move their focus away from the obstacle?
  • Wrong prospects. Those people are suspects. Youa ren't sure they can afford the program or the monthly auto-ships! Qualify them first.

Seek, known WINNERS, like real estate agents found in ALL countries. Anyone in a sales position. People that are looking for something supplement their incomes.

Pick your target market like real estate agents in Minnesota. Ask them how's it going? If you're on Eric's team do a three with him! <grin>

Target people that are in foreclosure in Minnesota that own homes valued at $250,000 and above. Again, three with Eric!

Get and read THINK & GROW RICH! It's free online!

    I hope this helps!

Hello Eric, veeery good tips AS ALWAYS; I have a question: Im doing one thing now, when a prospect says" i have no time", i propose to them: ok, i´ll go to your house to give you the pbr...
i know is better to give pbr´s to 5-10 people, but if they are not showing in my house pbrs, i guess its the only chance i have...its better than nothing... what do you think? is this good or its better to insist on them to come to a multiple pbr??? i know it could be a lot of work going one by one...

I dont know about the vikings, but FC. Barcelona is playing this saturday and i know you are a big fan....

    thanks again---------------
  • One leads to 2, which can double to 4, then 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 and you're now making at least $1,000 per month.

How does that work for you???????

    I hope this helps!

    Paul
  • enrique62
    Paul:

That's all theory. Is that your real experience? Have you develop your group in a perfect geometric projection?
  • PaulMerriwether
    >>>That's all theory. Is that your real experience? Have you develop your group in a perfect geometric projection?<<<<

    Perfect geometric projection????

The point I was making and said: "One leads to 2, which can double to 4, then 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 and you're now making at least $1,000 per month."

Nothing grows perfectly, if you have a team of 10, 20, 300, 400 or more, it was from one to another building over time. A binary plan only has two legs. Someone in the program will have a very well balanced and EXPLOSIVE group. That's a fact. It just might not be you or ME! But it's always from one person to another. Leverage is always the key to the check.
  • cwhelan
Your wisdom is incredible - and again, I have learned so much from you today. I have to cut my emotional ties when I am sharing my business with someone, and stay focused on what I have to share and ignore the objections.... remain a "consultant" !
    thanks Eric -
    hugs
    Chris
  • Hans B
Oh Eric! Your reflecktions are so bright and exactly in the focus.
Just today I had that little discussion, trying to invite to a jam and seminar this weekend here in Stockholm (without Randy Gage...).
This guy was interested of "the money" but realized how sceptical people are, that "he was so tired coming home after work and was not the Seller-type... The problem is - my arguments that "you can surely get a couple of hours (skip some TV etc), you do not have to be a seller - many diamonds are teachers or engineers or whatever" does not help, or rather, do not get into their minds. They sometimes, as today, go away - litteraly walk away - when I want to discuss it at further. Uncomfort zone... And I am not espescially "puchy" and know that you cannot force a bird to eat from your hand...
Mostly I afterwards understand what I perhaps should have said - or not. But then it is to late!!! It is hard to be cool enough! Perhaps training by role-playing on and on and on would be a way to say "the right things". On the other hand - some say "it is not the words that you say - it is the music you play". It is a bit contradictory. Enthusiasm is obviously not enough!!??
  • Target a better prospect! No, time to farm on this one!

If you still have time STRETCH yourself and go for a WINNER that has seen a loss in their income. A real estate agent, a business owner, a car salesman! Money people!

Now, is the time to "POSTURE" yourself, acquire the "CULTURE" of a NWM success even though you might have had little success. Only you know that!

GET EXCITED! Randy Gage is coming!!!!! Make him BIGGER than life! Make this an event not to miss! They'll show up, if you're excited enough! Heck it you're really good, I might come! <grin>

Make it easy on yourself & prospects by approaching people that are near the venue to insure they're able to make it.

Get with your upline and let them know you are having STRONG guests and need a quick minute with Randy.

    WORK IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Make it happen!

    JUST DO IT!!!!

    I hope this help!

    Paul

    You are very welcome
  • It is not just prospects that lie. Everyone does it, especially to ourselves. The conversations depend on how well each party trusts the other. With no relationship, there is little trust and 'the steps' of the dance is not dancing.

Everyone has a 'button' that when it gets pressed money and time are no longer an issue. Time is granted to everyone at the same rate and everyone uses all of it every day. Will they trade some of what they have been using if they could have all their dreams come true? If they 'get it' the answer is yes.

I participated in a program where we promised the number of guests we would bring each week. One week I was one short and I was running out of time. The last intro event for the week was in NYC and I invited a street person to keep my promise. They had no money, only the clothes they were wearing and very little hope. Something happened during the evening and their 'button' was pressed. They 'got it' and said yes. The $200 was required by the following Friday and they borrowed and begged $5 and $10 from everyone they came into contact. (a skill they had learned from the street) The 'rest of the story' is even more remarkable but I learned people will do whatever they have to once that 'button' gets pressed to have what they want occur.

Giving people enough time to experience safety, that whatever answer they have is valid, that no is as acceptable as yes and the conversation will not stop regardless of their position is a skill set that is learned in failure. Everyone loves sales when everyone buys and says yes. What people really are uncomfortable with is 'no' and the associated uncomfortable feelings we associate with it. As a tactic ignoring people’s answers will not work unless who you are for them is someone they know, trust and like.

QOTD: I am a rabid Vikings fan too. Favre brings an attitude about winning with an experience of it missing at the quarterback position on most teams. What he produced last year with the Jets was a viral like infection about winning. He may run out of gas by season’s end but the fuse he lights will make this season's Viking games must see events. You'll be upset with what it costs for the Sunday NFL Ticket package here and I wasn't going to purchase it this year but it just moved to the top of the discretionary spending list.
  • EXCELLENT post again!!!!

The lies really start once they've joined! The never ending story!

    Thanks Paul
  • ericworre
    Great comments my friend.

I'm excited about my Vikings! :)
  • Trained responses are funny. I was in a clothes store looking for something specific and was thinking I need to find some help finding it. A clerk in the store came up and asked if there was anything she could help me with and I instinctively said no?!?! That was high noon and there was the no answer that has been said to hundreds of store clerks.

The Vikings are a much better team with Favre on the field. Yes he is 40 and probably only has 1 more MVP quality season in him. I think the key to his success this year will be playing with in him self and realizing he is not a young kid anymore and some of the passes he could force in 10 years ago are the interceptions he through last year. For his longevity playing indoors in turf instead of outside in the cold of the Meadow Lands should help.

The QB position has really been a glaring weak spot for the Vikings since Culpepper was injured in '05.
  • ericworre
Trained responses is a good way to describe it.
  • I thoroughly enjoy you and your presentations on NMP. You are the one to “be like Eric” in this industry. I am glad you are sharing you wisdom and experience in a grounded way ... ‘walk with kings, nor loose the common touch”.

My question is this: I subscribe to NMP and follow the invitations to the daily webcasts. I click the iTunes however and there doesn’t seem to be any program material in iTunes. Am I missing something?

Thank you for taking the time to respond to this at your convenience.
  • ericworre
The ITunes functionality isn't set up properly. But be patient, I have something very exciting coming soon. I appreciate you.
  • It may LOOK like Eric is editing the episode, but he ALWAYS looks at pictures of himself!

I don't get too much resistance to people looking, it's after they see it that I hear the "time" and "money" stuff. I usually get all mad and tell them how stupid they are....

I know nothing about the Vikings other than that they arrived in America before Columbus.
  • Getting mad is good!!!! You didn't need them any! <grin>

Try sharing only the products and see what happens. That's a novel approach!

I kicked a long time friend to the curb after he joined, then quit and said we didn't have enough products and they were too expensive!

Some people you don't need in your life!

Thanks for sharing your story, they really help.

    Paul
  • ericworre
What? Did you say something? I was looking at a picture of myself and got distracted. :)

Even after they see it, the time and money stuff is mostly an illusion.
  • It is so easy to lie. The reality is that people are just trying to protect the other lies they are living with.

RE: Bret Farve, not much of a football fan. Just wish him the best in his new assignment.

    Ced Reynolds, CITRMS
  • ericworre
    Well said
  • I was taught that when someone says "I can't afford it", what they are really saying is "please show me how I can afford it"; "I'm too busy", what they are really saying is "please show me how I can have more time to create income". And then other times they are just making excuses :-)

As for Brett, it's going to be an interesting year in the NFC North, with Chicago getting a selfish, whiny QB (I'm from Denver), the Vikings getting Brett and the Packers fans all bent out of shape. Actually it's funny, that I always saw Cutler as a Brett Farve type guy. Great arm, makes spectacular plays, and tries to force it into tight spots and gets picked off.

It will be interesting to see how his torn rotator cuff reacts to the stresses of the game. It's easy to feel good in the off season, but once you start getting hit and making lots of throws... Like I said, it will be interesting to watch.
  • ericworre
    You were taught right.
  • Its like a breath of a fresh air to hear you every time.
    Thanks
  • ericworre
    Thanks!

On Topic: I prefer the verbiage that the prospect has an Unexpressed Objection rather than Lying. An analogy to consider; The same way that the girl you just asked out on a date is trying to have you save face by saying NO because she wants to "concentrate on her career" when she really means "your breath stinks", prospects often state a shield statement (i.e. no money, time, interest) to protect themselves from having to say NO to you about your opportunity (especially if you're friends). What I heard in this episode is that giving them permission to say NO overcomes the Unexpressed Objection. Jim Rohn once trained that he told prospects "I'm signing up 3 out of 10, I don't care if you're one of the 7, I just want your bum in that seat."

We want people to listen to our "music" more than our words, the skill to develop in this people business is to hear THEIR music more than their words. That's why it's important to ignore their instinctual statement of no interest.

Off Topic: Eric, you just got cool points for having all things Apple just like me (an iMac in the background and an iPhone 3GS in the "it takes work" episode).

    Hernando Pena
  • ericworre
    Apple rocks! :)
  • I am learning with each episode Eric. Many of the concepts taught on here I've heard before by my mentors, including you. What i love about this format however is that I can rewind it , listen to the episode again and forward the exact message to others that I feel need it. I'd LOVE to be able to do that at an event often times.

As for the Viking and Brett Favre.. I think their is a dangerous element being intro'd into that clubhouse. While Brett IS a hall of famer, He and his head coach, owners and front office have elevated him into a place that is person centered not team centered. The Vikings are Peterson's team. He's the True leader in that clubhouse. I think the team dynamic has been hijacked with Brett "HEY EVERYONE, LOOK AT ME" Farve's signing.. Hope I'm wrong. Either way it won't matter even if they do make it to Miami for Super Bowl XLV. Because the Indianapolis Colts will return with THE best QB in the league. you know. '6 "4 , Laser Rocket Arm to win another Lombardi Trophy.

Much love Brother. See you in SLC.
  • As a die-hard Brett Favre fan, not to worry about what place the head coach, owners and front office have elevated Favre to . . he loves the game, he is his own person and he's down-to-earth. His passion for the game is contagious and his team mates will come on board.

Now my problem is, I am a Packer Fan and a Brett Favre fan. Last year I could be both, this year I have a real dilemma?
  • ericworre
I just hope Favre holds himself together so we can get back to the Superbowl. That would be awesome. We have everything else.
  • Vikings - Colts Super Bowl Eric? in MIAMI ! Away from either apolis. In the middle of winter, and snow and cold! sounds like a plan to me! Mr Mitchell might have something to say about the Colts making it to Miami to defends it's Miami Super Bowl title though. :)
  • shaisamuel
Thanks for opening or eyes around this. The fact is most people lie even to themselves... !!!
  • ericworre
Sad but true. I do it all the time!
  • Great Point Shai.. If they can't be honest with themselves, how in the world can they be honest when an opportunity presents itself to them.
  • Good advice Eric. It's so true. We all do that....No, I'm too busy.....It's not for me......I don't have the money/time.....whatever. The thing is to just ignore it like you said. Perhaps just "knowing" before-hand that they will say that would make it easier to deal with.

You're very right about there being so much great content in these 122 shows. It's too easy to let it just slip by. Maybe you should do a 'best of' show.... :-)

QOTD: Well, I think this might just be your year my friend. Favre at 40 is still better than some 30 year old QBs, BUT - he needs to stay healthy, AND - they're going to have to gel as a team - that's where his leadership will come into play.
  • ericworre
    Thanks Jim
  • Darrick
    Great Information Eric
Would a Prospect Lie to You ?
    Yes --- Yes ---- Yes----
    Do not take it personal.
Do the Vikings have a strong offinsive line
and do they have good recievers.
In my opinion Adrian Peterson is
the best runner in the NFL.
The Brett Farve experiment could work.
    Good Luck
  • ericworre
    Thanks Darrick
  • Lrrsimmons
Hi, Thanks for your info, it is so helpful. One question, how many time do you approach a person with the opportunity? When do you "give up" and move on?
  • patchipperfield
Football?.......Sorry Eric.....I am a Canadian who knows nothing but Hockey.....
    Minnesota Wild...now that I know...
    Enjoy your day

  • enrique62
Brett Favre is 40 years old. He might help develop the new quaterback.
  • gabor73
    Hi Everyone,

This is cool, I had the felling that some of the prospects lie :)
I'm looking forward to see tomorrow's video.
  • That's why NMers need to STUDY PEOPLE. They need to understand their prospects personality- their way of thinking, doing and saying. Listening is the key to any relationship building process. Listening and Understanding.
  • Exactly! The sales process can start much later after you've gleaned more information, built trust and rapport.

    Thanks Paul
  • Good advice for the "Farmers" among us but when a "Hunter" ignores an "I'm not interested." It is a very different dynamic. But then only farmers and those of us becoming farmers are going to be watching your videos. ;-)

Minnesota Vikings? What do they do? :-)

I want change but I fear it specially If I don't know how to make the change.
  • Agree, and I would add something more:

If we consistently move on, people you have contacted in the past will be chasing us on some moment in time.

Just do your work, and people will follow you.

    Don't ever give up.

    This is my moto.

    Love you all

  • You're on fire this week Eric. Thank you for changing my mindset on 'No.' Rock on to even greater success.
  • Yes, true, however at some point you taught the 'are you in or are you out?... next, are you in or are you out?..., next, are you in or are you out?' concept. This episode contradicts that concept don't you think?
  • Tony, I agree too many teach going through the numbers.... make a list ...... NEXT!

The K.I.S.S. (keep, it simple, stupid.... NEXT) principle.

You can build it any way you chose.

    I hope this helps.

  • I think the are you in or are you out is for people who are in your smallest circle of influence or have seen it and haven't jumped off the fence yet.. the people who lie are more of the people coming into your warm market. Besides, the people who are in that small circle, you will be able to see through the BS straight away and show some tough love.

This was awesome! It helps so much. Some times we give up too fast and we believe those "lies", while we could "ignore them" and keep moving forward in the conversation.

    Thank you Eric for sharing!
