Great interview. We do have a better way but like anything it requires hard work, not a lottery ticket mentality.

anyone can succeed in this business if they have the right attitude and are willing to learn and keep on going.
  • The fact that Randy was a successful businessman yet his friend kept talking to him about going to a meeting. So many of us, me included, are first intimidated about talking to successful people, and secondly, give up so damn fast. But there were many insights in your interview with Randy, as I'm sure there are more in the missing fourth episode! I know, I bet it’s on the island with or in the unopened magic box! Thanks for all you hard work!!!

You are just Mr Dynamic Positive you can do it! I look forward to getting up in the morning and first order of the day is listening to one of your videos. It could be how to clean your pool and I would listen to it because you are just so on the money with the sincerity and logic you put forth in your videos. Our nation is so brainwashed to work the 9-5 day in day out for someone elses profit and that just got to me after 20 years in my profession to the point that I don't believe I will ever go back to that kind of work. Thank you for the time and selfless dedication you give to those of us either just getting started, or trying it again with a new perspective. You are so right. Do what you like and you will never work a day in your life. Here is looking at you kid! You are the bomb!
  • Hey, Eric! I was sent to your site by one of my sponsor. I was quite prepared to discount you as just another "time gobbler" but, your videos are nice and short so I watched a few of them. I have since decided that you are quite delightful and I get real value from your messages! Thanks for keeping the profession light and professional and for keeping your teaching tools equally light and professional.

    Very much appreciated,

P.S. I loved seeing your girlfriend. She is so lovely! Applause to both of you!
  • In Network Marketing, make sure you find a sponsor/mentor/partner who really cares about you, and who you really trust. You`ll be relying on that person, and if you don`t trust or like him, get another partner/sponsor/mentor, even if it means changing companies.
    Great advice from Randy Thompson!

I think I would pick the tip that we must act like pros, we must enjoy our job, get relax, so the people will get us as reliable people, not as a bugging sales people. As you said before, as a consultant.
Congratulations for your amazing work with NMPro, I learn each day, even on weekends, to how become a Pro.

Have a nice week in Utah, have fun.
  • The reminder of the power of the 3 way call and to have fun!

    Have a blessed day!

    Hi Karen:
In the show #126, interview 3 of 4 with Randy;Bones,Tony and myself had a long discussion on how to talk to someone. Tony was kind of enough to let us know how he does it. I hope this helps you in contacting people.
  • Karen
Q: What is the best way to get leads? Explain your initial contact with a lead.

QOTD: In order to achieve success, my job must be to help my team achieve their goals!
  • lorijones
Eric that was a great question you ask, pick one point of insight. Wow Randy had so many to choose from I have to say 2 ears 1 mouth Listen to what people are saying, stop talking and really listen.
    Thanks Eric & Randy!
    Lori
  • QOTD: I would say it is a tie between the importance of 3 way calls and belief in your product and your upline.

    Another great interview.
  • GlobalVision
QOTD: 3 way Calls!! How important are three way calls? So important! I know this but realized I am NOT doing enough of them and that is the behavior I have duplicated!

As for next weeks questions? Outside of personally doing more 3 ways myself.....how would a leader best create a 3 way call culture in their organization?
  • cwhelan
QOTD: Hard to pick just one ..... But here's my take away insights >
Find a company or product / service that you believe in ... get a relationship with someone in your organization that you 'trust' to be your mentor !
Get a "workout" partner and do the work !

    Thanks Eric -
    hugs

I listen to this about listening etc. when prospecting, so will you do an interview where one of the top people will take us through a full prospecting pitch including overcoming objections
  • I would pick his enormous determination and stamina.
