I have been studying with Eric Lofholm on sales training etc. He teaches script writing. His definition of a script is "Words in sequence that have meaning". Which means you use a script anyway, even when you think you are not. You should have a script for various situations then modify it to suit your personality, and the situation. After the first couple of times of knocking on doors it became so much fun. I tried something different with each house and eventually learned what worked. After awhile I was able to do a cold call presentation 1 out of every 3 houses. It was fun. What is the worse thing that can happen?? BOO! I know for a fact that the main reason so many people fail, as well as fail to join Network Marketing is in their reluctance to communicate with people.
