several hours. I used to read a lot more but by the time I read as much as I can of my e-mails, I am about read out.

Simple, effective processes. repeated. Great info.

It's amazing how easy it is to deviate from such a straight forward process. As an extremely analytical person I've been allergic to "keep it simple" for almost a decade. For anyone that is new or relatively new to Network Marketing, let me save you some time; I have tried to reinvent the wheel about 322 times and I have discovered that nothing works as well as the process being described in this interview. Sort through people, find the ones that want to take the next step, repeat. Rinse, lather, repeat.
  • I read a book at least one hour a day and often longer. There are hours through out the day that I am reading and learning something at my pc - helps having a huge monitor and having a 'doing now list' filled from the 'not doing now list' filled from 'never doing now list' that is 8 lifetimes long.

Thank you Niti. I am very proud to be associated with this caliber of people, doing awesomje things around the world. What a glorious bunch of Netwrok Marketing Professionals!!

I read two books per week. One for this profession and another for a "balanced" life.

    Awesome Eric and Niti.

    Thank you again.

Wow. You have some great stuff.
  • Since the inception of NMPro all the top income earners have verbalised exactly the same process.
Big list, invite to review then invite to the next step, repeat. All the while looking for leaders. Easy!
Someone once used the analogy: Like an eagle soaring high in the sky looking for other eagles.

QOTD: 30 minutes each morning and 30 minutes each night + audios when driving (except of course when the children are listening to Hannah Montana. Try to switch that off and phew!!!!! I think we're up to world war 19 already :)

Eric & Niti, what can I say? Wow!! It's so simple and so dupicable. 100 a month is only 3 per day - can't we all just go out there and hand out (in a pleasant, friendly way - to leave a great impression!) a DVD, brochure, or CD to 3 people - ONLY 3? Awesome.

I'm a reader, belong to a book club, read 1-2 novels per month plus books on our profession: Tribes, Beach Money, Randy's Money Machine, Stephen Covey, Napoleon Hill - the works. Then there's the e-books - some are really great "Eat that Frog" by Brian Tracy, Success-in-10-steps...the list is endless.
  • He has quite a wave effect on motion no doubt!
    QOTD: 3 to 4 hours.
  • Step 1 Do what you can to Search/Find a Leader How? Share the Plan using 3rd Party material CD Audio etc...
Step 2 Help Develop your new Leader
Step 3. Have a system in place to encourage duplication...... A plan to follow.. Proven Success Formula

    Share Share Share!!!

    Don't forget the fundamentals...

    Make it a great day
  • Great stuff.. Niti really keeps it's simple.

QOTD: I read anywhere from 5-10 hours a week. depending on what I am reading.

    Eric:
It finally starting to make sense as interview after interview,Leaders are only interested in giving a third party tool to see if the person is interested or not. They are looking for someone who wants to do it right now.
    Thanks.

Thanks again for an interesting interview - Great insight into a successful system of duplication in a foreign market. QOTD - about a half hour each day.
  • Very good interview so far.

I really enjoy hearing the insight of leaders from other countries because it shows that the duplication/ simplification is the key to large success.

I am looking forward to 3 and 4.

    Thank you for sharing, Eric.
