As long as you know what your company and product is about but most of all believing in yourself that's alll the confidence in the world you can bring to whomever you speak to. It doesn't matter what their income or experience is – be confident. Will you fall down at times? Sure. It will only make you better and more confident in the long run.

How true this is Eric!
Thank you so much for the real life examples, it got me thinking that we all have to find that same focus and determination that we had as a child to learn things like tying our shoelaces and learning to ride our bikes. And not worry about others laughing at us.

It seems relevant to mention that people coming in on such a low price of entry may be much less confident from the get go than someone who already has the confidence and resources to start a $1 million biz. Usually the kind of person with that mindset will already have been successful in business.

I completely agree about the mindset people bring with them into NM such as giving it a go until it becomes a little uncomfortable and then they just stop! I do think that as a profession we are often the cause of attracting that though.. So many presentations about NM make it seem like everything is sooooo easy and it causes people to have unrealistic expectations.

It's a fine line I find between making success seem attainable even for someone who has never been in business before to setting realistic expectations from the outset.

A fine line… you're helping us stay on it though!
