Talk about I better get good! I had a customer several years ago that I took an order from, then lost it and forgot about it. she called me several months later. I then messed up her order. I felt bad and was not sure how to repair the damage. I got her the order and gave it to her free. Then a couple years later she gave me another order and I messed up again. Same lady. I got it straightened out, but felt so bad that I did not contact her again. Guess what I just found out. She has signed up under someone else of course to sell my product! OUCH!
