  • Love love Love this! Now more committed than ever to get my online video show going! Thanks again..I love the way you both simplify complex issues...or what seem like complex issues...hustle,passion, and gotta love it Eric.."you can't look good and get better at the same time!" How true is that?
  • ritafulton
Thank you Eric. I am not very savvy when it comes to "social media". Have heard horror stories about people spamming your reputation for no reason. Is there a better form.."twitter", "facebook", "linked" to start learning and using? Just go for it and as long as authentic..O.K.? I enjoy watching Gary and your interactions and energy.
  • mspaulamc
Amazing - edifying - know I am on the right track - way cool :) Thanks!!!!!
  • “Do Today what others won’t, and Tomorrow you will enjoy what others don’t.”
  • Passion, Hustle, Work Your Face Off, Consistency... What amazing tips and insights.
Thanks for continuing to inspire and encourage me in a daily basis as I work towards becoming PRO!
    God Bless!
  • Oh my gosh!!!!!!!!! What an amazing positive mindset this man have. I'm sooooooooo excited, I almost throw my computer through the room. Time to work harder.....much harder. And Eric...you're the best. Take care, regards from your biggest fan.
  • Amazing stuff here Eric!

I really like the part where he said to just start a blog about your passion and how you can get spillover from your passion blog into your actual business. I also liked how he talked about how if you do it consistently, you can get approached by big (or even small) companies that are willing to subsidize what you do.

I'm already doing this because I'm passionate about network marketing and internet marketing. So it's good to know that I'm on the right track and I just should continue to keep doing what I'm already doing. I know what he's talking about is possible. While I haven't been approached by anyone wanting to sponsor what I do yet, I have been approached by people offering me free products just to review and write a testimonial for them. I've also gotten leads, customers and even new distributors just writing about what I'm passionate about.

Great nuggets here and I'm glad you did this interview Eric!
  • Eric,

Your choice of guests throughout your programs has been outstanding. Gary is another example of the "essence" of what we do. I try to remember as I watch your videos, that this is about the feel, the passion, the why, and the inner satisfaction. It isn't about a company, a product, or a service. It is about the results - what I have become from the experience that translates into my life and my relationships.

    Keep up the Great work!

I have to say that today's show was by far the most "funny" and uplifting show I have seen up to now. This one will stay with me for a long time. Now, it has given me the "Get up and go" (that got up and went) to really do what I want to do, and I am going to start "Right now". No more excuses, No more I'll start "When"..... NOW!
  • Okay, now that I already teased some of my commentators colleagues below I would like to say that in fact this is in line with what I have read about Magnetic marketing.

And if we give it a thought, it makes all sense.

Eric, Gary and others like them, knows very well that showing at the Internet is providing them visibility.
And visibility is key to success.

For what I know about Eric, he started NM long ago and I am sure he acknowledge also thsi truth: Visibility, getting to be known by people is key for others to consider him in some way.

If we use Internet in the proper way (not spamming, relating to people we get from capture pages, REALLY connecting with people on the social networks), may result surprisingly well.

And I say this from the experience I have from my 3 very simple web pages I have...

I was going to say what I am considering to do next, but I want to keep it as a secret, hehehe

So, the key is: connect , connect, connect

Did I get my message through?

    Love you all
    Alfredo Rodrigues
PS: Hey Eric, a question for you: Did Gary let you try one of his 100 bucks a bottle wine? which one?:).
  • I am just hoping that Gary's book is in UK stores as we had to wait ages to get Tribes. I'm counting on the fact that the UK has so many wine lovers, Gary's fan base must be huge here. In fact I always think the UK would be No.1 if we open a wine MLM! ALthough I fear they wouldn't get much work done! :)
  • Eric, where the shiz did you find this crazy man? Love it! I'm making CRUSH IT one of my must-reads. My name is PEphren Tinoco, and I have gone PRO.
  • sergioquintana
Eric, once more I want to thank you. Through NMPro I came to know Jim Rohn, and now I came to know Gary. What an amazing triplet, you Included, fo course. I guess with Kiyosaki I only need one more to complete my five guys to become an average of. Its a challenging group, but you know what, since I see you every day, some days more than once, like today, I am growing as a MLM professional in a way that surely it would took me many years of try an error. Thank you Eric, you birth day is now on my calendar. And one of my 2010 goals is to meet you in Utah.

You are an amazing human being, and I thank God for that.

Congrats. for the Vikings. Grandpa Favre is an amazing guy too.
  • Rasul
Man, it just gets better and better. I can't wait for the next episode.
  • Rasul
I love Gary Vee and I really love your show, but I have to tell you that the thing I love the most is how you bring real world (for lack of a better phrase) successes to show that MLM is a profession like any other. Thanks for presenting the truth, no hype, no chaser.

    Rasul
  • luislanderos
congratulationssss! all that you are doing help us on giving a professional image to our industry! only 1% of people are part of MLM, we need a lot of good companies to help, we all should see each other as collegues! lot of people that will need help in the comming years!
  • Awesome Such a fab show guy's can't wait to watch the next one have an awesome day xx
  • I think that was the most important show yet...ok I have said that before but it is the most important in terms of network marketers understanding how to use social media to grow their business.

Gary said something really important - he mentioned 'backlinks' Backlinks are what you get to your blog or website when you make a post on a site like this. These backlinks push your blog up the search engines and also enable you to be sociable and have people come through to your site to see what you are all about.

For most network marketers that probably sounds like double dutch. The thing is Gary also observed that many people come into MLM with the get rich quick mindset - landing page etc. and google etc.

It's important to understand for those looking to build community online that if you don't have some kind of page you can't get the 'slow burn' of the community. No one knows who you are when you post with a random name and no web page link or info about yourself.

It is interesting that Mike Dillard recommended FLIP cameras in a course he created approximately 2 years ago now. It seems that even those who are determined to stick with the fundamentals of NM are going to need to embrace change or be left behind. A online presence is where its at and if we don't have one our teams go into other leaders' lists!

The great thing is that there is a lot of fun to be had 'in this space.' I started my blog 1.5 years ago and have 100s of visitors per day. Not bad for a little chick in a tiny village with cows for neighbours.

It does take time but it is completely awesome and I have connected with people who come to me for value based training that i would never connect with otherwise.

Eric your show is a perfect formula for attraction marketing and social media. Thanks for being such a great contributor and showcase.

p.s how could you have haters with those cute chubby cheeks? :)
  • Rachel, Rachel, Rachel...
If Marina knows about this, she will kill you girl.
And there is Wendy as well... I wouldn't mess with those cheeks, hehehe
BTW, I am ansious to get my new DVDs? :)
  • Now I've lost the plot! Who's Wendy? Sent you dvds for you to check out but a little bird tells me you can get your own. :)
  • Have you really send them?
If so, I will send you something as well from Portugal, for that you can be assured :).
Don't you know about Wendy? The INCREDIBLE, LOVELY, AWESOME girl is now physical training Eric (in which way beats me because he never told us, I can just guess, but It's working alright!). Not that you are no less than her, which on my opinion you're not, but Wendy you know... is Wendy!
    Now,
When will my DVDs get here? :)
  • AHA oh I see so that is Wendy! I guess I lost track of Eric's fitness challenge. Last I heard he was having a competition with Ivan Sisco. :) And yes for sure I am no Wendy. In fact I need Wendy!!!!

DVDs not by snail mail ... digital downloads check out your inbox and have a super duper day.
  • Wow I continue to watch each episode with ahh. You are so on track with the passion and secret sauce of balance. I think what people are identifying with is you genuinely giving back to the community of the business. My personal quote of the day reflected the same sentiments. Its not about how much money you make, but what are you passionate about..What drives you to get up each and everyday. You my friend are doing a great job doing that. You are giving the masses what they are looking for real information not the typical MLM hype. Please keep it up.
  • Love this series.. Great Job Eric and Gary.. PASSION... Thanks for the insights.. I'll be getting a flip this week to work on presenting and improving. Didn't hear the QOTD.
    did i miss it?
  • hpena
You know what I HATE.... I HATE that some Network Marketers that have made a little bit of money think that there is nothing new to learn (thanks for proving them wrong). I HATE that I can't make everyone in this Industry watch NMPro.

I HATE that I'm addicted to watching this show, now I dread weekends and look forward to Mondays. Thanks alot Eric. :-)

Note to Gary: I will trade you my complete VOLTRON action figure collection if you have the full He-Man action figure collection. Lol.
  • hpena
Well... Eric said he wanted some HATERS, so just trying to contribute. hehe

Seriously though, I LOVE the community that is being built here. Where else can people from 1000's of miles from each other come together in a fun safe enviornment to encourage success in our individual endeavors. I LOVE being part of a movement that is larger than 1 person or company, a movement that can change the world and help so many.

    LOVE TO ALL!!!!

  • HPena,

    Don't hate...

    LOVE :)

I LOVE when I see you writing on this wall.
  • bethascoli
"now I dread weekends and look forward to Mondays"

I second that. Especially when they are 3 day weekends!
  • All that hating is gonna kill you my friend. :)
  • jaimemorales
You know this guy is huge when you're pumping gas and his face pops up on the screen with his Crush it book.. Awesome stuff.

Great second part to this interview.
  • markabrahams
Hi Jaime, We met on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. Aim to network more with you. Thanks
  • ericworre
    :) Funny. It gets better
  • Wow, it's very inspiring!
As someone said 'every thing that is brilliant is a simple one'. We often are afraid of starting to do something because we don't want to look funny and rediculous. Gary shows that there is nothing more rediculous than our own fears about the subject.
    Thank you.
  • ericworre
    So true
  • alexanderpadilla
Gary's style and conversation is fantastic!@ His points are gems. I have much to apply to what I am doing.
    PASSION!!!
  • ericworre
    Passion is RIGHT
  • Validation is what I experience here at NWP every day. This episode will be my link for the dozen people a day who ask what do you work that many hours a day for?! I 'live' on quotes and one I read often, sometimes more than once a day is exactly what this episode is about. Read it out load for serious impact.

"This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy.

I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the whole community, and as long as I live it is my privilege to do for it whatever I can.

I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work the more I live. I rejoice in life for its own sake. Life is no "brief candle" for me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got hold of for the moment, and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations."

    -George Bernard Shaw

    Let's go be a torches!
  • ericworre
    Great quote my friend.
  • stevepohlit
Excellent reinforcement of the point to do what you love. Very energetic. Thank you Eric and Gary. Gary is very quick and doesn't like to let the other sentence complete before commenting. Kinda like a "Hardball" style which I know some people like.
  • ericworre
    Was so fun to do
  • Luis Gringras
    Eric

I was inspired with Gary and You show, I will start right now making my own videos, postint in youtube, using in my MLM business .

  • ericworre
    Do it!
  • ez2win
Eric, it's no wonder at all you don't have haters. You're just tooooo lovable! Sorry. And you add value to my life - thanks Gary for your energy and enthusiasm. I didn't get the QOTD. Looking forward to the next 2 sessions
  • ericworre
Well, I have a few. They just don't post here. :)
  • We can learn a lot from Mr. Vaynerchuk.
I love his energy and his passion. You can just the wheels are always turning.
I guess we have to wait for part 4 for the question of the day.
    Rock on, Eric.
  • ericworre
    Thanks Jim
  • It is all about the hustle. But you have to stay balanced.
  • ericworre
That's part of the secret sauce
  • Oh the secret sauce. Yes it is always a challenge to find that right balance in the sauce.
  • mauricestaples
This is a really cool series
  • ericworre
    Glad you like it :)
  • enrique62
    Eric:
You don't have haters because you don't speak in absolutes and you are not preaching NW or my company is the only way to become wealthy. In fact, in one of the interviews, you said, in the future you will a teacher and a network marketer.
You tell us to just do it but then you gave us 4 different shows how to re-programmed the mind. You are really care and want to help people change, not by preaching-You are a loser because you are fat, broke and dumb;but by giving us the tools to change and the skills to learn.
    thanks.
  • ericworre
    Hey thanks my friend. :)
  • donharrington
Eric, long time watcher, first time poster. Great info today. I have looked at the social media thing and this is the first that helps me understand what it is really about. Thanks to you and Gary. Look forward to tomorrows post.
  • ericworre
    Hey Don, thanks for posting!
  • kathyschneider
Passion? What if 'my business' is my passion? Is that boring? Unattractive? I can not thing of a single hobby I have or enjoy. There is nothing I 'like' to do. I have a passion for thinking / planning / creating 'ways' for people to grow their business. Is that okay?
  • ericworre
    Absolutely!
  • Following your niche - and putting up content that people can come back to over and over - gives you the name brand your looking for.
I am so glad he said 1 -1.5 years to really build your platform. People have finally stopped said success over night. Great points. I enjoyed listening to you.

Gary is so fun to listen too - he is hyper - and your calm cool and collected - Great to know you read your own things
  • ericworre
Yes, it DOES take time. We talk more about that
  • markabrahams
Listening to #156 from England (it's 13:30 GMT) & pondering on our ability to tune in around the globe, comparing to the way things used to be. And so the earth keeps spinning, we travel through time as we connect up & listen in. And we learn before we earn - some things work for us, some things don't. Yet, we have a better way & we can duplicate as we've been taught - we can evolve into NM professionals. So thanks to you, Eric & to Gary - how many new ways of delivering products will we find? Keep em coming - I'm listening. My wish is that we become pro, the one I see in my dreams.
  • ericworre
The world is getting much much smaller and the old gate keepers are losing their power by the day.
  • I hate you Eric, you're show is the worst thing ever... I've watched 156 episodes now and have yet to find one redeeming characteristic (but if you stop I will have to come over there and... and... stare at you offensively)...

;~) Just giving you that 'spice' you were asking for.
  • ericworre
    Hahaha Thanks!
