My favorite season is summer. My #1 job is to stick to my goal. My goal is your success.
  • aliceflanders
I have been telling my team a variation on that. I tell them that it is my job to keep them happy and help solve problems because the happier they are, the longer they will stick around.
  • Eric, you're doing a FANTASTIC job, thank you thank you!!! I finally feel like I'll be able to succeed in this biz just watching/listening to your wisdom..

QOTD: Considering I live in Florida, my favorite season is Winter.
  • Erik
I will do so, I heard RG said that you must bring them to a big meeting, then they will " cross the line " and then they will stay
  • Ngoc Tran
    I love your job, Eric!
  • Nance41
I have tried different network companies and I just can't make a go of them.

I have never had any proper guidance. I just have paid tons of money. I would like to
be successful with the network. My husband and I are retired and are having financial
problems. I am working with a network company, Shop to Earn. I just need some good
    direction.

I really need some good help.
  • Love it! Stay in the game, most people quit within 60-90 days, that is a given in MLM. All the people I have personally sponsored in the past 3 months are still on board, but only 4 out of 20. I cannot speak for my downlines folks, but with 85% retention on my personal sponsors, I think that is pretty good. Your people will stick around if you do the following: Email them regularly, return their phone calls within a few hours. If your not going to be available for a day or 2 let them know. Don't babysit, just communicate. Also, let your team know that this is a 2 to 4 year deal, not a 30 day path to riches which so many, so many, too many lead people to believe. This is a slow, fun build for most.
  • It's true! And Eric, what I would really like for you to do sometime is a series on the thin line between motivation and deting requirements. I mean to be a professional coach/sponsor sometimes you need to say, "You're not doing your job in a serious way" or "Get yourself together, because you sabotage yourself!" - How do you do that and place motivation in the same time?

QOTD: Definately the summer....I love the heat, the sun and the feeling of freedom.....
  • danielniswander
Very cool Eric! I appreciate that.
  • excitedaboutMLM
My favorite time of the year is the spring in the prairies when the snow melts and the grass and flowers are just popping out of the ground. It makes my spirit soar.
  • Steve
Great one Eric! Thanks for this video and the encouragement it brings.
  • Your funny - I am in the game !
  • ViktoriaGuerin
QOTD: Autumn is the best and most beautiful!
  • Judy C Sparta300
summer, it's nice and warm. Hey guess what? i finally caught up, i now have watched all your videos. Yes!!!!!!!! and i am doing my assignments
  • Great Backdrop today Eric.. you have definitely gotten me over the line with the company I am with. Great things are about to happen with my business.

QOTD: My favorite season is spring... Winter is finally over and Summer is around the corner. (can you tell my least favorite) Nature is renewing itself, trees and flowers blooming grass turning green again.. Spring also means Basketball Utopia with March Madness with high school Basketball ( it's just different in Indiana) and college. It also means Baseball is starting up again.
I also like fall with the leaves turning beautiful shades of orange, yellow, brown and brilliant red. And of course football. (Indianapolis Colts and Notre Dame Fighting Irish) The only thing about fall I don't like is that winter follows.
  • bethascoli
QOTD: My favorite season is definitely fall, but I do wish summer lasted longer.
  • latachia_2
Thank you for the insight. My favorite season is definetly summer. It comes & goes all too fast.
  • 1BrutalTruth1
I thought the #1 job was to help your downline make positive cash flow as quickly as possible. THAT'S how you
keep them in. Most people quit because of one reason - discouragement due to lack of income.
  • ericworre
That's one way to keep them in. But keeping them in is my main job.
  • I agree with Eric. I have people on my team who made positive cash flow and they still quit. I also have people that didn't make any money for months and they are still around.
  • No doubt, spring is my favorite season. There is the beautiful warm weather after the cold weather. There are the flowers blooming and the grass turning greener. Spring is full of all kinds of newness. I love your job~ I love my job also. It is awesome to have this experience. Thank you for sharing.
  • GlobalVision

  • Thanks for the reminder of what my number ONE job is and thank you for keeping us all in the game...
AOTD: Spring is my favorite time as it is a time of rebirth.
    Have a fantastic day!
    God Bless!
  • estebanmesias
Great show Eric!!! As always it was really motivating and simple. Thanks a lot.
You have a very important and job and we have to get value of that.
My favorite season is summer, because here in Lima-Perú we only have two months of real summer, but also I like summer because it gives the people a positive attitude sometimes and in the other months Networkmarketing professionals, we have an inside summer SUN that makes us fell positive! and try to irradiate others.
  • Darrick
    Hey Eric,
You are a great motivator. Thanks for your wisdom.
You never win if you quit. You must be persistant and have faith.

Did post on a couple of shows in the past, but this is the 1st time I'm going to comment on the QOTD :-)
Here we go: I like the change of the seasons. Why? Because variety is the spice of life! Change is life. Nothing realy stands still: PANTA RHEI - everything is in a flow.
    'nough said!

    Your true follower!

    Thanks Freddie
  • Hi Eric, watching and posting your daily show is like staying in the road. I believe in MLM, when you do it with integrity. I wiil keep untill unlock tha shut doors.
    Thanks again.
    From Santiago de Chile
  • ericworre
    Staying in the road. Yep
  • It's funny you should have this video today because I was thinking that you had taken on that role especially as my upline are not so hot (to say the least).
AOTD; Fall, the colours are just incredible, the cool crisp mornings a pleasure to wake up to.
  • ericworre
    Your upline is invisible, remember?
  • Very true, I "fired them"...lol
  • ez2win
Nice buddy! I love spring. Spring is rebirth, renewal, regeneration. Trees budding, flowers blooming, birds chirping, water birds and their young, cows & sheep in the meadow with their calfs & lambs, pleasant weather, colorful clothes and cheerful people - energy. It's my favourite
  • ericworre
Spring in Minnesota is a big tease. Nice one day... nasty the next... back to nice...
  • Jessica Perez
Here in Miami, its the same way. Its really hot one day, and then it gets cold the next day!
  • ez2win
It tends to rain here in the Netherlands as well. I'm talking about the sunny spring days - which make one forget the bad weather. Nothing beats those days.
  • Excellent follow from yesterday too. In the beginning and perhaps the best reason to work inside your warm market, your willingness to be there for them is higher than for people you don't know. As your own personal growth develops there are more people you can be there for, to coach, counsel and yell at that in the beginning you were "I could never do that..."

QOTD: Since I can first remember the end of May to the middle of June exists the two most perfect weeks of the year. In Minnesota it's when the leaves have finally all appeared, flowers are breaking out, everything is green and the bugs have not arrived. Nights are now warm enough to have a window open and the furnace is off and days are breezy and warm enough but not enough to turn on the A/C. Then Summer attacks. Fall is special and last almost as long as the two weeks of summer and winter is a wonder land.

Now I live in the Valley of Eternal Spring. Every day here is the first two weeks of a Minnesota June. I am less than an hour to perpetual summer and only 30 minutes the other direction is perpetual fall. No snow to shovel anywhere near however.
  • My Number 1 job, is to let you know that I am here and that you should keep doing your number 1 Job :).

QOTD: Spring... When love is in the air!

    Love you all

    Alfredo Rodrigues
  • That really sums it up, doesn't it? That IS our no. 1 job.
Thanks Eric. BTW, you're doing your job very well. : )

QOTD: I love Summer.....would love to live somewhere tropical all year round; however, I have to say Autumn is a close second.
  • cbconsulting
Has to be fall. Second choice spring. Third choice winter. And then summer.
  • I love your videos and you can bet that I am going to stay in the game and help my team do the same. I totally get your message today and I am doing everything in my power to help my team stay plugged in and find their own key. So far so good... Keep up the great work. These videos are short and sweet but definitely pack a wallop!!
  • This so important to not only as an individual to "stay in the game" and to teach the same principle to our Team
    Thanks for today Eric.
  • Yes! I like that!
  • ido_aronson
Stay in just long enough, untill you figure it out.
    Simple, yet so true.
It is the small decisions we take each and every day that make the huge change we want, NOT the "big decision".
If we want to loose weight, the decision to go on a diet is not going to change a thing.
The decision every day to NOT eat the next cupcake, THAT is going to make the change.

It is so easy to "give up" if things don't go as planned.
The small decision each day to STAY IN (until one gets it) is what will make the big change.

AOTD: Spring or Autumn for me...
  • Erik
Im here to stay :) Thank you for a great show :)
