This is my 3rd time through this series. Each time I am more reinforced with what I am doing. I have worked the "dream" for almost 40 years and at the end of all this time of owning my traditional business and being one of the best in the world at what I do, ( I have customers from over 30 countries and every state in the USA). I have almost nothing to show for it but the jetsam of that business.

Network marketing is a much better choice. I only wish I had understood the value when I was in the business 20 years ago. We are building a business that once correctly built will continue to produce with or without our input. The only thing required on our part is to talk to people. Very difficult.

Thanks for the information and continued training you are giving me Eric.

Eric - thank you for standing up and walking away from an unethical situation. In that boardroom - it was no doubt a defining and telling moment for you and certainly makes me proud to become a network marketing professional.

wearing higher quality clothes and trying to loose weight.

This is a fantastic presentation abouth our industry.

I think we all have had a Mr Ericson and then the unetical leadership experience. I had one 3-4 months ago. I joined a organization but found out that my sponsor broke a lot of etical rules and was also building her organization in a fasisme kind of way. She had an iron grip and no way but her way. She talked bad abouth top leaders in the world like Mr Gage and called him and other famous leaders pluss other Companies for Stoneage ways , and said her way was the only way and that she is the best in the world. If you do not agree she punished people by making them look bad infront of others. I had to decide if I wanted to continue in that direction and ignore it or to face it and get out. I decided to get out. Sad because the products and Comp plan was good but I couldn`t break my etical standards. And this early in the company I still had the chance to do it without losing to much.
  • One of the best explanations of our great industry I've ever heard - well done Eric!

Great 'stand up' story. I was never sure what happened at the 'Q' - good for you for doing the right thing. I was one of those who was introduced to the industry with that company. I'm glad I didn't let it ruin our profession (in my mind) and my opportunity.
  • My I say I am PROUD of you Eric for being that person to stand up for what is right! I love all your teachings here on NMPRO. My I have the courage to stand up and be as much of a professional as you. Thank You! P.S. I love the way you ended your meetting with your usaul close. Have a Great day!

Great to see the complete version, have a great weekend everybody :)

    Eric,

Thank you!1 These words seem so small compared to the valuable lessons learned from your teaching.

Have an Awesome weekend. I will be sharing with everyone I know.
  • Great insight into your thoughts on network marketing and the true spirit of this great industry.. putting others first and spreading the message... I can see using this as a tool for some of my prospects who are on the fence or who say they don't see how network marketing can work.. or my favorite.. Isn't network marketing a scam?

QOTD: I am working out 4 times a week minimum at the gym, A neccessary step to be in the health and wellness industry.. I started lifting about a month ago with 2 older men who have been lifting for years. Building a relationship with them and others in the gym as well. I'm now lifting more than I ever thought possible. As I get more fit I am becoming more confident with my posture physically and mentally when approaching new prospects.
  • OUTSTANDING Eric...Thank You..Thank You...Thank You !! Answer to the QOTD - I am serving others first by giving them my personal best. I look for the greatness they have buried inside of themselves and I invite them to look at it for themselves. By continuously developing my personal best ... I see more of it in everyone.
  • Thans for being such a consistent teacher/leader Eric. Have a great weekend and take care my friend. Best regards from your biggest fan.
  • I have added this to my monthly PMMS [planned mental maintenance system].

QOTD: What attracted me 18+ months ago was your declaration I only had to be me. There is much about me I keep hidden and protected. Everyone knows when you are hiding something. We can all tell when we meet someone that something is amiss. We make up stuff because of it. The more open I am to revealing and accepting myself, the more understanding I am for who I am with as well. The more comfortable I am in my own skin the more comfortable people are with me. This area of personal growth is difficult. 'I am not good enough.' is a floor all too many of us keep dancing on. I don't have all the answers but I know if I keep risking myself in this area huge breakthroughs await. Life IS an adventure. To the degree I come out from the covers, that I stop withholding, that I risk being vulnerable, to that degree the conversations I have with people touch on joy and bliss. THIS is where enrollment lives.
