Great interview. I can relate with John about low self esteem when I was younger. It is encouraging to see what perserverance can do.
  • Another straight shooter! No flash… This sort of thing goes a long way to build credibility into our industry!

This is unbelievable. Unfortunately I am one of those cool guys who does not get overtly excited. I need to develop that muscle. Belief and excitement.
  • Erik
If you listen to this guys you can pick up so much. NMPRO must be one of the best learning channels of this industry

fantastic interview....I am convinced that the more we stand up and be visible as professionals the bigger our industry will get.

The worst thing is the mentality of scarcity that causes people to try to convince networkers to leave their current company to join them somewhere else. We need to understand that the growth will be in brand new people coming into the industry not luring opportunity hoppers to come with you.

The more we stand up and force people to engage us in the conversation about our industry the more we all win... Yes, I am a network marketer and YES what I do is a legitimate alternative to slogging away at a 9-5 that you hate until you die...

The message isn't "join my business" the message is "join the industry" and once your friends and family accept the industry then maybe they will join your business.

There has never been a better time to show people our industry.... The opportunity you are with is either right for people or it isn't but too many of us try to make our opportunity be the whole industry to friends and family.

If my sister wants to be in Mary Kay instead of my business I should still be very proud that she joined me in the network marketing industry...If I truly believe in the industry and I'm not just trying to make a buck.

    my .02 cents
  • Great interview Eric & John. Thank you both for the down-to-earth, hands-on advice. I will watch this several times over!

And as far as Network Marketing Pro, it's a staple in my personal development and growth and I commend you Eric on your excellent programs.

  • Incredible interview!

The main points I got from this interview are:

    1. Get properly educated. Try to get rid of limiting beliefs.
    2. Even a dyslexic can do it! Why? because it's all about persistence and helping others to grow!
    3. Build your belief.
    4. Find your Why. Stick to it!
    5. DO IT!

    Love you all

Hey Eric. Main point I got is that it's all about belief. People will follow a leader despite the product or the company. Those are a huge secondary to the person. And also, I got that it's my duty as a leader in my company to build my belief. Not only for me, but those who are on my team who need me to step up. Thanks!

Main point? Anyone can do it, no more excuses!!!!!

Great interview, lots of good info. I highly recommend watching this video, maybe even twice!!!
  • Network Marketing gives you the freedom that allows you to reach your full potential, should that be your desire.
  • It's a fact....that we do have a better way. Have a great weekend and take care my friend. Best regards from your biggest fan.
  • The main point of this interview is you can succeed at Network Marketing no matter who you are, where you live or what your circumstances. There are no excuses any longer... for participating OR for asking someone to take a look.

Eric ... this one was a refresher course in BELIEF ... and right at the point that I needed it ... I had just joined a new company this past weekend and was jacked about getting over the hump! my wife was not as pleased (even though she is selling Avon every day) but watching this helps me realize that I can overcome ANY obstacle including disbelief from my spouse ... I really like and identify with his story about dyslexia ... even though I had no learning obstacles like that when I got to college, after 3 different schools, I realized it was not for me ... this business allows me to feel at home, wanted and successful ... my 2010 will be easily a six-figure year and I am building heavily now for it! Thanks again for the inspiration ...
  • I got 2 great points from this interview from J.H.

"I have a philosophy of small steps" and "consistency"...

translation: Success in Network Marketing is getting a large group of people to do a few (small steps) simple things over a "consistent" period of time.

Thanks to both Eric & John H. for another "5 Star" interview!!
  • Erik
