Rob you do not get it. Its supposed to be authentic. The interviews are not suppossed to be staged. It's called blogging. Its about brand building. Watch Eric's interview with Gary Vaynerchuk. His book Crush It is a blueprint for using this medium. Its not about pitches, or professional interviews. Its about sharing. By sharing and being authentic it builds Eric's and the industries cred. If he shows you enough value and honesty for free maybe you will upgrade yourself and buy his course or seek to be sponsored by him for his opportunity. Besides he is the real deal. the reason these guys and gals give their time to him is because he is a million dollar earner himself. Think about it!

I totally disagree with Rob as well Lynda. In my opinion there is no one more professional in network marketing than Eric Worre. The value that Eric brings to this profession is second to none and 20,415 fans (and growing) know what Eric has done for them as well. Thank you Eric for being a great friend and mentor.

Wow, I am in total Disagreement with Rob. I happily look at this site EVERY DAY to hear what the best of the best do, what they say, and be exposed to how they think... and some days you interview other successful people as an added bonus... I enjoy the casual atmosphere as it doesn't feel staged or scripted when you do talk to your friends and acquaintances.

Being an avid fan of this site I can say that actual interviews are sporadically thrown in with the daily insight Eric provides so to think any website would have this many members and daily hits just for those few interviews is hard to believe, Thank You Eric for what you generously share with us.

Eric,

I disagree with pplcrusader. I think your interviewing is terrible. I look at this site to hear what the best of the best do, what they say, and be exposed to how they think. You interrupt every one of your interviewees with your own useless pontificating dribble. I would assume it is called a Millionaire Interview for a reason -- because people want to hear from the millionaires in the business. So please do your audience a favor: talk less and listen more. This is probably the reason you are asking the questions and not sitting on the other side of the mic. I would bet that most people don't care what you think - they tune in for those you interview.

P.s. -- do you think if you are doing an important interview maybe you can shell out $25 to rent a conference room where there isn't construction going on in the background? If you are trying to bring added professionalism to the industry, perhaps you can do an interview and shoot it in on something better than an iPhone. The idea behind this website, I'll admit, is excellent, and I appreciate the knowledge you attempt to retrieve -- it is unfortunate that your interviewing style is a hindrance to your own process.
