While at the new Cowboy stadium, I was able to enjoy a behind the scenes tour of the facility. Two main lessons emerged. One was the importance of having a BIG vision and the other was how to handle major adversity. A fun look at a $1.2 billion facility while providing a roadmap for all of us. Hope you like it.
