NWM is a state-of-mind job, and we do sometimes buy the negative bull%#@#&* from others. And if we get too many of these others in a row, we start to become depressed, frustrated, doubtful etc. and well, we get DERAILED. This is when we need to get back ON TRACK right away. Pick up the phone and call an upbeat associate in our company, do a follow up with a happy satisfied customer, put on fun energizing music - have a laugh - what a video LIKE THIS ONE .. thanks again ...
