I love the comparison to sailing! I love boating. We fish the great lakes and at times we have been caught in storms with a head wind between us and the port. Its not just wind that we worry about but the waves to. A great parallel to the struggles we face

This is a general comment regarding how we all must design our lives and solutions to suit our circumstances. It links in to NMPRO 207,from the back end of 2009.

Things change and so must we. Though we all face a varying set of challenges the same wind blows on us all we don’t need to wait for the wind to change in order to succeed! Take charge! A question for this day: Are you really ready to take charge of your life and your business?

We should always be willing and open to change to suit the challenges we bring about or with which we are presented. Some change can be shocking and can rock our foundations. Generally though, the change that shocks us most is what someone or something else does. We are still intact, in charge of whatever it is we set out to think, feel and do. The same wind is still blowing.

I wish good speed and safety to all who are negotiating and manoeuvring through unsettled waters and that they will reach the promised land they designed for themselves _ for it a fact that our individual success, whatever we perceive it to be, is up to us and no one else. Opportunity is there to be seized...though, for many of us, we have chosen to be the presenters of opportunity, the negotiators of difficulty.
I am ready to take charge of my lilfe and business. The Pessimist complains about the wind, the optimist expects it to change, the leader adjusts the sails.
