Speaking of the new tools of the business in terms of technology, although the auditory was disproportionate, seeing the interactions was just as good as when you were physically there with your guests, may be even better. Cant wait to get the fundamentals!

The fundamentals are so important! Some lady in my company was doing plenty of non-realated work…..I asked her how many people she had actually talked to and she said 0!!!
