I do find that bringing someone to a meeting with all the social validation of the others in the room has a higher success rate than having them watch an online video. The nice thing about the online video though is that you still have the opportunity to get them to a meeting afterward for a second look.

I definitely is amazing that he had seemingly no competency, but a mere adherence to the dictates of the system, and out pops success. I've got to develop that.
