I agree with the belly to belly. I get discouraged that so many people do so much with the internet and I don't know enough about it to do it that way.

Technology has it's place and building relationships in person is the #1 best way.
I noticed Sherman has an online presence, so I believe what he is saying with his actions is, yes use technology, but don't solely rely on it.

Meetings can not be replaced, and neither can the internet. They are just a different dynamic. Like it or not guys the internet is here to stay, those who know this and position themselves with it have greater leverage than those who don't (you should be seeing that now Eric with your blog here and recent product launch).

No, meetings can't be replaced. Technology can add, but this is relationsship marketing. Ask yourself; could you have build the realtionships you have or have had on-line only?

Building relationships! Face to face is the only way to transfer belief. Belief is a physical energy that can only be transfered from people to people. Technology is a great tool but that is all it can be really used for, in my opinion. People join people, not websites.

This is a tru and real example of someone that faced the same problems and reactions from people that were offered the business too. I hear peole say to me, well how could you get involved in such a business. Oh no, I would not get involved, I'll see how it works out for you first. Very nice to hear someone successful who went through it all too. So meaning that it is not only to me people say such things.
