I really liked the tone of Mr. Unkefer. Very steady. Confident. He is a CEO of his company. And sounded like a CEO.

Great interview! Loved the message about honesty, transparency (vs pretending to be something you are not). And Eric you are so right – “Failures do not define your future”… but how you respond to it will.

Agree very much that honesty is better than “fake it till you make it”. I've seen this backfire and it's unattractive.

Yeh this is good, it's taken me years to learn that I am not what my circumstances try and tell me I am, I am who “I” say I am. And transparency & honesty create better leverage than “fake it till you make it”. Your site so inspires me Eric, thanks.
