Great interview! Loved the message about honesty, transparency (vs pretending to be something you are not). And Eric you are so right – “Failures do not define your future”… but how you respond to it will.

Agree very much that honesty is better than “fake it till you make it”. I've seen this backfire and it's unattractive.

This series of interview with Mr. Unkefer was great! I loved his information and details he gave on the important of tools. I feel I understand that point much better and plan to use them better. Thank you

I love his honesty and humility. If you learn to see all the obstacles in your life as blessings in disguise, there to help strengthen you, then you will thank them and learn the lesson there is to learn. Everything you go through is there purely to help you grow. We must change how we perceive obstacles. I look at all the challenges I've been through and am going through as just one more powerful story I will be able to tell when I become world class.
