1. Selling is not telling. John wrote the book with this in mind – selling through stories and by doing so, did not talk AT his buyers, but through them. Increased their awareness and had them live vicariously through his writings.

2. I never thought of mlm as the greatest opportunity in the history of the world. I do now!

3. Basically, you must like people in order to do well in this business. It is fundamental, the juice.
