My hair is falling out by the day – so I'm wlel on my way. Haha and that rhymed. LOL. Great interview again Eric. There is definitely a consistent theme coming out of these interview with respect to working hard and being consistent. The fun part is hearing the guests share it in their own words. Great job Eric.

Loved the uncut interview! The whole interview was valuable to me, I don't think I could pick 3 points. The importance of focusing more on your people than yourself, hard work, dedications and consistancy and defining moments were big ones.

Great interview…even better listening to the complete version. It's so simple…why do we make it so hard…..Do it once, do it again, promote and do it again…..etc….One other thing, I believe that we all need to look for and relive our defining moments, and if we don't have one, go out and make one.
