This is something I'm working through. I invent ghosts. Intellectually, makes sense that it is never as bad as imagined. I basically need to attach myself to the activity. Forget the end result. My ghosts are in the end result. “What if he/she says No.” I just need to ask. Be happy with THAT activity.

Thanks for the inspiring video Eric. For me, it is facing the fear of the unknown! I do not know exactly WHAT holds me back… Any way I can find out what exactly my fears are?? Or is it the fear of finding out what's holding me back that is really holds me back..

I don't know of any specific fears but I guess there is always a fear of screwing up a presentation but hey – you have to just go with the flow and overcome your fears. Great video Eric.
