As someone working to replace his fear with confidence, watching this episode reminds me to gain confidence in small chunks and increase the experience. Get out of the comfort zone just slight;y, see that the ghosts are not there then keep stepping out of the comfort zone.

Good tip – and thte correct mindset. Fear is a limitation we are all faced with – fear of many different things but it is something that we can overcome.
