Predators act desperate;they don’t know where their next kill will take place. Professionals are like the sowers of seed. They know some will never germinate. That some will blow away in the wind and that some will grow to be tall and fruitful.

It does take skill to talk to people making them feel comfortable and not hunted. I would think this happens with people new in the business filled with excitement. I would hope people with years in the business would not be hunters and use their skills.

It's amazing when you walk into a room full of networkers how you can sort out the predators from professionals. I was brought up to always be the consummate professional and I remain committed.
