Easy to do and makes it a lot more manageable. For most people, it is easier to carve out a few 15-minute increments during the day, than a block of 2 consecutive hours. Great time management tip!

I love this. I naturally have blocked my time out in the past in order to make sure I get all activity accomplished. I also use a spreadsheet to make sure I’m progressing properly.

I love the “If I, would you” technique. And now I the 15 minutes tip is excellent. Very simple and duplicable.

Great tips to counter a genuine no-time objection. Just start with a 15 minutes block. And once it is schedule in our daily routiine, it became real and doable. Thank you for sharing.

15 minutes at a time works well for some things. Doesn't work well for passing books. Rain does not work well either.

Great point Eric and it only took you 6 min. to teach us it. Block out our time and make a game out of how many people we can contact in that amount of time. Use our time to build our business instead of watching that show on TV.

Thank you! I have struggled with this so much as a busy mom of a toddler who is home with me all day and then, a part time job nights and weekends when the husbands gets home. As it is it is almost 11pm when I got to sit down and catch up on my NWMPro episodes. (i will start my 15 min in the am) I can give 15 min I can carve that out. Thank you for making it seem doable, manageable. Thank you!!
