Really shocking how values are drifting away from the Corporate world. I'm so happy to have the Freedom to build my business every day around some core values such as integrity, loyalty, true commitment and support …and able to surround myself with people sharing these values. This video made me realized the depth of the blessing.

Remember the story you told (I think it was Randy Gage that told it) about the guy who was hired to find a better way and after he helped the store expand, he not only was not rewarded for his work, he was fired since they now knew how to do what he was doing.
