On the Go Pro product, I’m glad I extended the special offer two days, but I have to tell you… we’re almost sold out.  At this pace, we will run out by Thursday or Friday so if you’d like to get a copy, I’d suggest you do it quickly before we sell out.  Here’s the link http://networkmarketingpro.com/g0-pro/

    >Take charge >Figure out >Move up!
  • Another Powerful video. Reality must be in our forefront everyday. We need to get out there, I couldn't have said it best. EXPOSE YOUR Company ALL Day everyday....What's stopping you? (You)
  • Wealth and Riches
Amen, quit whining and start winning!
  • aliceflanders
One of the slogans I use is Success or Sympathy. Pick one.
  • Jonathan
Wow - venting session over hahaha :) Great video Eric. It is true. How about a little less whining and more going pro? :)
  • jeanalbert
Winners don't whine, and whiners can't win!
  • pech
Whining is pathetic and for loosers only.
  • heatherbrocklehurst
    Good message. Thank you
  • Ngoc Tran
Loving your message about taking charge of all areas of life Eric!
  • veronikakari
Have to be admitied why it does not work and start working on it. Crying does not help.
  • martinvf
Absolutely, we need to take charge and full responsibility of our own business.
  • raybeattie
Stop whining and start working, dig in and go for it. Good lesson Eric.
  • crwood1967
The old saying, "If it's to be, it's up to me." Isn't that what this is all about? Your upline isn't going to build your business, etc. Thanks Eric!
  • FedericoGrowthsperity
We all need this kind of message every now and then!!! You should repeat it once a month!!!

    Thanks Eric!
  • Absolutely, taking responsibility for ones own actions.
  • krisic
Thanks for the kick in the butt!!!!! One thing I can not stand is my kids whining. If it's to be, it's up to ME!
  • CarlosVera
Talk about tough love Eric !!!!! Now seriously, you're so right. I've been there and I'm pretty sure most of us have been there too..........So let's cut the c _ _ p and get serious !

    Saludos desde Paraguay
  • Quit making excuses because that's all they are is "excuses."
  • jlt0wn
Hear, hear!! I have a sign by my desk that says "No Whining".
  • Earl
Thanks for being the tough person that people need to hear.

It reminds me of Mr. Randy Gage when he said "...you can be a victim, or you can be a victor... but you have to choose one, you can't be both..."

So in essences, your telling us that we can either "win or whine, but we have to choose one" Which one do you want? Thanks.
  • Woaw Eric ! That's very well set ! and a powerfull message that I may watch again when I feel down... I'll do all my possible to transmit this good energy to my spanish speakers members of my team down here in Colombia, 'cause they need it ! To take charge of our own business and own life... that's all about. I got the message. Thank you !
  • smreed
well said....whining is just not necessary if you are taking responsibility for yourself and your business.
  • Lotta
    This was good thanke you.
  • ronaldvandomburg
you should have been a good actor Eric!
  • ronaldvandomburg
you're absolutely right Eric! It took me some time to discover that it's a real profession and that I have to treat it like a profession.
  • carolmcwilliams
Ohh... powerful words to hear. Yes, I catch myself whinning when I feel I'm not successful as I want to be. I will catch myself so I am not expressing these doubts and fears.

Thanks for the shot between the eyes. It needs to feel simple in my mind, and fun!!
  • If it is going to be it is up to me! I totally agree it is our responsibility whether we succeed or not in this great profession of Network Marketing. It can be done! Make it a great day! God Bless!
  • gkamlm
A sales trainer I worked with many years ago had a quote, "If it is to be, it is up to me".

    Seems pretty appropriate.
  • Darnell
Excellent mindset to achieve NM success...don't complain about the challenges one may have to deal with...take charge and stop the whining!! Get control and learn what to do and become a winner!! TY so much Eric!!
  • Maxwellhealth
Finally Eric..... let's address even more the complaining yet complacent NW Marketer....GO PRO!!
  • Still loving the incredible GoPro CDs they are inspirational and educational. Every time I listen it takes me back to that great day we shared. What a memory.

I'm fortunate in my business that I have great support tools and can find inspiration and support outwith my immediate outline from within the business and from the NMPro community but having spent time listening to you and the GoPro community it's easier to stand on my own 2 feet.

My caveat is that it is maybe more difficult to start and gain momentum on your own than in a small group where you can create momentum - but again, you've told us how to fix that through events so no excuses.

"Man will wait long time with mouth open for roast duck to fly in!"
  • keithraines
A needed pep talk and counsel
  • Great advice as always Eric.
  • Bravo Eric!!!
  • Thank you Eric
  • travelprohawaii
I should get sick and tired of whining...IT IS POSSIBLE so I can and will take it to another level!
  • alltheverybest
    Avoid the 3 C's -
Never Condemn, Criticise or Complain. Become the problem solver.
  • No excuses. If you don't succeed in your business, ultimately it's your own fault. Take responsibility for your business and treat it like a real business and it will pay you like a real business.
  • jean_albert
Very true. If we keep whining, we downgrade our self-confidence into a downward spiral. We need a "Can-Do" attititude, with progressive improvement as you said in "Better is PERFECT"
  • rmonte
Focus on your why, not on you whining. Good one!
  • Inger
Hahahahaha... LoL in The Netherlands it seems it's our national sport: Whining/complaining. But seriously: Glad you mention it, it needed to be said.
  • julie67
Sounds like you've heard some whining in your day!
  • Bryan_in_KC
Thanks. I'll be bookmarking this link for future use!
  • germanjaramillo
It was lots of laughter with the presentation today was very good indeed! Several times I have had to listen to people complain about one thing or another in the MLM. What is evaluated and do not realize really simple work to do.

    From Cali, Colombia, Kind regards,

    -GJ
  • theuns
Hi Eric thats the way to go .

I love what you say and i love what Henry Ford also say " You Can if you think You Can" .

I just sign up my next person Yesterday ( On Facebook after we become friend on the Telephone, Why Because i just keep on going and doing the things that work and do today that others don't to get tomorrow what others don't.

I am a winner already in my heart so why must i waist my time to whining if you
whining every day just count the time you lost to talk to the next winner in your
Business you will never know what the next person will do if you did not talk to them.

    thanks
    Theuns
  • I have nothing to say today - I just fully agree. If you go around whining you could never be a winner!
A old chinese saying is that- "If you cant smile - do not open up a shop".
It all starts with a positive mind, and you must be solution oriented.

  • margarethockaday
    great, will do
  • margarethockaday
    Wonderful pep talk
  • karivankleef
Great advice. You must be accountable for your business and your life. It is easier to blame something or someone else but when you are accountable life is so different and better.
  • iTim
Finally political incorrect, and I love it :-)
This is the part where you help every upline/sponsor in the world... now there is only one thing to do.. show it to every member in your team :-)
  • Bea Resnick
Networkmarketingpro.com is one of the best "whining preventatives" as far as I'm concerned. These little videos are short bursts of encouragement, training, education and admonishment! I save them up sometimes so I can watch more than a few minutes at a time when I require a "pick-me-up."
  • Tell it like it is, Eric! As Dr. Wayne Dyer says, "NO EXCUSES"! Thanks for a much-needed reminder to us all!!!!
  • It's all about choices. When you choose to become 100% responsible for yourself and STOP making Excuses and STOP blaming others for the situation that you put yourself into the first place.
  • Tod Bell
    My brother. Great stuff!
  • juanfernandogutierrez
I really love this concept!!! we all whinne!!!! we hace to take charge
  • susanclark
#296 - Winning, NOT Whining - I am taking charge. I GO PRO.
  • hcapcarp
Why is it Eric, when I open these webinars I think you are talking directly to me?
  • Totally agree with you Eric. We have got to get most people to STOP the whining and START becoming a WINNER. Reminds me of a great book I read called "The Slight Edge". In it he talks about "it is easy to do but it is also easy NOT TO DO.
  • Whining is a learned pattern that emerges in 4-5 year olds. They get their way by whining. That's what they were taught and it worked. "Squeeky wheels" and all.

You are right, stop whining is a message to hear.

Quit catering to and acknowledging whiners is the other side of the coin.

(P.S. I liked the up angle video...siting us down and having a heart to heart.)
  • rebeccar
Absolutely cool...what a powerful message...sucess...look in the mirror
  • LOVE IT!!! You tell ME (or them ;-) how it is Eric! Thanks...needed that message today!
  • ritafulton
I appreciate this message so much. I got it and thanks for being a Pro that is passianate about pulling people up and making them accountable. Myself included.
  • Take charge. Simple and oh, so hard.
  • Simon_and_Lia_NL
very good show... hope everybody in our profession will watch it.
    we create the better way!!
  • BetterCoffee.dk

    Thanks Eric, well said!

  • karenandian
Oh so right - it is time to use the energy you would spend whining and focus on your winning!!! Thank you Eric!
  • Foord Yates
Madness!!! It could be said that you're having a whinge about all those other people you see whinging!!!

    Ouch!

    Foord Yates.
  • Yes sir! No more whining...
  • Agneta Rebo
Great advice as always. It´s so easy to complain on everything /everone else instead of do something about it. Stop complaining and start DOING!!
  • AMEN, AMEN, and AMEN! We all have the same opportunity in this great industry and we simply need to make the choice and be determined to learn and go through the ups and downs nonstop so we can be successful... it's up to each of us individually. Let's GO PRO!
  • Mailen
Yes, yes , yes woking on it.
  • Lisette
Stop whining - do something about it.
  • Geez Eric, some people (I believe it's most) already whinge about their job, their boss, their friends behind their backs, their bank, their debts, heck there's even those who complain about having to look after their kids for crying out loud. And it's only getting worse. Turn on the TV and have a look at what they're watching and turn on a radio and listen. I even had a guy complain to me saying, "How come they're always on about becoming a better person, I don't want to change who I am", and he then went on to complain about his wife!

There's an old saying that says "You put s..t in and you get s..t out"

Translation: Come into MLM complaining about stuff in their life and it's a stone cold fact ;) that they will just keep on complaining.

Then there are those who transcend that mindset and become the person who doesn't whine or complain and for those people I am truly grateful.

I love what you do here Eric but asking people to stop whinging and complaining....? Don't know where you're going with that one.
  • Foord Yates
I agree... it will be an uphill battle to get people to stop whinging. Even Oprah has a whinge!!

  • Good message....It's that old 'comfort zone' thing again - we get out of our comfort zone when we have a strong enough reason. Focus on the reason why your doing this and you'll win.
  • MarvinTowler
The one constant in my life is Me! I am 100% responsible for the results I produce in life. Thanks Eric.
  • rosslopez
Complains do not take us anywhere =S don't wait for someone to come and save your life... take charge or your life, your business, your profession... that's the only way to go PRO and move to the next level.

    Excelente message Erick =o)
    Hugs from Mexico
    Rossana
  • SJ Doug
I am amazed at how many of your message come at such timely moments.
Keep it up the good work Eric I will see you at the top!
  • dstfa96
    I will go PRO....
    I will figure this out....
I will take charge of my life....
I will take charge of my business....
I will go after my success....

Thx Eric! This was fantastic advice as usual!!! :-)
  • dougharkins
Thank's for the kick in the pants. I needed that bit of advice.
And on another note, The webinar tonight was fantastic.
  • Eric, All I can say to this one is RIGHT ON!!!!!
  • caronwashington
its all about doing and taking ownership of your own business. Dont blame anyone but yourself. Hold yourself accountable
  • Cool
  • coltsco
Wow, I sure know a number of people who should watch this show. In fact I think I'll forward it to them. Great show and advice!
  • Miguel Cortez
No more Whinning from me...... im going to man up.... :)
  • racingworm
It's always easy to whine and moan about why you can't do something. Just get to it, stop rubbing the hair off the back of your head in the recliner and get off your butt and do something. It's so disgusting to have to listen to someone tell how much a victim they are because of someone else. Take it on yourself to get up and take action instead of whining about how you can't, and then expect everyone to feel "oh so sorry" for your problems. Basically --- Grow up! No one cares about your problems and no one wants to hear your darn whinning about it. Just do it.
  • garyparmenter
Thanks, I needed that! Your absolutely right. If we are to be a profesional. No more excuses. Just do It!
  • Tarashon Broomes
so true eric....its so easy to just complain than just do the work it takes the same amount of energy to complain, to pique a person, so its better to use that energy towards something that is productive than whining....you may have too much time on your hands if u have time to complain and whine
  • drmikempa
    Totally frickin awesome!
  • tambry
Great words Eric - we need to stop acting weak and helpless and take charge of our businesses.
  • Great Video Eric! Its all about taking ownership your business.
  • Daniel Glez.Peña

  • :) Lets do some real , face to face presentations ;) !!!
  • latachia_2
    1.If you don't know enough people,find some.
2.Suport; Take charge & find a way to learn to talk to people
3.Set your mind to do this& thake it to another level
  • kgadol
Preach it brother! Thank you for laying it on the line ... my team will receive this link for sure! Not that they whine - they are awesome - but it's a fantastic reminder of who is responsible .... we are!!!
  • People need to know up-front that this is going to be hard, simple but hard, work for the next 4 years.

If MLM was so easy, there wouldn´t be anyone driving the cabs, teaching in schools, or operating in the hospitals..so of course it´s hard, it should be. That´s why your company will pay you so much when you have built a large organization and showed leadership skills.

Nathan Ricks said it so well in the first "Million dollar Interview": "If people give me that nasal sound..whining..I hang up on them"
  • maariee
    Thand you Eric.
  • mspaulamc
    AMEN
  • Take charge of your life, take charge of your business.
Find some people to talk to, find a way to talk to. Great instruction Eric!
The problem is most people don't have enough courage and maybe creativity to take charge of anything.
Your every message is very encouraging. Thank you.

  • Cee_G
Amen!!! Thanks for the "in your face" episode. It is appreciated!
  • germarl
Right on the mark - it's your business -it's your future -get on with it !!
  • bethascoli
You are so right! No more excuses, time to go Pro!
  • Dylan Cooper
Exactly. We have to self start in this business. No, in this world.
  • Wow! You are a charmer even when you are upset! I guess something bothered you in the survey's answers... But it is good of you to remind us to go do it because many of us are outside our comfort zones and it is confusing, at first.
Let's make NM our comfort zone!!
  • janetrajala
About a year ago you did a segment on growing your list. That segment is probably archived. Newbies can listen to that segment and learn from it. Also for newbies, Jim Rohn's words, "what you lack in skills, you make up for in numbers"! Really understand what that statement means, then get into action.
You then empower yourself by taking charge of your success.
  • Ernesto_Busnelli
    Whining = easy
    succeeding = growing up
  • Paco_Carreno
"A change is gonna come" ... if we stop whining... it'll come faster! ;-)
  • Bjorgli
You are right. Take charge. Be optimistic. Be happy!!!! We cannot blame others for our results! Be responsible.
  • seija
    Take charge, go Pro!
  • Yeah Baby!

    It's taking small steps.
    The momentum will build.
    Nothing to whine about.
  • Team Prior
The timing on this couldn't have been beter.
I'm new to Network Marketing and caught my self Winning and finger pointing just yesterday.
Thanx for the reality check, keep up the good work.
  • So well said Eric! You are a good Warren and Wendy Whiner impersonater! It is so true in the world today to play the blame game. I learned in my first month in Network Marketing, that it's important to take a good look in the mirror and realize, no matter what others say they are going to do, actions speak volumes not words. So now I support and lean on the true leaders in my organization, that take action and not talk action.
  • Great point Gordy!
  • rasdaniels
What I have to say to this is YES, YES, YES,!!!
  • Well done ! If I could convince my people as you did it in 3 minutes... WOW !
  • Great show! I spent so much time doing that. Then my upline quit and i realized if i want to make this happen i need to take control! Thanks Eric!
  • ulla99
    YES!!
  • If you start hearing whining in your own voice - STOP! Thank you Eric, I've been whining this week, it's embarrassing but true. Listening to my upline and teamleader yesterday talking about leadership, I understood what was wrong, at it was me. Of course. Don't focus on the wrong things. Stop whining and get to work. I am grateful to you Eric. / Linda, Sweden
  • NANCY Eldred
I love it .. tough love ... well said -- stop being whimpy ...
  • HoracioMejia
Eric, somebody made you angry? Good "shaking" show. Sometimes we need this kind of messages. Take charge. Go Pro. Nothing and nobody but you is responsible for your life.
  • Iskandar
*closing my eye and taking a deep breath*

thank you. i needed to hear that
  • From the headline alone I couldn’t help but feel this is an episode I need to pay particular attention to ;)
Great advice big guy. Stop whining and embrace activity. Activity being the best cure for whining.
  • mrmauriocrawford
Rally the troops!!! Let's Go.... Get fired up everyone in the NMPRO community... Success in your company is there....just go for it.
  • Lea Sedan
Like you said in your video",there 7 billon people in the world, talk to the people."
    "When you develop a confident,
positive self-image, people will respond to you. They will listen to you and respect you".
  • Hey Eric, great show today! It reminds me of this quote, "If you want to experience how ridiculous and annoying complaining is, try doing it out loud while looking at your self in the mirror." It's true! Anyone who disagrees, I dare you to try it out. And...let me know how it turns out. :-) Make it a great day everyone!
  • Whow! Eric I thought I would never hear you whine! It was a good wine and some good cheese to go with that wine. Thanks for all you do even if it is a good kick in the teeth! Having a great day!
  • Eric, you're awesome!
  • You nailed that one on the head for sure!
  • I agree totally!! It took me years to break through but not once did I complain because I knew it would eventually happen as long as I kept pressing on. Stop whining and go get it done. How bad do you really want it?!?!
  • brigittapatel
    You are sooo right....
    Thanks a million
  • Eric,

Way to go! Put the pedal to the metal and tell it like it is. Let's go Network Marketing Professionals... "It is a stone cold fact that we have a better way." Eric Worre :~)
  • kgoren
Ditto what a couple folks said below.....Excuses or money? Can't do both? Which one will you choose? Like that so much, think that will be my facebook post today.
  • timandtricia
Spot on! Thanks for the kick in the butt. Sometimes we all need the tough love.
  • talya_mitzafon
Here is the right place to become NMPRO. If you have been here everyday in the last 18 month you know all what you need to know about our business. If you don't feel confidence start to watch all the videos from the beginig.
We have a better way. Wish you all great luck.
  • agelfederico
    Great message, thank you
  • turjcxg
Thank you. I needed the butt kicking today.
  • Ria Leermakers
In all other aspects of my life, I have taken charge. I live by: if they can do it, I can do it too.
When is comes to networkmarketing I have a tendency to think others can do it better than myself.
    So: wining.
    Thanks for the mirror again.
Whit a lot of love from Holland
  • Donna Wheaton
STOP Whining! Educate yourself and just do it!
  • If you want something badly enough, then you'll figure it out. What is it that you're afraid of? What's not working for you? Is anyone in your company having success - either selling the product or bringing on new recruits? Then you can do it, too!

Sure, it would be great if we all had million dollar sponsors to train us. But, we have the next best thing. Eric is taking time out of each day to fill us with words of wisdom. Just take action on what he says every day and you'll see your business going to the next level. It's all within reach. Just do it!
  • latachia_2
Yes,and he's the best there is!
  • Marion
Just do it - Go Pro
    Good daily reminder
  • Matt Genet
No excuses. Just go pro. Thanks for the tough love.
  • Activity, activity, activity, activity, activity, activity...GO PRO!!
  • Excuse and money we can only choose one. :-)
  • eddyoshaughnessy
Spot on - you can make excuses or you can make money , but you can't do both
  • Gakungu
Thanks Eric for reminding us that we need to take responsibility and be accountable to our every action in this business.
  • SLAM DUNK!
  • mariasiro
right, stop whining all the time!
  • Do you have "Yeah But(t) Disease"? :-P The cure is to focus on your goals and reasons every day, and to focus on what you Can Do today to build your business. -)
  • One of the main benefits of attending a Major Event for your company, is to hear from the successful distributors. You get to hear what they overcame to be successful. You look at them and say "If they can do it, I can do it too!" :-)
  • carybennett
WOW that was great. I think almost ALL of us prob needed to hear that. I know I did, I'm about to listen again. I hear this all the time... Thanks man
  • billrogers
Say it like it is! Way to go Eric! I have lived my life, all aspects with this theory " If someone else can do it, so can I." If someone else in the co. is doing it, so can we. It is a mindset. Think Positive.
  • I Love it. Thanks for getting to the simple truth.
  • an essential key to success is to take 100% responsibility for your life (hard to do all the time) and when we don't take 100%, we whine, blame and make excuses. Taking 100% means we find a way (like you said) - with or without help.
  • Jillian
Wow - you meant business this morning. Thanks for the pep talk!
  • Take charge grab it and GO PRO!!!!!!
  • pollyhulseman
No truer words have been said!
  • TAbrams
TAKE CHARGE of your own business... Love it! This is truly an "excuse-less" business... Not sure if that is a word :), but whining is just another way for making excuses... Get over it, take responsibility for your success, be accountable and know what you want and GO GET IT!!

This episode needs to be viewed by all in this business!!!!

Pumped up and ready to GO!!!
  • Melli
Thank you Eric for this. It will kick my wednesday.
  • Great message Eric, I am totally with you on this one. Whining is another word for making excuses and "no one ever excused their way to the top". Successful people don't make excuses, they make results - they make it happen and they find a way no matter what obstacles are in front of them....that is what separates the amateur's from the professionals.

The opposite of whining would be taking full responsibility and that is what professionals do. As Jim Rohn says, "You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself."
  • claralondono
Great day starter!! Knocking on the door of success at a new level... winning not whinning and DO IT!!
    Thank you Eric
  • Episode 87 Of Eric Worre's 100 Episode Throw Down Challenge:

Thank you Eric for the kick in the a**. I think we all need that from time to time.
Someone told me the other day that what we do is hard in a whiny way. . My response was the more you strive to Go Pro the easier it gets. It take skill sets that include being coachable, a willingness to develop new skills (a skill in itself), a heart that is humble and a passion to improve your way of life. If it is hard. I think that's what makes NM special, or everyone would do it. and what fun would that be.

    BB
  • I LOVE IT
  • fc34615
What a great way to kick off my Wednesday.
    Thank you, Eric.
  • hpena
Sometimes you just need a reminder that it's ok to Win. I'm going to bookmark this video and play it to myself whenever I find myself whining.

    Nando
  • Steve_Nelson
I'm pumped up after watching today's show! Bring some more of that heat tomorrow. And, ok no more whining and excuses

  • chriskemp817
This is probably one of your most important messages Eric! We're all guilty at some point of making excuses or belly aching. As Nike says "Just Do It!"
  • jerryscribner
    Spot on Eric!!
  • FrankMarshman
    AMEN!
  • artdlasvegas
Wow! Tough Love this morning huh? But damn, I needed that. I am a professional in my company that I own and I am a parent and yes, everyday I need to take charge. I guess I was hoping that NM would set me free and give me the ability to not have to make the hard decisions and just sit on the beach and count my money and be happy. (HaHa) Its crazy how I like to compare things to hunting, if I have all the right equipment but don't take the time to study my prey, study the land, watch the weather and then get out there. Realizing that all of the time and effort I put in does NOT garuantee success. But it has to be done in order to "up my odds" of being successful. Eric, everyday you remind me and teach me the little things that "up my odds" of being a professional NM. Thanks!
  • enrique62
Making the transition from linear to residual income has been hard for me.

Eric, I'm taking charge. I will find the people to talk to.
  • Dee_Canada
Bur Eeeeeeeeeeeric...it's haaaaaaaard some day!! LOL Sorry.....just had to add a little whine to my meal. :0)
Youa re so right. What's holds me back, is getting off the couch....out the door...opening ears and eyes to the rest of the world....and offering the gift!!

    Thanks!!
  • It boils down to accepting responsibility. Considering that one would accept responsibility for success, they should also accept responsibility for failure.
  • bryantkeefe
Eric you have a knack for bringing the right message at the right time for me. You set me free of my "upline" in San Francisco by pushing the idea of being independent and seeing the "upline" as a tool or resource only. The success, the action is my responsibility. Same goes for a "downline". Not my responsibility for them to succeed. I can be a resource but they aren't my kids and their actions don't define me.
  • gillym1
Spot on Eric - there will always be those who blame 'circumstances' for their failure!
  • Vonnita2010
They say winning is only fear and it is the best way to excuse yourself from being the winner you probably already are!! Have an amazing day!!!!!!!!!!
  • peterragg
    Spot on Eric

    No excuses, just do it.

    Regards
    Peter

Work on becoming a leader. Be an inspiration for others!
  • Boy someone or some people got to you. "Great message". I've been there and done that, whining that is. Thanks for the wake up call.
  • #296 Stop whining
One of the many reasons I enjoy Eric’s training is because he tells it like it is. Today he tells us an indirect truth about NM leadership. The larger your NM organization grows, the more people you will have in that organization who will whine. Did you notice how well Eric imitated the whiners? That shows that over time he’s heard plenty of downline whining.

That’s not a knock against NM; you might call it a law of large numbers of PEOPLE. But if future NM leaders are prepared in advance, when the whiners surface, a leader will be better able to deal with them. The leader will know that in any very large group of people, anywhere, there will be some whiners.

Before suggesting that a whiner in your downline watch NMPRO #296, it would probably be a good idea to first make sure you’ve got a solid, empathetic relationship with the whiner. <g>

  • Allo Eric,
You're cute when you're mad - of course, you're cute all the time!! Seriously, that is a very good and timely message, and I was more than happy to see this matter addressed first thing this morning..again, THANK YOU!
  • carolbarrett
Go Pro -- got it. Take charge and go grab it. Thanks Eric.
  • Take charge, go after it and grab it! And if you don't know something, go figure it out. Uplines are overrated ...

Awesome message, Eric. You become a professional when you decide to do it ... you can't just 'buy the right ticket' at an MLM convenience store!

    Best to you,
    Scott

Taking charge of our live. Something people forgot how to do .
  • You hit the nail on the head!
I find it interesting to witness in my organization how many tend not to treat is as their FUTURE.

In my perception that comes down to believe and transferring believe.
That is the responsibility and professionalism of the one introducing them to the product, service and business.

None of us learned how to ride a bicycle, drive a car or learn to swim for that matter in a couple of days.
    - Wants and Vision - Study and Grow - Develop and Perfect -

Yesterday I was driving home with my work-buddy after an event, and it dawned on me that my wish to become a Pro is the same path as my wish to be able (one day) to fly a plane... that will take some study and time and practice and more study etc, etc, etc...
    what a ride

  • You're so right. For things to change we have to change - and it's not just words.

Great message – get the WINNING EDGE, not the WHINING EDGE.

From Go Pro, I recall the three kinds of people noted as PESSIMISTS, REALISTS, VISIONARIES carrying with them the optimism of the future they create. If we become leaders, visionaries, then our nature, our training, our outlook, our thinking, our teaching, everything about us, will become the opposite of whining, with our goals and values set, becoming WINNERS – sharing opportunities with our friends, helping the blind to see, working to lead a network of WINNERS.

    Thanks again Eric

    Thank Eric.
Jim Rohn said: "Don't wish it were easier, wish you were better." and: "Work harder on yourself.......".
    Not so hard to understand.
