One MORE positive note! Great to be here. Thank you so much.
  • aliceflanders
I guess from experience, I don't expect them all to understand.
  • Jonathan
Yes it would be tragic if everyone understood it. Thank goodness it is hard. It adds more value to the opportunity we have at our fingertips :)
  • jeanalbert
It's definitely challenging, but you're right Eric. I'm glad that it's this way!
  • veronikakari
this is a problem and not only my problem
  • jlt0wn
Liked your different take on the topic. Thank you.
  • martinvf
MLM is hard, is difficult, is challenging... but it's WORTH IT.
  • Vonnie
ERIC!!!!!!! THANK GOD MLM IS SO CHALLENGING, HARD AND DEMANDING, THANK GOD, THAT YOU NEED TO PUT EFFORT INTO IT!! THANK GOD THAT IT TAKES TIME AND THAT YOU NEED PERSISTENT AND THANK GOD FOR SAYING IT, BECAUSE LIKE YOU SAID!!! THIS IS A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE!! AND WITH THIS IDEA, I WILL NO LONGER FEEL FRUSTRATES OR EVEN A BIT UPSET WHEN PEOPLE DON'T GET IT!!! GOING PRO THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR GUIDANCE AND HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Alfie
Thank God the majority does not know MLM. Great perspective.
  • coltsco
Great way to look at it.
  • crwood1967
WOW, another great location! Even those of us who get MLM's don't always understand it! LOL. So true what you are saying, but we still have to convenience a small group of people to get it!
  • Hi Eric,

I totally agree. The challenge and the growth that comes from them is the most amazing and rewarding part of Network Marketing... Both personally and financially.

    Thanks for sharing.
    Make it a great day!
    God Bless,
    -ed
  • karivankleef
Thank you for the reminder. It is easy to get frustrated but I know there are people I wouldn't want on my team.
  • krisic
I do get frustrated sometimes, but it is comforting to know that the payoff will be amazing
  • rmonte
    you are absolutely right!!!! Thanks
  • Thanks Eric, I needed to hear that again. I truly understand and do agree, we don't want everyone in our business.
  • Melli
Eric thank you for telling exactly that.
  • alltheverybest
    Soooo true - brilliant.
  • What a great point of view !
  • I like the way you said this - those that can not think a positive thought or the ones that can not see it takes time to learn NM - are the ones that will never get it - Thank you Eric - Good point. I am glad not every one gets it
  • Thank you for this perspective - it goes beyond being excited for the no's.
  • I use to compare it with oysters. If you ask a lot of people if they likes oysters, most don´t. Is that anything to get upset about? It is the same if you ask people about your business......not everyone likes it, and that is nothing to get upset about. There is enough people that likes your business - you just have to find them....
  • CarlosVera
Reminds me of what you said a while ago............Don’t wish it were easier, work to become better!!
  • Thanks, I needed to hear this again.
Comming (fighting) out of this frustration presently.
  • keithraines
A different perspective thank you eric
  • margarethockaday
The people who make it work are the ones who take the challenge. They take with heart and passion.
  • bethascoli
This is true. There are people I just really wouldn't want to work with anyway. There have been times I've shown the business too someone and when they didn't get it, I felt relieved - as Mr. Randy Gage says, network marketing is perfect for everyone, but not everyone is perfect for network marketing! I have found that with people who say no, or join and later quit, there was probably a good reason that they didn't belong in your business.
  • jean_albert
Agreed, the solution is for us to have personal development as leaders, etc. and not be "out there" trying to convert the world & get frustrated. Look for people who are looking and help them solve their own challenges thru network marketing.
  • That is so true. If network marketing was easy, everyone would do it and there would not be the opportunity that there is today.
  • chocolatelifesaver
Wow Eric, yes Jim Rohn is the best but so are you for getting us all to listen to the masters that have guided those who would listen for so long. All this so beneficial and self improving. A win-win situation and for the record, people know this is the way, they just don't believe in themselves enough to see that with time and support, they can do it as well. Again it is our social upbringing that makes us think we need to work for someone else. You have helped me get rid of frustration and failures that have turned into success. Your offering of "GoPro" made it a take with me LIBRARY every where I go. Thank you Mr Worre, you are the Jim Rohn of our generation. So embrace it and go forth! The rest of us are behind you parlaying for the front spot! LOL

MLM is a challenge, but can be done. I just have to work on my skills and just do it.
  • Your absolutely right Eric, there are people out there that are ready and it's our job to find them. I honestly don't believe that we should have to convince anyone, I see it as educating them. If they don't get it, I move forward and find those that do! And yes this is hard work, but it's those who are willing to put in the effort and are open to learning new skills on how we can better educate others so they too believe that this truly is the better way. This is not about seeing is believing, it's about believing is seeing! Thank you for your great post, you really tell it like it is - I love that about you!
  • Great post today on this topic. NWM is so challenging that only the few will be GREAT!! Love listen to JRohn. Sits in my back seat everyday.
  • Jessi
    I have to get better!

I love Jim Rohn. He is amazing!

    Thank you. I needed that.
  • carolmcwilliams
Wow, I never thought of it from this perspective. This will help my frustration when I feel I'm not where I want to be and help me accept when others don't have an interest.
  • warrenw
thanks eric, we just got to work on ourself and become better
  • If everyone got it, where would the personal development be?
  • We get paid well to do things that most people will not do. As you say, Eric, we help the blind to see. Not many people could or would do that. We spend time learning skills that others won't learn. We spend time helping people that sometimes don't want to be helped. And as our skill level increases, we get better at sifting and sorting the right people to talk to.

We learn how to ask the right questions to identify pains and problems that we absolutely have the solution for. Just like any successful business person, the more people we help, the more successful our business becomes. Because our skills are rare, we get paid extremely well. Thanks, Eric!
  • NANCY Eldred
I agree and I know you have mentioned this before.
They are now teaching Network Marketing as a course in University

  • juanfernandogutierrez
great point of view.... we have to look the things in a different way
  • heatherbrocklehurst
As always, the message I need to hear, when I need to hear it. Thank you, Eric.

    Great perspective
  • Hey! Nice to see you responding to posts the other day....I haven't seen you do that in awhile! Hugs and thanks as always, Lori

I understand now why we shouldn't want everyone to know. I know we have a better way. We just need to convince others.
  • good stuff.

  • karenandian
Thank you Eric - NWM is hard work. My mother has a saying. "Hardwork never killed anyone, but it sure has scared alot of people!" NWM is one of those rewarding challenges!
  • In many ways what we do is personal franchising, with the extra added bonus that we can be both a franchisee AND a franchisor. There clearly was a time when franchising was misunderstood and there was a period where business and government had to be 'educated' about this new way of doing business.

I think our profession needs to understand how business and government was educated and once and for all get rid of the accusation that we are doing something unethical or illegal.

It will still be an opportunity and a challenge, but we desperately need to support people who are encountering the pyramid thing.

One question that I have for everyone....I have been told that we are not supposed to describe ourselves as franchises and although I can see the difference, the 'difference' seems to be positively in favour of Network Marketing. The only reason I bring this up is that I wonder if we should work towards being recognised as a well known business model with some 'fantastic extra benefits' or persevere with changing the worlds perception of MLM or Network Marketing.

    What do you think?
  • ronaldvandomburg
good to have this different perspective. It also involves to focus on what you can influence instead on blaming others for not understanding.
  • Lotta
This was realy good. Thank you
  • awesome
  • Inger
No easy job pays much... why do people expect it to be different in Networkmarketing? It's the law of supply and demand... We all need to be specialists in this great proffesion !
  • WOW, I have never thought of it that way. But you are right! I´ve been frustrated that people doesn´t understand the greatness with MLM. But as Jim Rohn said; "God ideas fall on good people". Everyone is not meant to get it!
  • Makes SO much sense Eric.....thanks!
  • Darnell
Thanks so much Eric for letting it be known that it's fine for the world in general to not get it. Thus thru our working hard and developing and improving our skills we can live the life of our dreams and not thru the eyes of another or company. Looking 4ward to the next video!!!
  • dstfa96
I agree with you 100% Eric...what makes network marketing so rewarding is because it is challenging and most people will not get it. It will take time effort, skill and passion in order to take it to another level. I know I will get better and I will continue to work harder on myself and improve my skills rather than be frustrated with someone else or be upset with the world for not understanding how great the network marketing profession is.
  • Tarashon Broomes
you are right Eric if everyone knew what we knew there will definitely be no opportunity to make money.
  • tambry
What a great perspective! Thank Eric.
  • susanclark
#312 - Thank God People Don't Understand MLM - If our business was so easy and not challenging, the business would not be so profitable for us. Not everyone is ever going to see it, which is a good thing. It takes patience and skills to develop a network marketing business. That is why our business can be so lucrative. Great way of looking at it, Eric.
  • Eric, Some Will. Some Won't, so what. Next !
  • carybennett
Awesome show Eric. So very true when you think about it. I've heard you say this before. Thanks again man.. You Rock Bro...
  • gkamlm
So true, if everyone got it immediately and it were that easy, it wouldn't be worth anything. So we need to be thankful for the ones who are hard to train. They keep us going especially if they are coachable.
  • MarvinTowler
Really great point Eric. It is interesting that people think that it is easy to become a multi-millionaire. People who earn top dollar work very, very, very hard. Our industry is no different in that respect, however what it does present is a level playing field where anyone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and go to work can be wildly successful.
  • turjcxg
Eric, you are so right. Thank you for the change in perspective.
  • Gakungu
Don't wish it were easier wish you were better.
  • I was thinking on this subject before.
MLM business looks easy, but it is not, it is for warriors. That's why it's not for everyone.
It takes lots of patience, and discipline, and focusing, and tolerance to people, and so on, and so on...
But it is the most rewarding business.
  • Miguel Cortez
It a skill in which people wish not to learn.... It not like a job.... When someone just tell you what to do... lol

Hola Go Pro Let´s celebrate that we have a better way MLM is the best.
    Saludos.

  • Dylan Cooper
I didn't used to think like this. I feel my mind changing with every show. People often ask why everybody isn't doing NM if it so great.....exactly! It's not easy (but worth it).
  • We do what other people don't - That's why we're successfull. I used to get frustrated by people not understanding, but not anymore...We have a better way! / Linda, Sweden
  • Time - Effort - Skills - Passion

Love the perspective. As in anything in life, we must become bigger than the "problem" or the "problem" wins.

And yes, I do not wish for problems to be less, I wish I will grow to be better.
    Thanks for sharing.

    Great message! Thank you Eric.
  • TAbrams
This is so true. If everyone "got it" and everyone could do this business then our profession would have a different landscape.

Everyone always asks, is this an easy business? It is not easy but it is simple, and simple duplicate's.

I love the challenge to this business. For many challenge or coming up against something that is difficult makes people back down, give up, move on. For me it gets me geared up and raring to go, to try and better my skills, understanding and to grow personally and teach others - pass along how to over come and deal with challenge.

Everyone wants to be a "player" - be in the game on the starting line, however many are not willing to practice, put in the time and better their skills/craft so they can have the lifestyle.

You need to challenge yourself each and every day, and when the challenge becomes less find something else to challenge yourself with to continually grow and reach a higher level.
  • HA Ha hA :D Funny thoughts. I like that.
  • This is a great show!
  • Sounds reasonable , thats why this is not based on 100 % success. Rather what the figures says 3 - 5 % success.
    Thats why its so rewarding
  • Alf Andersen

  • racingworm
You are so right, but it would be nice if people would take a look instead of condemning something they know nothing about. Gets down right irritating sometimes. On the other hand, we wouldn't stay in business if everyone said yes.
  • caronwashington
This is such a great perspective Eric. Most people like the comfort and security of a paycheck and dont want therisk of having to step out and do something different. However, you, Randy Gage and all the others that you've had on here have proven that doing something differently pays major money. Im certainly following in that path. All we can do is sort and not convince.
  • Very well put Eric. I really never thought of it that way, but I am so glad that every does not get it.
  • Bjorgli
    I want to go PRO
  • I need to learn the skill of helping those people who want to learn, listen and see that we have a better way !

This is a difficult challenge and skill for me to learn, but necessary to be successful, so here I go...can't be worse than being controlled by a corp. job...it is freedom ! ! !
  • Earl
Sometimes I wonder if I truly get it, fully. I think I do, but maybe I am trying to make it harder than it is. So until then, I will continue to work on me. I want more, so I need to work more on me. This is the factor that I CAN change easier than trying to change others. I will be working on telling the Short story of the message... If they don't "hear" the story they won't understand, if they don't understand they won't consider joining. I want to help a lot more people so I need to get better. A better way is only as good as the people that use it....
  • HoracioMejia
If Network Marketing was easy, anybody could do it. We are not "anybody" any more, since our horizon is broader with the understanding of Network Marketing.
  • A lot of thoughts went through my mind while listening and watching this video. But the only one that I will write is that this concept is a good prospecting tool. Thanks Eric.
  • patrickmcfeely
All we can do is give people directions some will get there.
Thank you for your time Eric.

Thank God People Don't Understand MLM! NMPRO#312
If everyone in the world did MLM,there would be no MLM! So true!
  • There so true in it but wouldn't it more great if more people understand it? Okay, just like coin, 2 side.
  • ericworre
    Yeah it will be
  • rasdaniels
thanks for this perspective. Great way to look at it.
  • timandtricia
Good food for thought. I'm not quite sure I understand the the relationship between developing skills and the fact that network marketing isn't for everyone.
  • ericworre
I actually think it IS for everyone. But some are too blind to see it. That's where skills come in. Helping the blind to who are willing to change their thinking... to see.
  • eddyoshaughnessy
Great way to look at - if it was easy everyone would be doing it - and we would not make the big money
  • Prospecting for gold is hard and elusive. But when you find it, it's fantastic. Gold is somewhere. All you have to do is find it. So is it worth prospecting?
  • pollyhulseman
So true - it is frustrating at times because we do see it so clearly and others don't - I have to be better.
  • Great Video Eric! If network marketing was so easy..... every one will be doing it! Its the challenges we go thru that makes this industry so great!
  • Katie N
More inspirational words from the master! Thanks for the daily pep talk.
  • janetrajala
The spirit can really run free once you "get" MLM. It is definitely an "ah ha! moment!
  • in the midst of the challenge is where the opportunity is found

I totally agree. what a great way to think.

One of my favorite lines from Jim Rohn, I use all the time is "isn't that interesting"
  • ericworre
    Yes, isn't it interesting?
  • Great timing! Even though I know we do Have a Better Way just the other day I had some joker giving me BS about how he knew all about these "things", and we really don't want everyone understanding this....otherwise who would be our servers at nice the restaurants we enjoy?
    GoPro!
  • ericworre
Don't get me wrong. I sure wish a "few" more would understand it more quickly. :)
  • well, I have to agree with you there for sure!!! :)

Eric, can you do a show about getting a person started to get "small victories" in their first 7 days like you talk about in GoPro? I'd like to know more about how to work with a new person to help them sponsor their first person...do you sit with them and teach the 8 step mlm script invitation and sit with them while they invite, have them invite on their own to their first home meeting, have them invite to a first exposure?
Won't a major blast for someone with no network marketing experience be a little overwhelming...tips please, or if you are able to discuss in a show that would be great! hoping to get this covered more in the coaching webinar also.. thanks!
  • frankbarrett
I will say it again. We are the messenger. We just find the ones that ARE. Is it 12 Oclock for them? Are they ready to change there life? Some will and some won't, NEXT.....
  • FrankB
We are the messenger. We just find the ones that ARE. Is it 12 Oclock for them?
  • Bryan_in_KC
"There are two ways of attaining an important end, force and perseverance; the silent power of the latter grows irresistible with time." ~ Madame Swetchine

The "stone cold" fact that network marketing is a better way cannot be forced upon those that "don't get it", but by our perseverance, to include professional manner, the facts will become irresistible over time.
  • ericworre
    Good quote
  • Our *only* job is to get people to know what it is we do. With one thing to do, it's got to be hard and the compensation's got to be better
  • kgoren
I like what Ginger said below, that the reward is in the journey. Yes, it gets extremely frustrating when people can't see what you see, but when you finally do find some who can see the vision, it's a fantastic feeling.
  • ericworre
    The BEST feeling
  • Given enough time I could explain how to assemble and operate a nuclear power plant. The knowing how would not actually make any difference but your fear of nuclear energy might be lower... or not.

Given enough time I could explain how to ride a bicycle and the explanation, no matter how passionate, how intricate or how deviously delicious of the exact point where you would 'find' balance makes no difference in your ability to ride... It might, if done correctly, get you on the bike and for a few of you even keep you on the bike until you 'got it.'

Sadly you would not be able to explain it any better than I after you 'got it' nor would you ever be able to completely relate to your not knowing before you got it. Once you “get it” you cannot experience getting it again... you can only keep 'it' present.

There is the conversation that gets people on the bike. Some conversations are better that others and each person is listening for their own reasons “I should do this because?” There is another set of conversations that keep people on the bike long enough for them to discover balance. There is another different set of conversations that keep people riding long enough to discover the Promised Land.

The conversations all need to inspire them and yourself. If you’re not the likelihood of their catching the fire is practically zero. Hey. You planted a seed at least.
  • ericworre
Wow! So well said... as always.
  • This show really makes me laughing. It's so funny to realize more and more the fact that it all is a big experience, and when I speak for myself": I love it when people don't understand our profession, because at that point I can help them to escape the ratrace and how to take control of their own lives. It's all about touching and changes lives, you know ;-) Best regards from your biggest fan.
  • Thanks Eric for reminding us that the reward is in the journey. As a "former" sales professional, I tried to "sell/convince" people that what I had was a better way - sometimes they believed me but it wasn't until I became different that they saw it for themselves. We have to get out of the way, show our opportunity and if something clicks at that moment for them then great, we have an opportunity...if not, they go on the back burner for a later date and we move on to the next person.
  • ericworre
    Yes, the journey is everything.
  • Thanks Eric
  • billrogers
Life is challenging! People are challenging!
    Makes it fun.
Yes, Thank God not everyone understands.
Human Nature is to look for the easy way.
  • #312 What if everybody “got it” with regard to NM?
I know it sounds extreme, but what if everybody was full time in NM? Who would you call to do plumbing work, electrical work, street maintenance, police work, etc.?
  • I am new to network marketing to date I have about two full months in the business. This may sound strange but it seems like most of the people that I have spoken to or who have spoken to me are currently involved or have been involved in some type of MLM. However, what I like is the fact that I can change their perception because of my character which gives them confidence to join me in my venture. I love this business!
  • ericworre
    Smart
  • We get paid for showing people there is a better way than the traditional 9-5 JOB. We are professionals learning how to open the eyes of people so they understand the better way is also available to them.

200% is here...to be 100% in my 20 year activity, 40 hours a week , and 100% in builiding my network marketing organization, 12 hours a week..I´m willing to be, do and teach this and many are not. looking for those who will do the same.. Thank you Eric we are an excluisive group.
  • Seth_M_Miller
I can't wait to use this next time I get, "I heard 97% of people fail at network marketing."

I'll respond with, "And it's a good thing they do quit, otherwise I wouldn't be making any money."
  • Mark_Abrahams_UK
There are many people who don’t 'get' much at all, except what they need to 'get' to stay above crisis or to simply survive.
And, as the 'economic excrement hits the political fans' around the world, this may not change too much – except that there will be a new breed of 21C network marketing professionals who will be thinking better, doing better and having better things because they ‘got it’ – that it is all about the way we think – results, circumstances, everything. And many may see that we have a better way because they need or want to think their way to solutions which only MLM can provide for them.

Yet it may be a while before many get this new perspective - for they still worship at the altar of their own misconceptions and live according to the habits they have been taught. We must, meanwhile, help people ‘get it’ just enough so that they will commence the journey, therefore learning also by experience that we have a better way.

    Thanks again Eric (and Jim)
  • Maxwellhealth
Reminds me of the early days as a compoetitive runner in the 70's....folks thought you were nuts to run 26 miles...now look at it all...we are on the front side of a huge wave.....more folks ARE getting it....
  • I agree.

When I first started sharing the MLM opportunity I could not understand why others did not get it.

Now I am glad they all don't get it. That is why we make the money we do and allows us to grow and get better to make the BIG bucks!
  • hard to accept but true.
  • Steve_Nelson
This reminds me of what my father has said to me periodically about our family plumbing business. When we get frustrated at a job about a hard task he'd say, " If plumbing were easy, we wouldn't have a good job!" So we can say, "If network marketing were easy, we wouldn't have a good asset building machine!" (Or whatever it is to you) This is truly great news and a great way to look at things. Thanks Eric for a great show today.

P.S. By the way Eric, if you ever need good plumber, we've been in business for over 23 years in the Twin Cities specializing in service & repair and remodeling. Let me know if we can ever help you out at all!
  • ritafulton
Great message. I love the challenges, they nudge me to continually grow..not always thrilled by the constant learning, but afterwards the rewards are abundant.

    Thanks Eric!
  • Very true we need to take a different perspective when we deal with negativity as we share our product and opportunity.
  • Dee_Canada
With each step I take in this journey to becoming a professional, the more I am forced to peel back the layers of myself and expose the tender parts. It is indeed hard...but as you know, the reward will be all the sweeter for the struggle! I am becoming a better ME. :0)

    Thank you, Eric.

  • Perfect message to get across to all of us because it does get frustrating sometimes to think, but you are absolutely correct!! Thank you again for the wisdom!

Another great lesson! It's so true. If it was easy to sponsor people, the companies wouldn't pay us as much.
  • Camden
Yes, Eric, thank you for the reminder that what we do is hard and requires cultivation of skills and practice. It is life and when we work hard we are rewarded with enriching relationships and fulfillment of our dreams!!!! It's powerful, productive and poignant!!! Thanks for keeping me on track!!!!

    Good morning Eric,
I love it - how did you know how frustrated I was?
You always find a way of providing the message with a twist so that one is inspired again to make this work. It is challenging, but of course the challenge is to make ourselves better in order to find that diamond in the rough!
  • Just like God it takes work to believe in what we do'nt see. With people it takes work for them to see we have a better way. But we save them one at a time.
  • Marion
Thanks for the reminder and TG I get it!
It is supposed to be hard, that is why the reward is so sweet.

Yes thank God not everyone gets it -- and how blessed are we who do get it.

AMEN! Thank you Eric! What a great way to see that wasting time on why someone else who doesn't understand our profession is not worth it. Moving forward always and not staying stuck. It is a good thing that not all people understand Network Marketing.
  • Cee_G
Yes, thank God they don't all get it....and I thank God I DO!!! :)

Learn the skills to be succeful in NM
  • peterragg
What frustrates me is that people fundamentally do not understand NM per say, they think they do, but in my experience they havn't a clue. Others bracket NM and pyramid selling as one and the same. They may know pyramid selling is a scam because that is what they have heard, (at the same time they don't understand what pyramid selling is) so the inference here is NM must also be a scam and therefore ilegal. This is what we are up against.

So what am i saying is that it is more complicated.

People need to engage with NM because they have no option. We talk about nearing the tipping point.
My role as a teamleader is to educate people as to what is NM, nail the bane of our lives "the pyramid" and get to a stage where people have an open mind and are receptive, that is what we have to do.

Once people know, like and trust me and i am not pitching them with their arm twisted behind their back, then we can move forward. If you do this with passion you will be successful.

    Very kind regards
    Peter Ragg

There's a great little presentation called Brilliant Compensation. You can probably find it online somewhere. It gives a really clear explaination of NWM/MLM and what differentiates it from illegal pyramids. So many people are utterly unaware of what is illegal about the 'pyramid"...how to determine what is legitimate and what is not. They also don't understand (nor do many of us IN MLM's) that we are simply a slightly different pay structure than traditional business. If they understand it, the fear goes away.

We all have to work hard to make ourselves better. Make ourselves more effective. Make ourselves better communicators. We do not want this to be easy. Look at major league sports. The difference between the athletes and the rest of us, to a large extent, is that they work hard and practice over and over and over then practice some more to get good at what they do. This is true of any high paying profession. A Dr. just does the same this over and over and over. A musician plays/sings the same song over and over and over. The key is never, never, never give up. Just when you are ready to give up is when you will realize the break you have been seeking,

If everyone could get a hit in baseball, the professionals today wouldn't make any money.
  • Those of us who believe in this industry and take action are a rare breed. that 's a great thing, It's supposed to be hard, that's what makes it great and us a fortune..

Live from indy, home of the greatest spectacle in the world, Thanks Eric

I watch you daily. I believe all you say concerning Network Marketing. When someone does not see what you and I do I take it personally and I know then I have to work on myself. I want and need to be a better me
  • soxfan071
It's not easy. Can't argue that.
  • yuval.c
    Hey Eric
You present an interesting approach, I loved it
  • We are looking for the lookers, and gaining the skills to talk to them from self education with the help of NetworkmarketingPro. I can't thank you enough Eric, the last 100 days have really helped me understand what we do.
  • ericworre
    You're welcome. Pass it on!
  • MagnusEdvald
It is so important to be reminded of this view of thinking again and again.
  • ericworre
    Yes
  • denagottlieb
    Great point, Eric!
If it was so easy to "enlighten" people we wouldn't have much of an opportunity, would we?
    Thanks again!
  • tomlacey
They wouldn't pay you if it was easy.
  • Nothing worthwhile comes without a challenge! The bigger the problem is that we can solve, the bigger our paycheck!
  • Like these early morning posts of the show! Good message! Thanks Eric!
  • ulla99
Thanks again that you remind me!
  • If they did, we'd never have the opportunity to educate, and enroll, a critic ... what a shame! One of the most wonderful things is to give some one else an 'a-ha' moment.

Signing up your mama ..... $1

Signing up your accountant ..... $100

Signing up a critic and having that
person build it BIG .... PRICELESS!!!

    Best to you,
    Scott

We are paid for the value we bring to the marketplace. It isn't a hobby, but a job that pushes us out of our comfort zone in every level of our life.
  • yitz613
Eric, Excellent message. You're providing a great service in helping all of us, experienced pros and "new amateurs" take it to another level. Thanks...

It's hard but great to be a rock star!! :-) If you want to be paid as a professional it MUST be challenging, it MUST require what you say... Thank you

    Nice
  • I have to admit...it is frustrating when people "just don't get it." But, you're right...if it were easy, everyone would be doing it and there would be no opportunity. When it's challenging, the rewards are sweeter.
  • Good point Eric! We need to know that this is a sorting process - not a recruiting process.
Our job is to find those grains of gold, hidden in all that sand out there..
  • Awesome Eric... If everybody saw it, this would not be the best "Opportunity" anymore!

Loved this way to look at it! Helps to overcome any possible emotional attachment to prospect, and team members, reactions.

Good to remember when prospects don't see it.
