When we sponsor someone in the business, we go to work for them. We make a commitment to get them going. Giving the person we sponsor a small victory or a series of small victories is a great tip that I will apply to the people I sponsor.

Pay attention to the small victories. Acknowledge and applaud them. And get your new teammates to get their own copy of Go Pro:-)

Now that I think about it, that's a very good point. Some of the small victories that equaled long term commitment actually came from the new reps' exposure to personal development. In some cases, them reading “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill or “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” had more of an impact then them getting promoted to the next rank.
