I love it! people who think they can and people who don't!!! and they are both right!!!!!!
  • Once you start to reach attainment of your goal then don't forget to move on to the next attainment. This week's interview with Mark Yarnell has hit on some very important basic thinking that we can all learn from.
  • hpena
Life is a journey not a destination. It makes a lot of sense to use this Lotus Code to continually achieve higher levels of achievement and contribution. Very interesting series.

  • jlt0wn
Will continue to work on developing appropriate & effective habits. Fun here I come! Thank you.
  • gkamlm
Mark seems to tell us that once one gets on a roll with the lotus code there is no stopping you. Peserevance is a natural by product of developing the habits and it is like coasting downhill.
  • Luis Gringras
I liked a lot the Lotus Code concept, the hard part is when betwen persevarence an habits
  • Agneta Rebo
You just have to hang in there and keep going. ACTION!!!
  • Inger
Very impressing segment of the video. Really made an impact on me. I just wached it again. Great!

Classic interview Both of you guys are very helpful. thanx
  • Dylan Cooper
Getting stuck at a certain level of attainment, in a comfort zone. Boy that rings true. We should never stop learning and reaching.
  • Great interviews
  • margarethockaday
Excellent, when you reach your first goal of attainment pick up new habits to reach the next level.
  • Graham Caddell
Excellent part 5 of a great interview all week. Thanks for sharing great insight on the Lotus code philosophy. It's really a no-brainer if you just stop and think about it. Bottom line is you have to have ACTION...MAKE IT HAPPEN!!
  • Kellie Hubler
Thank you! I know I can!!! I am powerful!
  • Lotta
Thoughts -Words -Action -Habits-Perseverence-Attainment. Thank you
  • Very nice show....and i do think I can!
  • Lisette
I definitely going to be the one who can.
  • SJ Doug
Good stuff I am going to go check out the lotus code.
  • Great finale video. I liked that he said when that attainment is reached we need to get back on and develop more and/or different habits to reach the next goal. Thank you Eric and Mark!
  • Darnell
Once one's behavior becomes habit the by-product is perseverance. Gaining this doesn't have to be so hard it can be simple and easy. Thanks so much for the videos and information and a different way to change my thoughts and actions!!!!
  • karenandian
Take 2 hours - and build relationships!! Perseverance of habitual action is what takes you to attainment!! Thank you Eric & Mark
  • You hit it right that we fall into comfort zones and we need bigger "whys" and need new thinking to reach our new goals and dreams...I love the analogy of the teeter totter.
  • My thoughts that got me to my first goal are not the thoughts I need to have to get to my next goal, what an excellent concept.
  • karivankleef
Thank you for the analogies make it so much clearer.
  • germanjaramillo
Well every thing it is so clear.

About perseverance, i have a little concern. When stop the perseverance. When you stop the process or whe you quit?

I thin in both cases we are not perseverating.

    Have a good weekend.

  • susanclark
#321-Mark Yarnell - Lotus Code part 5 - I really have enjoyed this series with Mark Yarnell this week. Perserverance is a natural by-product from the habits you create. When you are ready to go for a new attainment you need to jump off the teeter totter and jump on a new one where you will create new words, actions, habits, perserverance naturally, and attainment. Love it.
  • Steve
I loved the idea that came up about needing new words after you achieve attainment with a goal. "Where do I take my mind next?" And then start the process over again. Awesome!
  • Alex4nder
It feels really good to hear all this words from Mark! It is so great to take information from people how done it themself, the fact that it is not only words.
  • Excellent stuff guys.

The ideas that stuck with me is that when you reach the level of attainment that you should regroup and come up with some even bigger goals that will allow you to get to an even higher level.

Thanks so much for your time sharing this with us all.

    Make it a great day!
    God Bless,

In the UK we call it a seesaw.

    Excellent Show
In summary, thoughts become words, words become actions, actions become habits, habits leads to perseverance, perseverance leads to attainment.

The fulcrum is between actions and habits and the seesaw tips, momentum has been created and things become a lot easier as perseverance takes over.

    Mark’s final words
“There are two types of people in this world those who think they can and those who think they can’t, they are both right”.

“At least you know in NM you do not have a ceiling and that is worth its weight in gold”.

So here is the question for today, what / how are you going to change so that things in your NM business become habitual?

    Have a great day
    Regards
    Peter Ragg
  • Cliff Lapenskie
I really like the concept that as we reach the goal we jump off the teetter-totter and reset our thoughts...awesome
  • "perseverance is a natural byproduct of habitual productivity"

"attainment isn't the end all be all"

Really like the teeter totter visual. Many thanks for all these gems and words of wisdom!
  • carybennett
Great info. cant wait to watch the full one tmrw after church.. Thanks for another great week Eric..
  • jean_albert
Jumping from attainment to a new set of thoughts of improving attainment
  • agelfederico
Thank you very much Eric and Mark, excellent info.
  • Katie N
Great interview! Can't wait to check out the You Tube video...
  • pollyhulseman
Such an impactful interview. Love it and will take to heart and action what Mark had to say.
  • Eric, Simple stuff but very true. The steps to attain what you really want out of Network Marketing are on this video. Now you just have to do them.
  • super is very very good
  • Bernadette
Awesome series. Thank you for the encouragement to keep going!
  • good stuff... now the full interview and making notes.

  • This is great stuff. I love learning from the legends of our profession, and they don't come any better than Mark Yarnell.
  • This was an amazing interview, and both of you deserves all the respect of the world. The end about the people who CAN and CAN'T is so true. Best regards from your biggest fan.
  • Perseverance is a natural end to this method...
    Great Interview!
  • edquipt
Why take this it small bites.... I watched the whole thing then played again so I could copy the audio to play on my MP3 player. A great message.
  • yuval
What an amazing thing you give.
The important lesson of the way he behaved - be - do - heva
You touch the important things of the business.
Direct and personal, emotion, determination and persistence that make a habit of doing
  • MarvinTowler
What a powerful context Mark has given to perseverance. I have to admit that up until now when I thought of perseverance it conjured up images of toughing it out in the trenches. I had never considered it to be the by-product of my continuous efforts. In his book "The Success Principles" best selling author Jack Canfield talks about "chunking it down" which is simply stated breaking down a large task or objective in small steps. By doing so the task at hand seems less overwhelming and more manageable. I can now relate to perseverance as a habit of chunking it down until I reach the tipping point where I can slide down.
  • Glen Geditz
Great set of interviews. Great take away points to help build a successful business.
  • brigittapatel
    Thank you Eric.
Totally enjoyed the interview with Mark Yarnell.
  • dianjohns
Thank you Mark and Eric! What a fantastic series! Clear and concise steps. Daily implementation is key.
  • dstfa96
I realize that everything begins with thought and I need to improve on controling my thoughts and focusing on thinking about the things that I want to accomplish. I need to constantly fill my mind with only positive thoughts about my dreams, goals and aspirations and as I control my thoughts that will start the process of my thoughts transitioning into words, which will lead to actions, which will lead to habits, which will lead to perseverance which will lead to attainment of all my positive thoughts.

Thanks Eric and Mark this was a great interview with a lot of great information!
  • tambry
Thanks for the great interview with Mark Yarnell. Didn't realize I was sitting in the same province as him while you were interviewing him.
  • Harris
I Loved it! what a concept! Work towards the attainment and then jump off and start on a new journey to attainment and then do it again. Something so obvious and yet so easily missed. Great Interview, thank you Mark & Eric
  • Tullio Lamdani
    Great interview Eric.
Mark Yarnell is one of my mentors.
    A mentor from the distance.
    I never met the man.
Still, he made a big difference in my business.
    1. Using an incredible technique of his since 1993.
    2. An amazing webinar about the...
LOTUS CODE that Mark gave a year ago.
I put together all the information, recording and
    Yarnell's article from 1993.
    http://www.slideshare.net/tulliolamdani/mark-yarnell-mlm-legend

    It's pretty fascinating...
    Check it out

  • MarvinTowler
Hey Tullio, thanks for taking the time to put together all that information and especially for sharing it with us!
  • Tullio Lamdani
    You're welcome Marvin.
Unfortunately I put a wrong link to Yarnell's webinar from last year.
    The correct link is:
    http://www.byoaudio.com/play/WL2dgJpk
That webinar was a different format of training than in Eric's great interview,
Yarnell elaborated quite a lot more about the Lotus Code.
    Pretty fascinating...
  • georgeman
Visualization is important, the teeter-toter is easy to see. The making new habits is so key. A lot of great information here. Great series, thank you Mark and Eric.
  • janetrajala
Teeter toter is a great visual for the process we all go through. It is a continuing cycle without limit, should we want to go that far. Once again, great interview.
  • It's interesting that people have not changed for the last 2500 years.
There are those who think they can and those who think they can't.
    And they both are right.

    Awesome interview! Thank you.
  • This was a great series... very real and quite informative
  • Matt Genet
Stay on teeter totter till attainment then get on a new one.
  • latachia_2
Mark Yarnell...The Lotus Code PT5 Episode 7 of 25 show challenge
Habits lead to perserverance....and naturally leads to attainment
Then go for new goals....start the process all over again with new thoughts& words& actions....perserverence......& attainment
  • ablongo
Really enjoyed hearing Mark, especially after reading his most famous book!
  • Ria Leermakers
    Wow, what an interview.
For me the Lotus Code is a new item, so I'll go and find some more information.

Working in a hospital myself: I wished more doctors were as accurate as Dr. Mark is!!!!!
    Hilarious.
  • This interview series is like his teter totter/fulcrum analogy.
    After absorbing steps 1, 2 and 3, steps 4, 5 and 6 went quickly.
  • Tom
Thank You Eric! What an Awesome interview! Have a great weekend!
  • This puts The Lotus Code in as another tool of self development. Great way to simplify the act of taking thoughts (the right thoughts) turning them into words which for those willing to take action, in 21 days become habits. At this point on the teeter totter you reach the balance point and begin to move faster through perseverance to attainment. The next part - not staying at attainment, but getting on to the next teeter totter is great. Thank you.
  • christinaglazar
Thank you for the whole interview with a great closing .... !
  • coltsco
What a great thought to jump on a new teeter totter when we've reached the desired goal of the first one. Yes, it is a little too easy to get conplacent at a certain level of attainment. Thanks for the kick....
  • It's so great to look to the left and see the smiling faces of three of my team members among the 12,159 fans of Network Marketing Pro on Face Book! Go Team!!
  • I love the two types of people line at the end of the interview!
  • aliceflanders
I use a cell phone, but do not abuse it. Today I got a sign-up and a call from someone who wants to sign up on Monday. This was from passing books door to door. I reassured the sign-up that she did not have to go door to door if she didn't want to. I told her I just like to do it.
  • henryluah
I think the SEE-SAW concept (another term for teeter-totter) gives us another perspective. We must first SEE or visualize our goals to attain. This vision requires getting thoughts and words into action. When the see-saw tips over, one can look back and what he/she SAW would be habitual productivity turning in perserverance resullting in the actualization of goals. Then it's time to hop and SEE-SAW again... and again
  • Thoughts ------> Words ------> Action -------> Habits -----> Perseverence -----> Attainment. Keeping the habits. You are so right Eric....so easy to fall out of a habit!
  • :D no comments for this one. I like Mark's last thought "there are two kind of people in the world. People who think they can and those who think they can't and both are write" :D
  • david pierson
Loved it all.. as a guy in Vancouver, love it here, kinda tickled pink that out of all the places Yarnell could have chosen to live, he chose BC... a great place to make your calls!!!
  • it's all about turning some basic actions you can do every day and teach to others into strong habits....then down the slippery slope into attainment! Eric, thats sounds like your formula for financial independence! Success leaves clues right?
  • Lonnie Brewington
This week with Mark was mind blowing. I absolutely know I don't want to be a person who thinks they "can't". I am excited about all the new thoughts you have given me and I AM ready to get going.

Thank you Eric for this week's interview with Mark. Once again you have given us something priceless.
  • Filipe Nogueira
thank you both for this wonderful week
  • Insightful! Thank you so mutch or sharing. I will try to implement the Lotus code, in my life and in my business!
  • Bjorgli
Thank you for a giving week. A lot to learn and a lot of fun. I think I can!!!
  • Being ALWAYS connected via cell phones, Blackberry's and the like are a convenient distraction from doing the things that both unsuccessful and successful people don't like to do, but which successful people do anyway. My blackberry is going on during 'minor' time, not 'major' goal getting time. This is one of the keys for productivity from this series for me. Thank you.
  • dixie lee
this Lotus Code has been an eye opener. thanks for sharing and caring, will apply to move to a new direction
  • Mailen
Thank you both ,Eric and Mark for a great interview.

  • What a great concept! We have to keep adjusting our goals, it makes so much sense I don't know why I haven't thought of it before. In business we're taught to always readjust our goals once we reach our current ones and to look ahead to see what's possible and plan accordingly. We DO and are running a business in network marketing, thanks for the tip.
  • Miguel Cortez
The pc is just as Bad as TV... OMG ... :)
  • turjcxg
Great interview. The jumping from one teeter totter to another is very interesting.
  • Dancingwithjoy
This interview is uplifting and informative. It takes change and I must be willing to change in order to reap the benefits. Thanks.
  • mrmauriocrawford
This was great! Especially the part about the perserverance being a natural byproduct of habits! It proves that the 1st end of the Teeter Totter, is the hardest part... but once you get it, you got it. UGH.. THIS IS GOOD!
  • fc34615
"Thoughts lead to words, words lead to action, actions lead to habits, habits lead to perseverance, perseverance leads to the attainment of your goals" Mark Yarnell - I will add this quote to my vision board.
  • Bryan_in_KC
"With ordinary talents and extraordinary perseverance, all things are attainable." ~ Sir Thomas Fowell Buxton

I think this quote pretty much sums it up.
  • grantkhary
This was an amazing series >Thanks Eric!...(gonna check out the Lotus Code site)
[Granted quote of the day]"Happiness doesn't depend on any external conditions, it is governed by our mental attitude."--Dale Carnegie
  • Jillian
Great interview! Lots to work on and be grateful for in this profession. No ceiling and enormous potential if you choose to take the opportunity and run with it.

    Thanks again for the exposure!
  • jonife611
Thanks for another excellent message. I realize that I need to contine to change my habits and actions -- so I will finally be able to reach attainment.
  • timandtricia
That sounds like a great formula for success not only in our profession but in all areas of live. Thanks for bringing that series to us.
  • NANCY Eldred
Great Stuff .. and FUN .. I could listen to you 2 talk all day - enjoyed every minute

Course now I need to do MORE of the ACTION part of all this - cheers
  • HoracioMejia
Of couser! Once you develop a habit, then the rest is downhill, with a bottomline called attainment. Great interview, as usual. Thanks, Eric.
  • Wow slap right up the side of my head. I need to create some new habits and make a few changes. I have lost a few habits that I had in the first 1.5 years of building and need to get back to them.

    Thanks for the tough love!

Going to jump off my current treater totter and jump on a new one.

  • The times we persevere and endure are the times we remember most, make it fun and enjoy the journey.
  • kgoren
Loved hearing all about the Lotus Code and can't wait to put it to good use. Thanks for your insight and look forward to watching the YouTube video of Dr. Mark Yarnell.
  • Felix Lopera
It´s very important to become aware of this last part and know that nothing gets to an end, that all should be started again to achieve higher goals, in order to do better and bigger things in our lives.
  • "Perseverance is a natural byproduct of habitual productivity" THAT is a keeper. I appreciate this short series, Eric and Mark. Even if it is something I might have heard before, it is ALWAYS a good idea to keep it fresh in my mind! Glad to be a part of your world, Eric.
  • I definitely agree. Perseverance will definitely give way to attaining our goals, and by making things a natural habit, we will definitely naturally presevere.
  • I really liked the part about when you've reached one goal, you go find the next one, always challenging ourselves into new thoughts, new words, new actions, habits etc. Fantastic! Have a great weekend! / Linda, Sweden
  • Marion
Thank You Eric & Dr. Yarnell MLM - I loved the 'Dorsal lateral pre-frontal cell labotomy' very funny!
Jokes aside this was an amazing week - The Lotus Code makes perfect sense and adopted correctly will change peoples lives.
  • Ernesto_Busnelli
22 hours to play with apps... That sounds like plenty of time.
Now, who was the young guy 2500 years ago?
Perhaps a Greek philosopher ? Who?
    Anyone? Eric?
  • You know a plane when it first takes off uses full power to attain altitude then as it attains a flying altitude it throttles back to sustain the flight. Much like the teeter-totter. So my take away, is that if you put create your vision, work diligently and earnestly toward it with real face time with your clients, the attainment will slide into place. Thanks Mark and Eric
  • There may not be anything new under the sun, just new ways of revealing and sometimes unconcealing what is hidden. This episode reminded me of a couple quotes.

There are three principles in a man's being and life, the principle of thought, the principle of speech, and the principle of action. The origin of all conflict between me and my fellow-men is that I do not say what I mean and I don't do what I say.
    Martin Buber

Getting off one teeter- totter and on to another...

To be old can be glorious if one has not unlearned how to begin.
    Martin Buber

Perhaps that is all there is to it. Moving from one teeter-totter to another with a sense of adventure and glee like being a three year old on a mission.
  • Jump off of one teeter totter and on to the next. Awesome! What a great way to break huge goals down into smaller, more attainable goals. And, ultimately, attain the huge goals. I love it!
  • ricardoguimaraes
I realy liked the natural concept of perseverance.
  • Great Series. Wow, 2500-year-old wisdom that is still prevalent today. That reminds me of something one of my mentors explained to me. My mentor indicated that not once in Scripture is the word retire mentioned, therefore we are to always continue moving forward, one goal at a time.
  • So, why do some go to the Top keep changing to new goal, a new goal and a new goal? Because their goals -have- to be changed to get to the next level. Kinda like piloting a trans-Atlantic ship, just changing one degree will land you in Africa or in the UK. But once you 'get' to your destination, don't jump ship. Set a new and more challenging goal with a new destination. I agree with Mark, if your goal is to fund a prison program at costs $100k a month, there is a REASON to go further, to earn the $150k a month.

So, let's encourage one another to make huge goals, find something great that commands our attention, step in to help, make a lot of money but for a purpose, and always give back!

    Success!
    dave
  • Anne J
WOW! Once you've attained the goal, jump off that teeter-todder and get on another one. That certainly hit home for me. Thanks again Eric and Mark.
  • Just watched the video. I need to look up those big words in the dictionary.
  • Karmo
It was fantastic interview and I will watch this interview again.
    Thanks a lot!
  • heatherbrocklehurst
Understanding the difference between habits and perseverence as perseverence being the the mechanism that keeps you from breaking those habits makes sense. Also that once you've reached attainment of some goal, you must create a new goal and get on a new teeter totter.
  • Natalie Thackston
Once again, it's simultaneously easy as it is difficult, it comes down to a decision. A decision at each step. And the decision made between actions becoming habits is golden. Marvelous.
  • Erik Nunez
    THanks!
  • ritafulton
By being in network marketing and having "no ceiling" is awesome to me. Jumping off the "teeter-totter" onto a new goal iscontinuance of my journey with new vision..never ending! Great stuff.

Thank you Mark and Eric for your time this week.

Looking forward to more nuggets and putting them into action.
  • CarlosLoureiro
Amazing interview! Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
  • Seth_M_Miller
I love the teeter-totter analogy. Once you get your momentum going down the one your on, find the next one.
  • Jode
Very good interview. Sometimes its hard to put into words exactly what you are thinking. Together Mark and Eric (and people) do well each bouncing ideas off each other. I now understand the concept of thoughts to ultimately lead to attainment for one particular goal, then to do it all over again for the next thought.
  • Navetta Abdullateef
Perseverance is strength of the self!
  • sjwilliamson
Super interviews!! Need to work that teeter-totter. Thanks for the great stuff
  • I love the idea of jumping off your current "teeter-totter" once you start to get close to your goal and jump onto another one in order to reach your next level of attainment. That's a great way of thinking about it and a great way to be sure you're always progressing rather than digressing.
  • FUN stuff... looking forward to the uncut for more gems!
  • Episode 7 of 25:

What a great interview. I am going to have my team watch this interview over the weekend. I really am taking to heart the parts about ditching all the extra technology and focus on the meat and potatoes of the business at least 2 hours per day.. Thank you mark for passing on your knowledge and thank you Eric for the creation of NMPRO as well as your friendship and mentoring

    BB
  • latachia_2
Okay,I still got it wrong. Episode#7? I'll change this one & move forward,so it's the same as yours. (I've watched all of them, just counting from the wrong first episode.)
  • Just an awesome interview,

We must always have multiple goals that are much bigger than ourselves. This way, it allows us to have something to constantly reach forward to attain and will never allow us to ever reach a point of mediocrity.
  • Great interview, lots of learning!!! I need to calibrate my teeter-totter, wow!
  • Michael Capilli
Perseverance and the killer instinct are important aspects of success.
  • TAbrams
Great interview, and I am looking forward to reading and learning more about the Lotus Code.

Understanding that Thoughts, Words, Actions, Habits, Perseverance, Attainment - greatness!!

Now once you reach your goal, whatever that may be, taking that to the next level, and resetting the bar again and going through this process with new thoughts (bigger), using new words, taking different actions, creating new habits, persevering long enough and attaining new goals - this is where I think the top money earners, top producers top mentors have learned and apply over and over - never staying stagnant or satisfied, with being where they are....

    This is what I needed..
  • I get 22 hours to play with my APPS... he said apps, right?

I'm gonna go jump off the teeter-totter- thanks you guys!
  • Fantastic interview. Now I am off to find out more about the Lotus Code.

    btw, I can
  • Thanks Eric and Mark
  • Phillip
Appreciated the whole week and this was a nice conclusion. Definitely some new things to not only think about but also to take action on.
  • Keep setting new goals and raising the bar. What an awesome week! Your shows refresh and assist coaching efforts. Thanks,
  • This series of interviews has been great from beginning to end and I am sure it will end up being in the top 21 shows for a long time.
Attainment is only a jumping off point to a new teeter totter. Comfort zones are created in attainment.
    Thanks Eric and Mark
  • carolbarrett
Perseverance is a natural byproduct of productive effort that becomes habitual - a goal bigger than yourself. I think this is one of my favorite shows Eric. Thank you for bringing Mark to NMPRO.

P.S. I have to check out the Dr. Yarnell video too!
  • Cee_G
Hope you do more interviews with him. He is a great communicator. Are you going to run an episode with the entire interview?
  • Gakungu
Wow! That was amazing! It all makes sense now. The fulcrum is between action and habits. Once you attain habits and persevere in those habits the teeter totter becomes a "buttery" slope of which you automatically slide to success. Thanks Mark and Eric for these wonderful insights.
  • nickgarrison
Very interesting! I like what Mark said about there is no ceiling. We can have all the training in the world. However, if we don't implement what we learn. Why do we do it!!! Thanks Eric for your daily inspiration. I am making it part of my morning routine.
  • Erik
Mark Yarnell rocks, not much more to say

    thoughts -> words -> action -> habit -> perseverance -> attainment

There are two kinds of people in the world
    1. the people who think they can
    2. the people who think they can't
    And they are both right.

    One of the best interviews!

Life is movement - someone has said "Only idiot thinks that doing the same things all the time is leading different results"

A lot of great thoughts and ideas around goal attainment. The need to disconnect from technology at times for period of the day to connect with others to build relationships is a key action. A very interesting continuum of ideas.

Another great week with two great leaders. Thank you both.

Five items (thoughts, words, actions, habits, perseverance) seem daunting, but it's really only four (as perseverance follows naturally!) - so let's go out and make it happen!

thank you for 5 great shows Mark (and Eric as always).
Build on you past successes must be the cardinal point in all of this, building up a belief that you can do more and more :-)

Thanks for the inspiration - and the means to put it into action....

There is a lot of truth in what Mark is saying. Again we are reminded that our struggle is primary with our selfs, not everybody else.
  • So the mechanism that you talked about in the previous part is the perseverance. If you develop perseverance you can 'get your habits back'.

    I like that.

    Great interview.

I like it. Everything start with a thought. An architect start with a thought. Than he draw the building. Than he build the building. New thoughts, new drawing, new and bigger buildning.
We have to be an architect in our lives and MLM business. For every goal we obtain, new and bigger goal.
  • Jeff Romualdi
Bravo. Time to get to work!
  • I like the greased slide and the jumping off place for something more. Fired up and focused.

  • #321 Mark Yarnell #5 Perseverance is a natural by product of productive effort that’s become habitual.

"If you only look at what is, you might never attain what could be."
  • What a wonderful illiustration of people getting in their comfort zone..they slide down to the other side of the teeter-totter, and find it convenient.

"There are 2 kinds of people in MLM, they who say I can, and those that say I can´t - and they are both right"
  • Was not able to find the video mentioned on thelotuscode.com but I did find it on youtube....wow! hilarious! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrRKLsciIC8
  • Time for the next teether-tother (wip-wap in Dutch).
  • I like the concept of have perseverenceto get productive habits every day.
  • What a great interview!
  • Mark makes perseverance a much more realistic way to look at habits; once they become ritual, by keeping them going makes you reach higher levels.
