We always want immediate results; this is the only way to fail!
  • Robert_Bo
Rome wasn't built in a day. True. But they start building it since the first day! And build. And build... :-) Thanks for the great message.
  • Anything worthwhile takes time to build. To make it work needs the development of the right mindset.
  • This is one of our most important message to our new people......to have patience...and give it time...enough...
ROME, went there in January for IAA, was a great kickoff for Europe....=)
  • ronaldvandomburg
HELP: I can't login again with my loginname. Lost all my comments. What can I do to get connected again??
  • Patience and perserverence.....
  • jlt0wn
One of my mom's favorite phrases. It's useful to be able to put a timeline to your expectations of growth in this industry. Thank you.
  • James Gilliam
There is so much truth to this !!
  • Cliff Lapenskie
This definitely can be a challenge as sooo many people want that immediate super success, I too have been guilty of it in the past. I'm committed for the long haul and now realize that it is more important to be consistent with my activities.
  • heatherbrocklehurst
Great message, great reminder to be patient and consistent.
  • talya_mitzafon
Building a big network marketing business is like a marathon running, it's a way of life, the joutny is importent. One have to grow up on the process, to become professional, to become a leader that build his own big business by helping others to do the same. Isn't it beautiful?
  • coltsco
Excellent analogy to building our network marketing business.
  • dianjohns
Excellent reminder to be patient and build, build, build for our future...one brick at a time, day after day. Great video and great message, thanks Eric.
  • germarl
It takes 'patience with urgency' - focus on the results both personal and business....
  • Darnell Goins
That's really true and important...what's really the rush for financial success if the inner person hasn't gained the lessons to build the business and help others? Time is worth it...a little at a time and balance!!! Thanks so much!!
  • Alfie
Delayed gratification, babies were not formed in a day, it needs to undergo "the process" same with our business... Nice message Eric, and a lovely site, one my dreams is to go to Rome.
  • Claralondono
Business "builders" looking for other "builders". Becoming PRO on the way. Thank you
  • Dancingwithjoy
I'm reading a novel about Rome. This kinda puts things in a different prospective for me. Thanks Eric
  • Susan Johannesson
It takes time to build brick by brick...
  • I need to do much more work to develop the skills to become successful.....patience ! ! !
  • Makiko
    So true!
  • jerryscribner
    Incredible video
  • connietolton
Thanks again for the long term view of our future. Which in perspective is very short term.

  • great reminder

  • Agneta Rebo
It takes time to build something amazing.
  • janetrajala
Action & patience. A quitter never wins, and a winner never quits. Lessons for us to keep in mind.
  • karivankleef
Great reminder. It is so hard sometimes to be patient when you want something so badly.
  • bethascoli
It's good to have this reminder, it can be very hard to be patient with the time it takes to develop a solid business
  • So true Eric, I liked your analogy of the "One-Three-Five-Seven Year" plan. It really takes that time to develop the skills it takes to succeed in this industry.
  • Lisette
Every marathon start with the first step.
It´s just to set your foot infront of the other....
    and continue doing that,
    Never give up!
  • 342:
Yes so true, as you said earlier MLM success is not a lottery ticket!
You need time, commitment, hard work, focus and it just take time. consistant in your commitment
    Tks
  • Many people get in to MLM in hope of fast money, thats the way of our world today. Then when they find out that its hard work over many years, they quit. They cant see the future payout!
The Romans started to build in hope that their children or grandchildren would se the result. We dont have to wait that long....
  • A consistent steady pace. Don't quit before the blessing!
  • krisic
Patience is not an easy thing; as I get older and develope myself it does get easier. Knowing that my work will pay off in the end keeps me going.
  • travelprohawaii
Wow ok I need to be vigilent and consistent like the tortoise and make it to that finishline that is really not too far off.
  • Patience and hard work doing a few simple things consistently over a long period of time. The compound effect.
  • Dylan Cooper
The instant gratification culture that has developed does make people forget this.
  • carybennett
Very encouraging Eric. I know this but good to hear again. So many want it now dont get it then quite.. Thanks
  • NANCY Eldred
Thanks the the reminder, and I like how you worded todays show.
We seem to loose track of the old ways, of working and waiting for things to come about.
  • Good things come to those who wait....as long as they are working it while they are waiting.
  • hpena
So very true. This is one of the most important expectations to set at the very beginning. Consistent effort + time= results.

    Nando
  • Anything worthwhile takes time to build. That which builds quickly, tumbles to the ground faster! What a great reminder Eric! Too many people get into network marketing thinking that they'll be rich in a month. Whatever happened to realistic expectations? It's up to us to set them.
  • hlj521
So true. So many people expect things to be done yesterday and yet the time and quality does mean something. I have been building my business for 4 years and I am now getting to the point where people are contacting me....The seeds we sow really do reep harvest, Thanks Eric!
  • fc34615
1-3-5-7..One of the best and most realistic advice that I have ever received from you, Eric.
    Thanks,
    Fernando.
  • Erik
    No new video today ?
  • Dani Timea73
That is so true Eric. Rome doesn't built in a day. We must have patient with our business.
  • karenandian
Thank you Eric - Persistence, Patience, Skills and the most important factor - Time - will build your Empire.
  • Understand the message. Thanks for sharing. Best regards from your biggest fan.
  • The 1-3-5-7 "rule" is a good reminder.
Letting people know that they have to invest at least 1 year in their business before they evaluate it, is helping our new people to realize that it takes time to build something solid.
  • When I feel myself getting impatient & frustrated, I remind myself that it's the journey that makes the rewards so sweet. When you can look back & see how far you've come and how much you've learned that's the true prize. Don't sell yourself short by taking short cuts or giving up too soon.
  • Chuck
It's just like the book, The Slight Edge by Jeff Olsen, you just do the little things each day and you can grow a big business. Many of us coming in have challenges to overcome. That's okay too, once we can overcome the challenges, we're welln our way.
  • Jonathan
Eric - jealous of you my friend. Hope to visit there someday soon enough. I see it with too many people these days it's all about "what it's in it for me - and right now" attitude. Enough of it. It's time for patience. I'm building my foundation and relationships as I grow towards momentum and soar to the stars. I discovered your site and started watching the videos just before Memorial day at the end of May and here I am today. Caught up but what matters the most is just how much more I know now based on the videos alone. I'll be getting the scripts and Go Pro series soon enough.
  • Yes, Rome and my business won't be built in a day. However I am just waiting for the columns of my business to start. The Foundation is what I need, and that is why I am getting educated from Eric. Thank you...
  • Excellent advice. I recall and still review "Og Mandino's" sage advice; I will persist until I succeed, the prizes of life are not given at the beginning never will we know how close it lies. Always I will take another step. I love this, every time I think I'am tired or it isn't quite going the way I like. Me thinks of Og's statement I will build my castle one brick at a time. Awesome. Thanks Eric!
  • dstfa96
When I first started my network marketing business I had unrealistic expectations because I didn't know any better. As I contine to educate myself on the profession of network marketing, personally develop and learn the skills necessary to achieve success I realize more and more everyday that it will take time to build a solid organization. I am confident that I will build something special and my team and I will create generational wealth, attain financial freedom and live the lifestyle of our dreams!
  • Eric, Nothing worth having or keeping was ever done quickly. Those on top of any business did not get there fast and if they did they don't last long at the top.
  • The foundation of those buildings are the true test of how long they stand. Same holds true of our network marketing business.
  • pollyhulseman
Feeling a little down today or deflated - so your message was timely. It takes time and persistance.
  • David1pierson
I get it Eric.. but how about some advice on how to get your people to realize it's not the lottery, get rich quick etc... this is the latest hot deal, etc...
  • Daniel Glez.Peña
Hola Eric, belive me I know that it cost me a lot , but we can do it if you work every day.

    Saludos.

Big struggles create big results. How true this is! Time is on our side and patience is not something most of us have an abundance of. But to build your business with a good foundation - so that it can sustain all weather, we must build with solid material.
  • turjcxg
This is one of those messages that we just need to hear and watch over and over again. I can definitely identify with the impatience.
  • Brigittep
As the saying goes: patience is a virtue
  • Futrarchitek
If we want to build a strong business, it might do us well to remember the story of the three pigs. The one of brick withstood the forces of evil and we need the make sure our business is built on a strong foundation and with strong walls. Good construction takes time and also to build our businesses.
  • Brigittep
Like the saying goes: Patience is a virtue.
  • Njugijohn
wow. thats well put. if you want a wooden shark you can build that in a week but if you want a storey building on a firm foundation it gonna takes you years. i agree with you eric.
  • Mailen
Things takes time. Building a solid buisness takes time . If you haven t learned that. Let go and let a new guard take your place.
  • CarlosVera
Consistency, discipline and patience. Thanks Eric.
  • ronaldvandomburg
that perspective is so helpfull. Thanks. And now I will miss you for the next two weeks Erik, because I will go on vacation and I leave my laptop at home. But I will come back to the shows and meanwhile let's see who I'll meet in France
  • ronaldvandomburg

  • Swissgirl5
Rom isch au noed i eim Tag bout worde - that is the Swiss German version of that saying I learned early on in childhood from my mother in Switzerland. That is true for everything in life - lasting things take time to build and so does network marketing. Enjoy Rome - I love that place!
  • Miguel Cortez
Rome was not build in a day..... But i will try... LOL
  • MagnusEdvald
    Forum Romanum.
  • Fortunately, we don't have to build with the same techniques that were used in the days of Rome. We have the opportunity to use technology. We can mix the fast with the slow, to create income and stability. I agree nothing is built overnight, but something needs to happen each day.
  • MarvinTowler
I am thrilled to see what my life is going to look like 5 years from now! I am finding this particular series of videos so inspiring!!! Thanks Eric!
  • It is absolutely worth it! Keep your goals and dreams near and keep working and developing scills! / Linda, Sweden

#342 - Rome Wasn't Built in a Day - Comparing how long it took to build Rome, the 1, 3, 7 years it takes to build a netrwork marketing business is a fraction of a second. It takes time. But, it is worth it.
  • Anne J
Your trip is a metaphor for your lessons and insights. I am so grateful for your 1,3,5 and 7 year timeframe because this makes more sense to me than the idea of signing on to yet another "get rich quick scheme" or trying to attract people with this line. If we get their quicker, that's great; the objective for all of us, who are willing to do the work, is to get there successfully.
  • Some of us does it faster, some of us does it slower, some of us doesn't do it never.
With your help, Eric, we will do it faster.
    Thank you so much!
  • Another great message! It takes work to build your business......It will pay off! When it does, all the work will be worth it!
  • It takes long time to build a city like Rome...
And it takes time to build a strong networking organization even if you have skills. If you are new to this business you spend some time to develop your skills first, but I know it's worth it.
  • tambry
For sure I will be in Rome one day. Thanks for showing it to us and giving the great analogy.
  • Rasdaniels
    Point taken and unstood. Thanks
  • great way to get the point by giving that popular quote actually IN ROME! Anything worthwhile takes time.
  • 1,3,5,7 and consistency. Thanks Eric, Rome is another place on my bucket list.
  • Lotta
Do not build your network quickly. Building robust network for it to persist for many years to come.
  • timandtricia
This is where our vision becomes so important. Belief and expectation are key players on this slow journey.
  • I am reading Maria Nemeth's "Mastering Life's Energies" and what we know in many areas for some reason, especially in network marketing, we lack clarity. If you bought the best car with all its options, the car that everyone you know says "That is the car!" and when you went to pick it up no one asked you if you could drive. And you didn't have a driver’s license and had never taken lessons or even paid attention to how others drove. You would likely, most likely, be an accident in progress. What comes up for us is there is something wrong with me or there is something wrong with it.... and I quit.

There is nothing wrong with the car and comparing ourselves to people who have the skills and the training while common and silly actually lets us off the hook. We are only missing some skills that in short order would allow us to drive... all the way to Rome from Paris or anywhere we choose.
  • ockaren
Thank you for the encouragement Eric! I think of the tortoise and the hare story, slow and steady, right?
  • Steady and consistent is what's going to get it done. Continue to develop yourself, continue to follow through on the fundamentals, and before you know it, you'll have the financial success that you've always dreamed for. It can't be done in reverse, work hard and be patient, it'll happen.

I'm a huge golf fan (used to be a teaching pro) and the story of Graham McDowell, the most recent US Open Champion, is a perfect example of this concept. Graham grew up in a really small town in Ireland, took up the game of golf at a young age, worked hard for many years, came to college here in the US, joined the PGA tour and expected instant success but it didn't happen for him. Did he give up, NO, he continued to work hard on himself and on his skills. Now look at him, he is the US Open Champion! He has fulfilled one of his lifelong dreams but it didn't happen over night, he worked hard on himself and on his skills first, then the reward came after.

I hope this is encouraging to those who are struggling and are frustrated because their business isn't growing as fast as they would like. Stick with it, keep working on yourself and your skills and it will happen!

Great info as usual. Isn't it interesting that everyone refers to "Rome" when talking about building, etc? Stability is the key to anything, but doing it right is definitely priority! Anything worth having is worth earning!
  • billrogers
Great point! Unfortunately with today's society, patience is not the norm. Yes, a strong foundation built over time is a real key to stability.
  • Marion
Great analogy, great message and I will be patient & remember why I am doing this, It is worth it and it will take time!
  • Eric, looks like you are having a fantastic trip full of analogies for network marketing :)

If you build your business consistently over time on a solid foundation then you will build something worthwhile.
  • How cool to get this message from the streets of Rome. Neato!

  • Luis Gringras
You have to grow yourself first it usually take time, the business grow along with you.
  • Ernesto_Busnelli
    Great and deep message Eric.
You were right there at the Roman Forum. Ahhhhh
    I will go back!
  • kgoren
I like TAbrams comment below - Your "Rome" is much closer than you think. Be patient, be consistent. Skills, personal development. It's a work in progress.
  • Jillian
Thanks for sharing the wonderful sights - and always a golden nugget attached to the scenery. Great analogy - "patience is a virtue" as they say in the classics
  • TAbrams
Consistency, long term vision, commitment, and building a solid foundation are all key to building something for the long term.

This takes time... Without a solid foundation any and all of those buildings in ROME would have crumbled. It took many different skill-sets, of many experienced tradesmen to build ROME and the same is true for your business.

Learn the skills, develop "YOU", associate and build your organization with leaders who are also working on the same. Out your long-term plan in place from day 1 and make the commitment to stay in the game.

Your "ROME" is much closer than you think....
  • Bryan_in_KC
Great analogy, great message. Praying travel mercies for you all.
  • Yeah, I can work hard for three months (right?), and I often let things go after that. It's not necessarily that I want the results by then, it's just that I might get bored. Discipline baby!

On a side note, when I went to that spot in Rome on my honeymoon, I couldn't help but think "Damn, this would be AWESOME for paintball!!!"

Or, a board in HALO, which would teach kids while they battle it out there.... just sayin'
  • ritafulton
Thank you for sharing this nugget and in such an amazing setting.
  • I agree anything worth having is worth waiting for. Persistence will eventually breed satisfying results.

PS.I love Rome but I don't like the tiny doorways. Lol! Enjoy your trip it looks like a lot of fun.
  • Enrique
    So true.
  • henryluah
Our emotional muscles (which spur and support our actions) are not built overnight. For our psychological and emotional strength to develop, we must consistently push & push those muscles to their limits. Stretching beyond the limits gets us that necessary growth to take it to the next level. That takes time. The emotional toughness we build is the foundation for our NM business. Too many of us race to build the visible facade without laying a strong foundation. Thus the numerous casualties we see...
  • Kjell Englund
I like that. Build it stone by stone, nice and gently.
  • Sooo True, very simple message!
  • agelfederico
Great saying, good for new prospects so that they are clear on what they should expect on the business
  • Natalie Thackston
The combination of urgency with patience is a tough one for me.
  • Michael Capilli
Many people expect instant success and if they do not get it, quit. It takes at least 5 years to become world class.
  • CarlosLoureiro
What i found most interesting is that you have to have that sense of urgency but still build up things in a long time way
  • carolbarrett
So true. Thanks for today's tip Eric.
  • Katie N
    This gives me hope!
  • Cee_G
Great reminder. Yes we all want to be the overnight sensation. And for a few, that actually happens, and then it seems that those are the only people we hear about. But there are thousands of the rest of us out here learning, struggling, plodding along. Just don't quit.
  • seija
Develop the skills and everything will take care of themselves
  • Phillip
As you mentioned, "it's worth it"....we need to remember that and develop the discipline that's needed for the long haul of this industry. I heard a quote one day that ties into the patience that's needed it says "discipline is remembering what you want". When we can remember the reason WHY we're doing what we're doing, then we'll develop the discipline to allow ourselves to continue building. Thanks for the reminder.
  • margarethockaday
Things that are worth working towards takes time. Too many people want to be rich right away but don't want to take time put the work in. They worked a job for over 5, 10, 15 years and are living paycheck to paycheck and still not rich. Most of us live beyond our means and then look to network marketing to fix the problem right away. Did your job fix your problem right away? Didn't you work your way to that promotion or raise while being at the job for quite a few years? So why not take the time to work your way to the top through network marketing with the same zeal.
  • randyhendrickson
Thank you for giving me the stone cold facts.
  • southerngirl7
sometimes we get into to big a hurry and have to regroup so one step at a time will be worth the walk thanks for sharing all you do and the time you give us.
  • Donbeaupre
Rome was not built in a day and you can't eat an elephant in one bite. TIME = This I Must Earn
    Thanks Eric.
  • So true Eric thank you
  • tomlacey
Step by step and block by block it will be built.
  • Cool video Eric
  • Michael Gordon
Yes, I've been working really hard for the last two months (on a real drive), and there have been results, but it would be nice to have been far more successful. However, I understand the need to be patient and to persevere. I feel I'm laying the necessary foundations, and that it will all be worthwhile.

My wife and I got engaged in Rome, by the way, Eric. Enjoy it!

    Michael
  • Susan Johannesson
It takes hard and daily work over a consistent period of time to succeed, as you say. And your words help me to keep up my work and to feel happy about it.
  • Awesome views again Eric. Watching these clips in so inspiring. Anyway back to business. You know looking at the results has its place in any business because you can look at what you have done and see where you might need to adjust. We are humans at the end of the day and so we are results orientated, but what I think is more important is not looking at where we have been but rather where we are going.
    Keep Moving Forward everyone.
  • Dancingwithjoy
Eric, thanks for keeping it real!
  • I've made the mistake in the past of doing 3 months of massive activity and then sitting back for 3 more to see what happens. It doesn't work! I've also see plenty of people rank advance rapidly with excitement and a ton of product sales, only to disappear within a few months because it wasn't solid.

Given the choice between someone who will blitz it for a few months then give up, and someone who will stick at it consistently over time, and I'll take the second every time! Building a solid business takes years, and you have to focus on the activity not the results. Keep on doing it and the results will surely come.
  • Indeed! Fired up and focused!
    Alex Tita
    here as promised.
  • With all the network marketers out there promoting quick success when we tell people the 'truth' - that it's going to take effort, skills and time to create success - we appear more real and attractive.

Just yesterday I was talking to a prospect who filled a from on my website and when I asked him "what attracted you to fill that form" he said that "it was that you can 'make money by working' because so many websites out there promote that you can get rich quick doing nothing"

    Theodore from Greece
  • Inger
No great project was done in a day either :)
  • Karmo
Great post. It's so true, that it takes time to develope your skills and grow your network. I'll be patient and I know NM is the better way.
    Thanks Eric!

    Rome Wasn't Built In A Day NMPro# 342
It takes time to develop your business. It taktes lots of personal development&it takes time to develop your skills. Rome wasn't built in a day!(One of my favorite sayings!)
  • A few years ago when I owned a recording studio it came to the time when I was going to expand and I added 1,600 square feet to my home as dedicated recording studio space. We started with a two story home built in 1929 and added a third story and an office that is spectacular and that I am blessed to be using today!

It was strange however since it was my first personal construction project (1991). It seemed that for the first 2 1/2 months, almost -nothing- happened. In the basement they were digging huge holes, 6' deep and 6' wide, holes that were framed in iron rebar and filled with concrete. And in the existing house they were shoring it up to support the third story. What I discovered is that a majority of the time it took to get the construction started came from setting a solid foundation.

    Get the comparison?

Setting a right foundation while building an addition to my home is similar to what it takes to build a solid foundation in networking. It -may- not seem like anything is happening for some time, but -when you build it right- that foundation will support a building that will last.

Rome wasn't built in a day. Neither is anything that is worthwhile. Here's to a solid foundation and also to your long term success! Build for residual income!! dave sommers
  • Inger
Great comparison! Thank you Dave for adding this extra story. It's really what it's all about. A solid foundation takes time/
  • Yes Inger, I agree, a solid foundation takes time.

There are many I have met in this industry who jump to the next, and the next, and the next . . . 'hottest' thing and never see success in any single company. I think that to be -very- successful it means building a solid foundation, with -a- great company that makes sense to both you, and to everybody else in the marketplace, where you don't have to sort through thousands to find a single rep and one that is built on residual income, not fast start recruiting money.

I also think that many make the mistake of promoting 'multiple' streams of income as having several mlm companies that they promote simultaneously at once. And as a result they don't see success in any because there is no laser beam focus. And isn't that what leverage is about? Having many many leaders, team wide who 'get' your opportunity?

Yes, build a solid foundation. It lasts.
  • steve_weaver1
Phenomenal. Indeed, my vision has been that I could become someone, that is both attractive and successful in network marketing.
  • Mark_Abrahams_UK
Great observations. Fantastic setting for this crucial lesson (in life).

As a designer, working in architecture and construction, living in a world filled with temporary and industrialised buildings, I observe that it is possible to design and build something really fast (subject to planning & building regulations and health & safety etc) BUT THESE BUILDINGS WILL NOT LAST. Nowadays, a lot of great buildings are empty – what’s that all about?...as if we didn’t know.
Concerning our network marketing businesses, how great is it that all the design, the planning, the regulations, the CONSTRUCTION - what we talk about as the ‘heavy lifting’, has all been done by our companies – and that the main investment we have to make, subject to a low start-up costs and use of great products ourselves, is TIME. To rush at this, at any kind of work, may prove futile. To be successful, it takes a certain amount of design and skills – some of which we can learn whilst we are doing the work. Mostly though, if you wish to build a Rome, a London, Paris or a New York of a business, you must have goals with a timeline attached, realistic in terms of your time and the time of others but set as high as you want in terms of what it is you target - pushing the boundaries. And we often have to be unreasonable (in a friendly sort of way), different, taking people into their discomfort zone – at least at some stage along the way we must do that – supporting people just as if they were at school, encouraging discipline. Just taking time to listen and learn from Eric and others of his ilk is a discipline and most of us, especially if new to MLM, must learn new disciplines and become slaves to those disciplines.

The danger though, to the overly creatives amongst us, is that we allocate or spend too much of our time planning, learning and not doing – which is simply ridiculous. My aim is to build to significance within a seven year plan – which is simply awesome.

The danger is that we (you? - most definitely me!) may fiddle around too much. What mustn’t happen is that people ‘FIDDLE WHILE ROME BURNS’ around us. Mostly, we must help as many people as we can escape from the cubicled offices, those cities of broken dreams or whatever it is which is NOT a better way forward.

    Thanks again Eric
  • You might want to think about how you phrase it: "We have to take people in to their discomfortzone": ie you take control over their lives which, in my humble opinion is not the way to do it as for most of them was the reason they chose NWM: So as to NOT have someone else control their lives. Wouldn't it be better if you made them aware that they themselves choose where they put the boundaries of their comfortzone?! And leave the choice as to whether they want to put those boundaries further away to themselves ie leave the CONTROL over where they put them to them?! Whilst at the same time offering them help in moving these boundaries if the chose to move them and showing them the benefits of doing so?! It might take longer but the chance that they stay in the business and build a solid business is much greater.

Let go of control of others if you wish to gain it over your own life.

Great post , you need patience and patience in your people. And your people need patience. But at the same time you and your group needs small victories. Not big ones, but small ones. You need to celebrate and help your group to celebrate the small victories.

    Great post Eric

The Romans knew how to build rock solid foundations that would be there long after their time. One thing you must have in NM that maybe the Romans were not so good at is clear leadership and common goals for your team. I have read the books on the Caesars and those guys would kill their own mothers if it meant they would have some political advantage. You don't need to do that in NM, quite the opposite actually, you are looking for people who are better than you, (the Romans would not have liked that).

    Have a great day

  • #342 It takes time to build a NM business.
Patience is the ability to let your light shine after your fuse has been blown.
  • Some will argue that they now people that HAVE build a big business in no-time at all. But I can assure you that these are the pirates of our industry (ie; the people that hop from one NWM organisation to the other and convince so-called "leaders" from other organisation to come with them).
Or they are people that are very good in convincing others (but as THEY are not duplicatable -only the system is- their fast growth will come to a screaming halt.

Only those that build solid foundations will build solid organisations and only they will reap the reward of a true passive income. The others will have keep on hopping or keep on finding new people themselves. The true leaders will have put in solid foundations (in which personal development, true interest in the development of others and trust are the key elements) and will reap the rewards: Complete FREEDOM OF CHOICE to be the architect of their own lives.
