Key point for me: We have to learn lots of skills in this wonderful profession, and emotional management is one of the most important ones. We have to help people get pass their emotional hurdles (fear, apprehension, uncertainty, anxiety, etc.). Great advice!

Yesterday (Fri, Dec 31, 2010) I spoke with a prospect who confessed to being scared but interested in the business. So this episode comes at the right time for me. So many wonderful skills to master in this profession.

Message for today: Our job is to get the new people to get pass their emotional hurdles (fear, discomfort..). It's a very useful skill to have. Logics, system etc will come second. Awesome message.
