I was talking to someone today (Sat, Jan 1, 2011) and complemented her. I was surprised at the her “Oh, really?” response. People don't hear complements enough these days. It is not just a good tactic for our business but just a simple thing we could say to anyone everyday. If you didn't get a prospect today but gave an honest complement bringing a smile to someone else, isn't that a great day?
