So far, I believe to deal with the “Winter” of any phase of life or in our business is to KNOW there is a “Spring.” That's a very excellent point made on the video. I think doing simple activity every day also helps with the winter. Do the simple thing every day that you KNOW will build your business – start a conversation, complement someone – DAILY. Make a connection, get a contact, etc. Do the little things daily and the winters can be managed better.

Yes this is a very true reality in our business. For myself I'm just coming through a very harsh winter that has lasted longer than expected but I am sooo ready for this spring.
