We had about 200 people at our first event 10 years ago. I think it was at the Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
The reason why we created the event is there were not many events, if any, where people could come and learn the skills necessary to become a Network Marketing professional. Where people could see a bigger picture of what our profession actually looks like. Where people could get inspired, be validated, be understood and be proud of what we do. Where people could spend some time with their peers and learn from the top leaders in Network Marketing. We wanted to create the event where Eric and I would want to go and
learn ourselves.
Each year the event grew – from 200 to 400 to 800, to 2400 all the way to 20,000 at our biggest event. People from around the world come to attend this event. It has become the biggest event where entrepreneurs come together to learn and get better. It has become like a “class reunion”, where old friends get together to share their wisdom, new strategies and get inspired from one another.
On top of hundreds of million-dollars a year earners from over 100 different companies who have presented on our stage, we’ve had celebrities and thought leaders like Sir Richard Branson, Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, Bob Proctor, Les Brown, John Maxwell, Pitbull, Magic Johnson, Brandon Burchard, Paul Zane Pilzer just to name the few to share why NM is a better way for an average entrepreneur.
This event gives you tangible skills that help you build a successful business; the mindset necessary to become an entrepreneur and great leader to your organization; strategies and game plan necessary to make it all a reality. The information presented at the event has proven methods that have worked for decades, together with new and fresh tools and strategies that make it relevant in today’s world of fast information and social media. It helps people in the audience to build the belief in themselves and in the profession. To see the social proof and get inspired by more successful peers.
On top of bringing valuable knowledge, a fun atmosphere and entertainment, we always strive to raise the awareness and help those in need. Together with the Network Marketing Pro community, and with our personal funds, we have raised over $5,000,000 for different charities and organizations. We auctioned off a $100 bill for $3,200,000 with funds going to Starkey Hearing Foundation; raised over $200,000 for Feeding America, raffled our Audi R8 “super man” car at the event and donated all the proceeds to Las Vegas Metro Police and first responders after Las Vegas shooting and much, much more.
This event has become a center poll and “must attend” event for a majority of Network Marketing companies and their leaders. Many companies send hundreds and thousands of their distributors to this event each year.
Each year we strive to become better and better. To create better experiences for our attendees and friends in the profession. To bring more focused and relevant information and together raise the bar of our amazing profession.
In 2018 we started our “Hall of Fame” program where we celebrate the success of those leaders who have achieved a seven-figure a year income. In our profession your check is a total reflection of how many lives you were able to touch and change. If you achieve a million dollars a year in commissions it means you have had to overcome more challenges than the average person, face more fears, have more “no shows” at your events and presentations, be out of your comfort zone for quite some time, grow as a person and as a leader, and make more mistakes and learn from them. You don’t get to the million-dollar a year level by accident. You have to put in a lot of hard work and know what you are doing. And we want to celebrate that success. There are a lot of different lists and claims out there of who is making what. This list is real! We require income proof and this income has to be made in commissions, no other source of income is accepted. People in this group are the “who is who” in our profession.
This event became a safe and trusted place for people to come and learn. We don’t allow any recruiting or company/products promotion. We have zero-tolerance policy. We want to be respectful to all the companies and opportunities out there.
Network Marketing isn’t perfect, but it’s better for an average person. Our goal is to raise the level of professionalism in Network Marketing. Come to this event to sharpen your skills and learn how to become a Network Marketing Pro.
