Today I want you to think about how your business would be different if every member of your team was as invigorated and as driven as you are.
I know the feeling. You started in the Network Marketing profession and you thought you would generate plenty of money to train and inspire a large team. Now, years later it just hasn’t worked out like that. There are times you have to sacrifice for success. Saving money or cutting back on expenses is never going to expand your income. So NOW, more than ever, it is time to plan out which events you are going to promote and which events you expect your team to attend.

Destination events are similar to lawn fertilizer. At first glance, they seem like a bunch of small nuggets of information that are not associated with what you really need. But then, three months after the event, you turn around and check
your profits. You see that the members of your team that attended the event are more productive, more profitable, and collecting bonuses like crazy. You then realize that a destination event is like fertilizer for your team. Not another season will go by without you promoting your events.

People Are NOT Born Successful

I have heard them all:
- I’m scared to fly.
- I can’t afford it.
- I lost my passport.
- I have nowhere to board my dogs.
- I forgot it was this weekend.
- My right foot hurts.
You name it, the excuse has already been made. Excuses used to really bug me until I began to understand one thing.
Those that make excuses will most likely always be a vampire to my career and my business. They will suck the lifeblood out of me. They will never rise to the next level and they will require so much of my time and my effort that they will never benefit me or themselves.
Let The Excuse Be The Fork In The Road
The only way to get better is to learn from others. There are several lessons to be learned from those that make excuses for not going to events.

I just want to take a second and drive home one point. Promotion is the highest profiting activity you can do in Network Marketing. No other strategy will produce the amount of income. Make sure you attend this training and overwhelm your next event.
