*The MGM Grand is conveniently located right on the Vegas Strip, approximately 2 miles from McCarran International Airport (LAS). The hotel is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or by the Monorail system.

Parking Instructions:

Self-parking and valet services are available at the MGM. There will be a daily charge for the self-parking garage. The rates will be posted on the parking kiosk when you arrive.

If you are staying on site, please bring your parking ticket to the front desk to have your room key activated for parking access.

Ticket Information:

You should have received, or will receive soon, your ticket via email from our Ticketing System, please look for that ticket from “Boomset”. You can print the ticket off or save it to your phone – either way, be sure to SAVE this Ticket – you will need it for admittance to the event.

Seating Information:

In future communications, we will be providing you with a map that will show where your seating area will be located within the venue based upon your ticketing level. We will have priority seating for our VIP and Super VIP guests.

When booking your flights, we suggest arriving on December 10th and leaving on December 14th*. This way you don’t miss a single moment of the event!

*If you decide to upgrade to Super VIP, we suggest leaving Las Vegas on December 15th to allow time for the Super VIP party on December 14th.

A Few FAQs Regarding The Event:

Dress Code: The Go Pro event is Business Casual, however, due to the size of the venue and potentially fluctuating temperatures of the room, we suggest dressing in layers or bringing a jacket.

Recruiting Free Zone! No company persuasion, no product pitches, and absolutely no recruiting! We want this event to be a safe place for you and your team to come and gain the strategies needed to take your business to the next level. If we find out you are recruiting at the event, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

Recording at the Event: There will be no recording devices allowed at this event! Candid photos for sharing on social media are okay, but No Professional Photography, No Video or Audio Recording, no Facebook Live, no YouTube Live or any other type of video recording or social media Live video is allowed during the sessions.

Saving Seats: Do not try to save seats between sessions! At the end of each session, we will ask for the room to be emptied, and any belongings left behind will be picked up and taken to the Customer Service table.
