The Second Most Powerful Way to Learn

The Second Most Powerful Way to Learn

In this week’s show, Eric talks about how you can supercharge your learning! What is the number one fastest way to learn? It’s activity; you’re going to learn faster than anything by “doing.” What’s the second most powerful way to learn?

The second fastest way to learn is by getting a coach. Find someone who has what you want and has experienced where you want to go. Watch them by example, listen to what they have to say, and learn from them. If you are humble enough to put your ego aside and learn from somebody else, then you’re going to do great. What’s great about Network Marketing is we already have people in our network who are invested in us; they want to see us succeed.

Sometimes you’ll find a mentor in your line of sponsorship and sometimes you won’t. Eric’s biggest mentors were never in his upline, they were other people within the profession that had achieved what he wanted. Sometimes the best mentors in your life will be someone you’ll never meet. Many of Eric’s greatest mentors are people he’s never met. Eric states that he got tremendous value from Jim Rohn, his number one personal development mentor. Eric shares that he listed to audio programs, videos, and used every type of learning material available to him. Before he was ever able to meet Jim Rohn, he became a virtual friend that changed Eric’s life. Eric says, “I started to invest in myself when it came to finding coaches and finding mentors because I saw how important it was to my development as a professional.”

In conclusion, find a coach that will help you get past your limiting beliefs and succeed in your business. Find out what’s the best way to have positive influence on your business. It is alright to ask for help! This is one of Eric’s secrets of success. If somebody can help you shrink the learning time, then go get that information. Don’t be ashamed of wanting to learn from somebody else. Find somebody that can help you go where you want to go and leverage their experience so you are able to grow and learn faster.
